According to the recent research results of the Ministry of Environment, the indoor air quality of large general hospitals and university hospitals(58 hospitals) exceeded the maintenance standard. On top of such indoor air quality, it is also desperately required to have the environment-friendly building design and also low carbon green design in accordance with the increase of hospital size and enlarged hospital buildings. Especially, the increase of carbon dioxide, heat, garbage, waste energy, exhaust heat from power plants and sewage heat in each medical center brings up lots of problems to the health of hospital patients and customers. Thus this study aims to convergently develop the green environment-friendly architecture design technology concerning the organic relations between each medical building, and technical development which should be introduced to the low carbon green environment-friendly architecture design based on the characteristics of each medical center in large-scale medical complex.

병원 전기설비는 일반 업무용 건축물과는 달리 순간 정전도 허용하지 않는 대형컴퓨터, 의료용 전기기기, 사무자동화기기 등을 사용하고 있어 특히 전원설비의 고신뢰성, 안전성이 요구되는 비, 본지에서는 병원 전기설비의 안전기준을 살펴보고 조사대사 병원의 수변전설비 구성 현황, 변전시설밀도, 수용률, 최대수요전력의 발생 실태를 검토하고자 한다.

불특정다수의 사람들이 이용하는 숙박계시설이며, 자립피난이 곤란한 피난약자에 해당하는 환자 및 노약자, 임산부, 어린이가 대다수 이용하는 병원은 피난안전상 매우 불리한 용도의 건축물이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실재병원의 건립 당시 평면계획과 실재 사용 중 평면을 조사하고, 이를 대상으로 본 연구의 선행연구에서 발표된 피난안전성의 평가법에 적용하여, 병원 평면의 변화에 따른 피난안전성의 변화를 정량적으로 나타내는 것으로, 불가피한 평면의 변경 시에 참고자료로 활용 될 수 있는 근거를 제시 하고자 한다.

Recently our country need to change about hospital building operation and business change.The recent real estate development projects are made in very complex due to the diversity of development method or its legal aspects. Under such a real estate investment, the review of investment yield rate is fundamentally important for the one that invests and the one that finances it. Previously, the focus was in the review of the time to turn the surplus or the plan for making repayment of the borrowings, and without the analysis of sufficient investment yield rate. For a simple issue of finding the most advantageous project method, there is a need for reviewing the taxation issues, fund procurement method, legal aspects, policy analysis aspects and others. Therefore, the real estate investment is now likely to encounter the form of having the time of venture as well. In conclusion, the scientific and reasonable decision making in investing on the real estate does not suggest the absolute evaluation standard but the need and the use are more and more demanded.

태림종합건설(주) 권기욱 회장은 1989년 회사를 설립한 이래 20년간 병원, 주거시설 등 근린시설을 비롯해 고급 건축물 위주로 경쟁력을 키워 왔으며, 이러한 건축물 이외에도 도로, 철도, 공항, 항만 등 국가 기반시설과 산업시설 등을 건설하며 국가기반산업 및 경제발전에 묵묵히 기여해온 기업인다. 지난 5월 14일 역삼동 태림종합건설(주) 회장실에서 권기욱 회장의 경영이념과 인생관 등을 인터뷰를 통해 알아보았다.

과거 건설업이 태동되던 시절 구들난방과 수도꼭지가 전부였던 기계설비는 최근들어 건축물의 첨단화, 다양화에 따라 전체 공사비에서 일반건축물은 20% 이내, 병원 및 첨단 인텔리전트빌딩은 30%, LCD, 반도체 크린룸은 50% 이상을 차지하고 있다. 이러한 기계설비의 발전에 견인차 역할을 담당한 대한설비건설협회는 올해로 창립 20 주년을 맞이했다. 본지는 기계설비의 태동과 성장, 그리고 대한설비건설협회의 활동을 통해 기계설비의 발전사를 조명해 보고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 화재시 재실자의 안전한 피난을 유도하는 피난유도시설의 설치기준과 지하철역사, 대형편의점(마트), 종합병원 등 의료시설, 학교 등 교육시설과 같은 불특정 다수의 사람이 이용하는 건축물에 설치된 피난 유도등의 현장적용사례와 유지관리 실태를 조사하였다. 이러한 건축물에서 재실자의 피난에 영향을 미치는 요소, 예상되는 인명 안전 등에 대하여 분석하여 문제점을 도출하였다. 본 연구결과는 기존의 소방시스템의 문제점으로 지적되고 있는 화재 발생 위치와 확산 경로에 관계없이 획일적으로 피난 방향을 표시하고 있는 시스템의 개선을 위한 최적의 피난 경로를 표시하는 인공지능형 방향성 유도등 개발에 활용할 것이다.
