해상안전 및 해양환경보호를 위한 국제사회 노력의 일환으로 VTS는 중대한 역할을 수행하고 있으며, 이는 육상 기지국과 선박간의 상호교신을 바탕으로 하여 이루어진다. 이에 따라 각 VTS는 보고체계를 수립하여 운용하고 있으나, 원래의 목적과 취지를 살리지 못하는 바람에 많은 문제점을 노출하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 살펴보고, 보고체계의 통일화, 통과선박의 보고체계 개선, 출항전 보고의 확립, 안전장애보고의 의무화 등의 VTS 보고체계의 개선방안을 제시하였다.

보고시기를 결정하는 요소에는 시간과 거리가 있는데 매우 불규칙적인 전장상황하에서 고정시간에 의한 위치보고를 한다면 적시에 위치보고를 할 수 있는 확률이 떨어지게 되고 오히려 불필요한 트래픽이 커지게 되므로 거리에 의한 보고를 원칙으로 하되, 일정시간 이상 보고가 없을 때는 위치변화가 크지 않더라도 자동으로 보고를 하도록 하는 알고리즘을 채택하는 것이 합리적이라고 판단된다. 그러나 비록 거리에 의한 위치보고를 실시하더라도 트래픽을 계산하기 위해서는 시간주기가 필수적이다

There has been growing interest in the quality of official statistics based on the administrative records. Such statistics take a large part in the official statistics in Korea, which are distinguished from survey statistics in aspects of data collection process. So we need specific quality management methods appropriate for official statistics based on the administrative records. This paper concerns improvement of the quality of official statistics. We first briefly review some of main issues facing the official statistics based on the administrative records in Korea and then provide quality assessment indicators for improving the quality of official statistics.

과학기술처는 지난 7월 기존의 $\lrcorner$원자력 관계 보고 규정$\lrcorner$을 첨삭$\cdot$보완하여 $\ulcorner$원자력 시설의 사고$\cdot$고장 발생시 보고에 관한 규정$\lrcorner$을 새로이 제정했다. 이는 그동안 원자력법령에 의하여 원자력 관계 사업자가 보고해야 할 사항이 원자력법, 원자력발전소 운영기술지침서, 방사선 비상계획서, 계량관리 및 방호규정 등에 산재되어 있어, 사업자나 규제기관 모두 혼란이 있어온 점을 해결한 것으로, 보고 대상과 보고 방법 등을 세분화하였으며, 또한 사업자에게 불합리하게 적용되는 일부 사항들을 발굴$\cdot$정리하였다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting perceived safety climate and the level of incident reporting attitude, incident reporting knowledge and safety climate. The data were collected by structured questionnaires from 240 nurses and were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression. The level of incident reporting attitude and incident reporting knowledge was 3.34 and 3.05. The level of safety climate was 3.25. Incident reporting knowledge and safety climate have a significant positive association with incident reporting attitude(r=.33, p<.001; r=.38, p<.001). Incident reporting knowledge was positively associated with safety climate(r=.32, p<.001). Factors influencing safety climate were incident reporting knowledge, belief in improvement and reporting intention which explained 24.7% of the variance(F=12.22, p<.001). The findings indicate that to improve incident reporting knowledge with positive attitude and safety climate should be considered as patient safety strategy and should endeavour to develop interventions for safety.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of SBAR(Situation-Background-Assessment-Recommendation) reports on communication clarity, communication skill and report confident for nursing students. This study used a one group pre-post test design. The subjects of this study were 44 nursing students from G city, and collected by self - report questionnaires from march 6 to april 20, 2018. Data were analyzed by frequencies, paried t-test using SPSS Win 23.0. After SBAR reports education, levels of nursing student's communication clarity(t=-8.12, p<.001), communication skill(t=-4.37, p<.001) and report confident(t=-7.67, p<.001) were significantly higher than levels before SBAR reports education. SBAR reports education improved the communication clarity communication skill and report confident. It is recommended to use a lot of SBAR in clinical practice.

대표적인 현재 및 미래 위치 색인인 TPR-Tree는 이동 객체의 위치 좌표와 속도 벡터 정보를 이용하여 시간에 대해 선형적으로 이동 객체의 현재 및 미래 위치를 예측한다. 그러나 이동 객체의 이동 방향 및 속도가 특정한 임계값을 벗어날 경우에는 서버로 새로운 위치 보고를 수행하기 때문에, 차량과 같이 이동 방향과 속도가 빈번하게 변하는 환경에 적용할 경우 서버로 잦은 보고를 필요로 하게 되어 통신비용을 크게 증가시키는 문제가 있다. 통신비용을 일정하게 유지하기 위한 방법으로 이동 객체의 보고를 일정한 시간 간격으로 수행하게 하는 방법이 있다. 그러나 일정한 시간 간격으로 이동 객체의 위치 보고가 수행되는 환경에서는 보고간격 사이에 속도와 방향이 변하게 되면 시간에 대해 선형적인 위치 예측 시에 오차가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 일정한 시간 간격으로 이동 객체의 위치 보고가 수행되는 환경에서 보고 간격 사이에 이동객체의 이동 속도와 방향의 변화에 대한 불확실성을 반영하기 위하여 도로 네트워크를 이용한 이동 객체의 불확실 위치데이터의 질의 처리 기법을 제시한다.

1960년 Au-Si계 합금에서 처음으로 비정질상이 급속 응고법에 의해 보고된 이래/sup 1)/ 지난 40년 간 많은 합금계에서 비정질상이 보고되어졌다. 대표적으로 Fe-, Ni-, Co기 합금 등 많은 합금계에서 비정질상이 보고되었으나, 비정질상의 형성을 위해서는 약 105 K/s이상의 높은 냉각속도를 필요로 하였다. 1980년대 수백 K/s의 낮은 냉각속도 하에서도 비정질상이 형성될 수 있는 다원계 합금(multi-component alloy)이 Mg-Ln-(Ni, Cu, Zn), Ln-Al-TM 합금에서 보고되어 졌으나 많은 관심을 받지 못하다가 1993년 Zr-Ti-Ni-Cu-Be 합금에서 수 ㎝ 크기의 비정질합금 제조가 보고되면서 전 세계적으로 많은 관심을 받게 되었다. Zr-Ti-Ni-Cu-Be계 벌크 비정질 합금이 보고된 후 Zr-(Nb,Pd)-Al-TM, Pd-Cu-Ni-P, Fe-Co-Zr-Mo-W-B, Ti-Zr-Ni-Cu-Sn등 여러 합금계에서 벌크 비정질 합금이 보고되었다. (중략)

본 연구는 건설현장에서 발주청으로 보고하는 주기적인 업무보고자료를 대상으로 오프라인이 아닌 온라인 보고방식으로 업무처리절차를 개선하고자 한다. 또한, 온라인 보고시에도 단순 보고형식에서 승인 반려체계를 도입하여 시공사는 감리단에게, 감리단은 발주청에게 승인요청절차를 거쳐 승인 또는 반려처리함으로서 온라인으로 업무처리가 가능하도록 발주청과 건설현장간에 보고체계를 개선하고자 한다.

The Patient Safety Act was enacted on July 26, 2016. Patient safety law is a method to prevent harm by collecting and accumulating various errors through the reporting system. Therefore, in order for this law to be successfully implemented, it is necessary to vitalize 'the autonomous reporting and reporting learning system of patient safety accidents'. And In order for this system to be activated, a large amount of reporting data accumulation is a prerequisite. Nevertheless, there were only two reports in about 17 months. In this paper, I will criticize the validity of the current autonomous reporting system and the two proposed amendments, I would like to propose the introduction of a partial obligation reporting system.
