현재 우리 나라 약업계에서는 의약분업, 일부 의약품의 슈퍼마켓에서의 판매 등의 급격한 환경변화로 약국경영형태의 혁신적인 변화가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 약업계에서는 급속히 발전되고 있으나 학문적으로는 연구된 적이 거의 없는 볼런터리 체인형태의 협업체 약국에 초점을 맞추어 가맹약국과 체인본부와의 거래관계의 질과 체인약국 시스템의 효율적인 운영 및 관리방안을 알아보았다. 본 논문에서는 연구목적들을 달성하기 위하여 특정 협업체 약국체인에 참여하고 있는 168개의 가맹약국을 대상으로 자료를 전국적으로 수집하였으며, 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 연구가설을 검정한 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 약국체인시스템에 투자한 가맹약국의 거래특유자산과 기업가정신은 관계규범에 유의한 영향을 주었으나, 환경의 불확실성은 정보교환, 결속력, 운영유연성 등의 관계규범에 유의적인 작용을 하지 못하였다. 둘째, 거래특유자산과 동기적 투자는 체인구성원들간의 상호의존성을 유의하게 높였으나, 대체안의 획득가능성과 관계규범은 상호의존성에 중요한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 마지막으로, 체인구성원간의 관계규범과 상호의존성이 관계의 질 즉 가맹약국들이 거래에서 느끼는 만족, 체인본부에 대한 신뢰, 약국체인에 지속적으로 참여하려는 몰입에 주는 영향을 분석하였다. 상호의존성은 관계규범과 신뢰에 영향을 주고, 관계규범은 만족을 통하여 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 주었으며, 그리고 신뢰는 몰입에 유의적인 영향을 주었다.

가상현실은 현실에 구애받지 않고 상상의 세계를 현실과 같이 만들어 내어 인체의 모든 감각기관이 인위적으로 창조된 세계에 몰입됨으로써 현실에 있는 것처럼 느낄 수 있는 사이버스페이스이다. 본 논문에서는 청취자의 머리움직임에 따라 머리 추적기로부터 수신된 정보로서 음향의 방향감 간의 상관모델을 구성하여 시스템내의 S/W 모듈에 전달하는 인터페이스와 이를 토대로 머리 움직임 변화에 부합되는 실감음향을 생성하고, 영상도 함께 동기화하여 몰입감을 증대시키는 실감음향 인터페이스에 대해서 논의한다.

본 논문에서는 반몰입 가상현실 장비인 프로젝션 월(projection wall)가 가상 워크벤치(virtual workbench) 시스템에 적응 가능한 카메라 트래킹 방법 을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 측량학에서 거리를 측정하기 위해 사용되어지는 삼각측량법(triangulation)이다. 이 방법은 스테레오 영상을 얻기 위해 사용되는 두 대의 카메라의 기종이 상이할 경우에도 적용이 가능하다는 장점이 있다. 또한, 넓은 트래킹 영역을 확보할 수 있기 때문에 프로젝션 월과 같은 수직형 스크린에 용할 경우 더욱 적합하다. 그리고, 본 논문에서는 신시간 드래킹 글 수행하기 위하여 변화 벡터(shift vector) 기반 위치 추정 방법을 도입하여 검색 시간을 단축시켰으며, 사용자 헤드 드래킹를 수행하기 위해 적외선 비컨을 서텨 글래스(shutter glass)에 부착하여 사용하였다.

창업을 촉진하기 위해 중소벤처기업부를 중심으로 다양한 창업지원 사업을 시행하고 있고, 매년 창업지원 사업이 증가하고 있다. 창업지원 사업의 가장 중요한 역할은 예비창업자 또는 창업기업의 성공적인 사업화를 지원하고 성공률 제고를 위해 자금·교육·투자·네트워크 등을 지원하는 일이다. 그 역할을 수행하기 위해서는 전담 조직과 전담 인력이 필요하다. 현재까지는 창업보육센터와 창업보육 매니저에 관한 연구는 많이 이루어지고 있지만, 창업지원단의 역할과 창업지원 매니저에 관한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 창업지원 매니저의 역량 특성이 조직몰입과 업무성과에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 한다. 창업지원 사업의 규모 확대와 역할변화에 따르는 중소벤처기업부에서 요구하는 창업지원 매니저의 역량들을 도출해보고, 역량 강화를 위한 방안을 모색하고 제안하고자 한다.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of occupational therapy intervention using a fully immersive virtual reality device on the upper extremity function of patients with chronic stroke. Methods : This study used a single subject (ABA) design. The study subjects was a chronic stroke patient with left lateral deviation. Four baseline periods, 12 intervention periods, and 4 baseline regression periods were performed for a total of 20 sessions for 10 weeks. OT intervention with a fully immersive virtual reality device was used every 30 minutes. BBT and WMFT evaluations were performed at each session and the results were displayed in a line graph. Results : The patient's upper limb function has improved. During baseline recurrence, efficacy of treatment was confirmed after removal of intervention, but no significant changes were observed. Conclusion : It has been found that OT intervention with a fully immersive virtual reality device for upper limb function in chronic stroke patients is an effective intervention. However, the effectiveness of maintaining treatment is not important, so we need to develop an easy-to-use home intervention program.

With the emergence of new infectious diseases and changes in the educational environment, the health problems of school-age students are increasing. Accordingly, the role of school health teachers is expanding and becoming more important. The study was to examine the effect of calling on school organizational commitment of school health nurses. Samples were a total of 143 school health nurses working in elementary, middle, and high schools, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea who understood the purpose of this study and voluntarily participated in the study. Measures were Calling and Vocation Questionnaire-Korea (CVQ-K) and organization commitmen questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. The analyses showed that the prediction model for school organizational commitment of school health nurses was significant (F=16.142, p<.001). The value of the adjusted R² was 0.307, which corresponds to the explanatory power of 30.7%. The factor that was found to have the most influence on school organizational commitment of school health nurses was purpose/meaning (β=.28, p=.011), followed by number of classes (β=-.20, p=.006). In order to improve the school organizational commitment of school health nurses, the purpose/meaning and the number of classes should be considered.

To lead the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of organizational member's, It needs to change the psychological attitude of organizations through perception of organizational members who recognize the organization's support in the convergence age. Therefore, this study establishes the Perceived Organizational Support as an independent variable, and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an dependent variable. Also, we want to analyze the effects of psychological impowerment and organizational engagement, explaining the psychological conversion process of individuals. The result is following ; First, Perceived Organizational Support has significant effects of Organizational Commitment and Psychological Empowerment. Second, Organizational Commitment and Psychological Empowerment have shown significant implications for Organized Citizenship Behavior. In addition, Organizational Commitment and Psychological Empowerment have been shown to be partial mediation effect between Perceived Organizational Support and Organized Citizenship Behavior. These findings reveal the specific process of Organized Citizenship Behavior. It is expected to contribute to various measures that can cause to the extra-role behavior of the organizational member's.

The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of the leisure flow among the Baby Boomers upon their psychological well-being and verify the mediating effect of social support. For this study, the New Aging who were Baby Boomers(born between 1955 and 1963) living in Seoul or Gyeonggi-do. And a total of 470 questionnaires were put to analysis. The findings of this study are as follows; First, the leisure flow of the Baby Boomers turned out to have a significant impact on psychological well-being. Second, the leisure flow of the Baby Boomers turned out to have a significant impact on social support. Third, the recognition of the social support of the Baby Boomers turned out to have a significant impact on psychological well-being. Fourth, the researcher verified the mediating effect of social support in the relationship between leisure flow and psychological well-being of the Baby Boomers. This study implies that, as the Baby Boomers is leading the culture of the aged, the study provided the basic data for a healthy society in addition to the enhancement of the quality of life of the New Aging by leading the changing culture of the aged to a positive direction.
