근년에 이르러 암환자의 증가, 암치료성적의 호전, 그리고 암환자의 통원치료 증가등으로 암전문변원이나 암연구소의 치과의사(institutional dentist)뿐만 아니라, 일반 치과의사(non-institutional dentist)들도 암과 관련된 환자들을 접하는 기회가 늘고 있다. 일반적으로 구강함환자는 구강암 자체, 혹 그 처치를 통하여 전신적으로, 혹은 국소적으로 위약된 조건을 갖게되므로 치과치료시에는 특별한 지식과 세심한 주의가 필요하다. 이러한 필요에 이해 선진국에서는 이미 치과종양학(Dental Oncology)의 임상이 활발하다. 이제 이러한 치과종양학적 입장에서 외과적 수술, 방사선요법, 그리고 화학요법을 통한 구강암 (혹은 두경부암)의 처치시에 치과의사의 역할과 치과치료의 문제점 및 그 해결책에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

In this paper, we efficiently simulated for collecting the data from the fixed sensor and mobile sensor of patients using the LEACH-Mobile method. The LEACH-Mobile method is the protocol to increase the mobility by adding the mobile node to the existed LEACH(:Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy) protocol. It improves the mobility of The LEACH-Mobile in the LEACH, however it consumes more energy than the existed LEACH. There is reason why we use the LEACH-Mobile that the monitoring system is generally done by the CCTV and an periodic checkup by nurses. However the number of nurse is a few in the most of hospital. It can happen the accidents of the patients in out of the CCTV when the nurse can not see the monitoring system in the hospital. Therefore it is simulated to continuously gather the data of the position and sensors in the five situation of moving the patients in the hospital, it gets the result that the management of the mobile patients is more efficient.

Cryopreservation of infective juveniles of entomopathogenic nematode, Steinernema carpocapsae Weiser, was conducted at $-190^{\circ}C$ liquid nitrogen and its, efficacy was analysed on nematode survival and pathogenicity with glycerol pretreatments and storage periods. Infective juveniles were pre-treated before being frozen by incubating the nematodes in 22% glycerol for each of 6, 12, and 24 h, followed by 70% methanol at $0^{\circ}C$ for 10 minutes. Just after glycerol and methanol incubations, subsamp1es of the nematodes were resuspended in 0.85% saline and maintained during 24h for viability determination. Different glycerol incubation periods significantly affected the nematode susceptibility to methanol infiltration. Six hour incubation in glycerol resulted in much less nematode survival than did 12 h or 24 h incubation. About 70% of the infective juveniles frozen at $-190^{\circ}C$ for 5 months, preincubat-ed in glycerol at least for 12h, were able to survive after being resuspended in 30°C saline. They did not also show any change in their pathogenicity during cryopreservation. These results suggest an improved technique for long-term storage of the entomopathogenic nematodes.

This paper is based on the effects of Zone of Proximal Development and scaffolding theory of social constructivist, Russian psychologist Vygotsky. He insisted that a social interaction play a fundamental role in the development of cognition. This study is to examine the efficient of the scaffolding types in Math class. The ZPD is the distance between a student's ability to perform a task under adult guidances or with peer collaboration and the student's ability solving the problem independently. To conduct the research was grouped into an experimental first grader five students in H high school in Y county. After class, students were questioned through Semi-structured interviews. The results of this study are below. First, Students were satisfied with the class mixed micro-scaffolding types and Macro-scaffolding types and improved their math thinking ability and the ways of solving problems. Second, The results of the class showed that students' ability to perform a task was transferred to the higher level through the help of a teacher or peers. Students could have more time to listen to peers' opinions and to say their own thoughts freely than they were under the lecture method instruction. Third, Students were interested in math through the experimental class. That's because the appropriate help of the scaffolding type, a cooperate study, relative with real life, using an engineering tools. They made a change of perception.
