현재 국내의 종합병원 건축 시 "설계단계"에서는 초기단계에서부터 병원 관리자의 병원 운영정책 및 실사용 주체인 의료진의 의견반영이 미흡하고 의료장비, 의료경향의 신속한 변화로 인하여 잦은 설계변경이 발생하며 "시공단계"에서는 병원이라는 공사의 특성에 대한 공사 관련자들의 이해부족으로 인하여 재시공이 발생되어 국내 병원공사 프로젝트 수행과정 중 공사비 증가 및 공기지연 등의 문제점이 매우 빈번하게 발생되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전문가 면접조사 및 사례조사를 통하여 병원공사의 시공성 저해 요인을 조사하고, 파트너링 기법을 분석하여, 병원건축의 시공성 증대 방안으로 시공이전단계에 파트너링을 활용한 병원건축의 '의료 지식/정보공유 시스템'을 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템을 검증하기 위하여 실제 대형병원프로젝트에 적용하여 파트너링을 활용한 대형 병원건축에서의 시공성 증대를 위한 파트너링 모델의 적합성을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 경제성장과 함께 빠르게 발전하고 있는 중국의료시설의 최근 의료 환경과 의료시설의 변화 동향을 분석한 것으로 병원의 디자인, 병동 유니트 계획, 의료자원의 지역적 불균형과 건축기준 등 다각도의 변화 동향을 사진, 도면과 함께 제시하였으며, 중국 의료시설의 문제점과 과제를 정리하였다. 중국의 의료시설은 현재 급속한 성장기에 놓여 있으며, 그 과정에서 의료자원의 대도시 집중과 병원의 대형화 현상으로 지역적 의료자원의 불균형 문제가 나타나고 있고, 환자부족으로 중소병원의 경영문제가 심각한 반면, 대규모 병원은 환자집중으로 긴 대기시간과 혼잡함 등의 문제가 나타나고 있다. 또한 대규모병원과 중소병원 간 의료자원의 과다한 중복으로 비효율성 문제가 지적되고 있어 합리적인 경제기반에 기초한 효율적인 의료시설과 건물시스템을 어떻게 개발할 것인가 하는 점이 중국 의료시설의 큰 과제중의 하나가 되고 있다.

According to the rapid increase of the elderly population, especially frail older population, many kinds of elderly care facilities have been supplied within a relatively short period. Among them, elderly hospitals and elderly welfare facilities have occupied a major portion. The elderly hospital, which had emerged from 1994, has recorded sharp increase in facility numbers and bed numbers by the support of Korean government together with the increase of care demand. However, the concept and fundamental planning criteria of elderly hospitals have not yet been set up. This paper has derived the concept of the elderly hospital from the Medical Law and Elderly Welfare Law, and prospected the supply of it from domestic and international statistics. Also this paper has explored the fundamental design issues of elderly hospitals by analysing precedent studies and designs, and by surveying some facilities.

최근 환경부의 조사결과에 의하면 대규모 종합병원 대학병원(58개소)의 실내 공기질이 유지기준을 초과한 것으로 나타났다. 내부 공기질은 물론, 병원 규모의 증가와 병원 건축물 대형화에 따른 친환경 건축물 설계와 저탄소 녹색 설계의 필요성이 절실히 요구되고 있는 상황이다. 특히 각 의료기관의 건축물에서 발생되는 이산화탄소, 발열, 쓰레기, 폐에너지, 발전소 배열, 하수열 등의 증가로 인해 병원 환자를 비롯한 병원 고객의 건강에 많은 문제점을 가져다주고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 대규모 의료 단지에 건설되는 각각의 건축물이 가지는 의료기관으로써의 특성을 고려한 저탄소 녹색 친환경 건축설계에 도입되어야 하는 기술 개발과 각 의료 건축물 간의 유기적 관계를 고려한 녹색 친환경 건축디자인 기술을 융합적으로 개발하는 것을 연구목표로 한다.

The demends of oriental medical care have been increased continuously and the numbers of oariental medical hospital have been increased also. But the data for architectural planning and design of oriental medical hospital are very insufficient. So this research aims to get the basic data for architectural planning and design of oriental medical hospital.

In order to improve their hospital services in unlimited competitive situations, the general hospitals, particularly, have since the 1990s been concentrating more on hospital information processing systems and the automation of the patients' convenience. They also give priority to the advance of integrated hospital information systems centred around the patients. Introducing more progressive information technology to already established hospitals, the OPD has been most affected by HIS because there are a lot of patients and doctors. On this background, this study analyse the change of OPD and some related departments around the 1990s with the general hospitals as it's object. It investigates the way of building hospitals and presents some information about the planning of building hospitals.
