본 논문은 병원에서 환자가 내원할 때 의사에게 환자 진단과 처방을 지원을 할 수 있는 메디컬 시스템에 대한 연구를 하였다. 메디컬 프로세스를 고려한 환자의 증상에 대한 파악과 진단, 처방에 이르기까지의 지원할 수 있는 병원의 증상 진단 지원 Expert System을 연구한다. 본 Expert System을 구축하기 위하여 오픈소스 프로젝트인 Drools를 사용하였다. 본 시스템은 시스템 운영 중, 병원에서 사용하는 증상 진단 지원 rule들을 용이하게 추가하며 사용할 수 있도록 하며, 사용한 Drools의 호환성 해결과 다양한 기능성을 사용하기 위해 Maven을 이용한 증상 진단 지원 Expert System을 설계하였다. 이 시스템의 전체 구성 시스템 아키텍처뿐만 아니라, 환자가 증상을 입력한 이후의 환자 증상, 진단, 처방에 이르기까지의 병원에서 일어나는 프로세스를 구현 및 연구를 하였다.

가금농가들의 철저한 차단방역에도 불구하고 고병원성 조류인플루엔자(AI) 확산되고 있어 정부를 포함한 가금농가의 비상 상태가 지속되고 있다. 이번 고병원성 AI는 지난해보다 22일 빨리 발생했으며 주로 서해안 벨트 위주로 발생한 것과 달리 전남, 경기, 충북 등 전국에 거쳐 매우 빠른 속도로 확산되고 있어 예년보다 위험성이 높아졌다. 특히 오리농가가 많이 모여 있는 전남 지역에서 집중적으로 발생하고 있어 전국의 오리농가를 비롯한 오리업계의 근심이 커지고 있다. 1월 18일 기준 가금농장에서 총 63건의 고병원성 AI가 발생한 가운데 육용오리 25건, 종오리 8건으로 오리농장에서만 총 33건이 발생했다. 이처럼 고병원성 AI가 오리농가에서 집중적으로 발생하고 있는 이유는 양계보다 상대적으로 낙후된 사육시설 때문이라고 전문가들은 지적했다. 이에 한국오리협회에서는 시설현대화를 위해 정부에 지속적으로 요구하고 있지만 막대한 예산이 투입되기 때문에 쉽지만은 않은 상황이다. 정부에서는 우선적으로 2019년부터 가금과 양돈 대상으로 '방역인프라 설치 지원사업'을 통해 축산농가의 방역시설 개선 사업을 진행하고 있다. 지원대상과 지원항목 등 변경된 올해의 '방역인프라 설치 지원사업'에 대해 살펴봤다.

This research is a study on the welfare satisfaction of radiological technologists in university hospital, and was conducted in order to analysis of welfare factors and improvements. The survey was conducted on radiological technologist of a university hospital in Gyeongnam from July 14th 2014 to August 14th 2014, and we analyzed 121 of the questionnaire, which was retrieved by distributing. As a result, we looked at the welfare level of satisfaction by welfare hospital factors, each of the satisfaction scores were living welfare supports($2.83{\pm}0.43$), financial supports($4.25{\pm}0.65$), housing supports($2.28{\pm}0.46$), educational supports($2.58{\pm}0.50$), health medical supports($3.02{\pm}0.56$), culture and leisure supports($2.79{\pm}0.45$), other welfare supports($2.70{\pm}0.48$) points. The level of satisfaction with the hospital welfare support factors of average score level it was analyzed. It is important that is providing effective hospital welfare through survey for hospital welfare needs and benchmarking of welfare system of general corporate.

The purpose of this study examine to identify the mediating Organizational citizenship behavior in the relation Authentic leadership and Organizational support. Data were collected by self-report questionnaires targeting 229 caregiver in Daegu city and Gyeongsangbuk-do city. Data were analyzed with SPSS/PC ver. 21.0 programs. There were significantly positive correlations between toward the Organizational citizenship behavior, Authentic leadership and Organizational. As a result of analyzing the main factors the level of care performance for authentic leadership and Organizational support to be significant explanatory variables and this model's explanatory power was 50.0%. Therefore, it is necessary required to improve the Organizational support and leader's authentic leadership for the nursing work performance.

Technological advances in contemporary medicine has discovered the causes of countless diseases and recorded a noticeable medical performance. As technology develops, the role of hospitals is expanding to include disease prevention of inpatients, on top of their fundamental role of treating diseases. Recently, hospitals are becoming more influential as they create environments to provide comfort and stability to patients. In this regard, contemporary hospitals are increasingly shifting their focus to create a patient-centric environment as well as develop into humanistic establishments. The same goes to dentists, as well. Since inpatients often have fear and frustration over treatment, hospitals should figure out the environmental factors that are more effective and relaxing for patients and design medical services to provide them. The patients' movement and spaces during their treatment were categorized by stages and collected for gazing information using eye tracking. It analyzed users' gaze information according to Heatmap analysis of distribution and frequency and was determined the presence or absence of stimuli on the components of space. This research is an advanced research to study and enhance treatment environment based on the analysis of patients' gazes. It attempted to create an opportunity to get closer to patient-centric environment by understanding the stimulants and obstacles and controlling the background settings.

To improve the diagnosis and prescription for military personnel, it is required to adopt Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) in armed forces hospitals. The objective of this paper is to suggest a CDSS for armed forces hospitals using semantic web technologies. To this end, we designed military medical ontologies and military medical rules which consist of the various concepts and rules for supporting medical activities. We developed a semantic web-based CDSS to demonstrate the use of the ontologies and rules for treating military patients. We also showed the process of semantic search for the medical records which are created from the semantic web-based CDSS.

This study is to examine how POS(perceived organization support) would affect trust in her/his superior and organization, organization commitment and customer orientation. The effect of demographic variables differences on independent and dependent variables was examined. Data for this study was collected by questionnaire from a sample of 277 employees of 9 hospitals in Korea. The findings show that POS is significantly influence trust in her/his superior and organization, organization commitment, and customer orientation. Variables like gender and type of employment have a significant difference. However there is no difference in the type of occupation.
