The aim of this paper is to analyze parking characteristics and demand of A general hospital(A hospital) based on data on entries·exits in parking lot and to improve parking service to patients and visitors without building new parking spaces. To improve the quality of parking service we analyze average parking duration, parking turnover, peak hour, parking index and parking demand of A hospital. Using the results of this research we can improve parking regulations and operate a parking lot smartly. Other hospitals of similar size of A hospital can also refer to these results to improve parking service and build a smart parking system.

This research empirically analyzed the selection factors and the locational selection factors of the medical service facilities according to the gradual increase of the importance of the selection factors and the locational selection factors regarding the establishments of the small- and medium-sized hospitals according to the rapid changes of the socio-economic conditions. By analyzing the priority order according to the levels of the importance of each evaluation item factor through a research related to the selection factors and the locational selection factors of the small- and medium-sized hospitals and by drawing what the important factors that have the influences on the competitiveness of the pre-existent small- and medium-sized hospitals are through the classification of the real estate locational factors and the non-locational factors, the purpose lies in utilizing them as the basic data and materials for the opening strategies of the small- and medium-sized hospitals considering the special, locational characteristics according to the important factors of the selection factors of the small- and medium-sized hospitals, regarding the medical suppliers that have been preparing, for opening the new, small- and medium-sized hospitals. Based on the results of the preceding researches and the researches on the case examples, 28 evaluation factors were arrived at in terms of the level of the medical treatment, the medical services, the accessibilities of the hospitals, the conveniences of the hospitals, and the physical environment. And, regarding the 28 detailed evaluation factors that had been collected, through the interviews with the related experts, the 5 factors of the medical level, the medical service, the expertise of the hospital, the convenience of the hospital, and the physical environment were selected as the upper class evaluation factors. And, according to each upper class, a total of 28 low-part evaluation factors were selected. Regarding the optimal evaluation factors that were selected, the optimal locational factors were selected by carrying out an AHP questionnaire survey investigation with 200 medical experts as the subjects. Regarding the AHP analysis results, similarly with the case examples of the precedent researches, the levels of the importance appeared in the order of the medical level, the medical services, the accessibility of the hospital, the physical environment, and the convenience. And the factors that were related to the facilities of a hospital appeared low. The results of this research can be applied in providing the basis for the decision-makings regarding the selections of the locations of the small- and medium-sized hospitals in the future.

최근 경영환경이 복잡해지고 불확실해 지면서 많은 기업들이 생존전략의 일환으로 앞 다투어 정보시스템을 경영 일선에 도입하고 있지만 성공사례에 못지 않은 실패 사례를 접하게 된다. 여기에는 여러 가지 이유가 있겠지만 효과적인 정보화 전략의 수립에 실패한 것이 가장 기본적인 원인으로 믿어진다. 여러 기업의 정보시스템을 통합하는 경우에는 보다 치밀한 계획의 수립 및 실행이 선행되어야만 하는 것이다. 특히 대기업에 비해 자금력과 인 력 면에서 상대적으로 취약한 중소기업의 경우에는 정보시스템 통합의 경우 효과적인 촉진 전략이 마련되지 않으면 존립마저도 위협받게 되는 상황이 전개될 수도 있다. 본 논문은 상 이한 업종에 종사하고 있는 중소기업으로 이루어진 S병원 그룹의 정보시스템 통합 추진 사 례를 각 기업의 정보시스템 현황, 기존 정보시스템의 문제점, 부문별 통합 추진전략, 정보시 스템 통합의 기대효과 그리고 정보시스템 통합 과정 중에 얻어진 교훈 등을 중심으로 하여 기술하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to present basic data for developing patient-centered care by identifying the current situation and problems of caregivers' protection management for the problem behaviors of the elderly with dementia targeting caregivers working at three nursing hospitals among the facilities for the elderly in the Uiseong area. From January 2021 to July 2021, 1 caregiver with less than 1 year, 5 caregivers with 1 to 3 years of care, and 2 caregivers with 4 years or more, who are directly caring for the elderly with dementia in clinical practice working at a nursing hospital, managing and supervising them A total of 13 patients were included, including 3 nurses and 2 secretary generals. As a qualitative case study, the results of caregivers' protective management for the problem behaviors of the elderly with dementia were listed in mental, physical, and relational aspects. Conflicts in the process and the results of conflicts in the care process with hospital managers are listed based on case studies. More specifically, the efforts and passion of researchers to understand the problem behaviors of the elderly with dementia and to devise and verify practical management methods based on this are urgently needed. It will be necessary to secure data of various case studies in clinical practice through research methods.

국내 병원들은 의료서비스 시장 개방을 눈앞에 두고 있다. 의료서비스의 시장 개방은 의료 공공성을 유지하면서 의료서비스의 질 향상을 기대할 수 있는 반면, 의료비의 상승과 의료의 양극화 우려를 동시에 내포하고 있다. 의료산업에서 가장 중요한 것은 물론 의료서비스의 품질이다. 그러나 이제 글로벌 경쟁에 대비해야 하는 국내 상황에서 다양한 경영전략이 필요한 때이다. 여기서는 급변하는 병원산업에서 향후 허용될 것으로 예상되는 의료기관의 다양한 광고전략 중에서 정보기술을 기반으로 하는 브랜드 커뮤니티에 관련하여 병원이 대비해야 할 활용전략을 제시한다. 여타 산업에서의 브랜드 커뮤니티 성공요인과 사례를 바탕으로 병원종사자 뿐만 아니라 의료서비스 이용자들을 위한 의료산업에서의 온라인 커뮤니티 구축에 초점을 두었으며, 본 연구에서 제시하는 병원의 브랜드 커뮤니티를 활성화하는 6가지 요소는 운영자의 역량, 프리미엄 가치의 제공, 독특한 컨셉, 보안과 확장성이 보장된 장, 오프라인 모임, 그리고 다양한 홍보루트이다.

최근 고령화 사회로 진입함에 따라 건강 상태 상시 모니터링에 대한 관심이 높아졌으며, 이에 편승하여 부정맥을 탐지하는 기법에 대한 연구도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 원격심전도 모니터링을 통해 병원 방문 없이도 진료 및 진단이 가능해 질 것으로 예측된다. 이러한 원격심전도 모니터링은 사이버물리시스템의 대표적인 응용사례에 해당된다. 본 고를 통해 우리는 원격심전도 모니터링 응용 사례를 물리시스템과 사이버시스템의 상호작용 관점에서 살펴보고, 이를 통하여 효율적인 시스템 설계 방안에 대하여 논한다.

오늘날의 대부분 의료기관이 성취해야 할 가장 중요한 과제는 의료 관리비용의 절감과 의료 서비스품질의 향상이다. 최근 병원의 대형화 및 병원간의 경쟁 과다로 인하여 환자에 대한 서비스는 호전되었지만, 병원 자체 인력에 대한 효율적 배분 및 인력 운용에 있어서의 형평성 문제는 아직까지 해결되지 못한 부분이 많다. 특히 모든 일을 경제 원리로 풀려고 하는 사회적 풍토 및 현대화, 대형화에 따른 병원 재정의 압박은 병원 운용 인력의 $30{\sim}40\%$를 차지하는 간호 인력에 대한 관심을 소홀히 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 대형 병원을 사례기관으로 선정하여 기존의 간호사 근무 편성 기준을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 간호사들의 요일별, 시간별 선호도를 고려한 근무 편성표를 작성하여 간호사 근무에 형평성을 기하고자 한다. 또한 기존 휴리스틱에 의거한 근무표와 수리계획법을 활용하여 작성한 근무표 간의 비교를 통하여, 간호사 개인이 특정 근무 기간동안 얻게 되는 만족도를 분석하고자 한다.

Today, medical system faces to two major flows of change. The first one changes to small-to-middle size special hospital from large size general hospital. The another one changes to the patient-focused hospital. In these two flows of change, women's hospital is a typical small-to-middle size special hospital. In Korea, several studies on the architectural planning of delivery-part designed with recent trends in large size general hospital have done with focusing on LDR type or LDR/P type, but few studies on the architectural planning of the recent trends in women's hospitals. Therefore, this study aims to propose improve way after analysis the developing circumstances and problems on the Architectural planning on women's hospital by case studies on Women's hospital builded recently in Korea.
