The design parameter study about the magnetic pulse forming is performed using finite element analysis with MAXWELL. The first case of design parameters is about the initial charging voltage and the capacitance and the second case of design parameters are about the winding turns and the spacing of electromagnetic coil. The 3D finite element model of electromagnetic forming system is created and the magnetic force is calculated. The effects of design parameters on the magnetic forming force are investigated.

This study examined the effectiveness of policy measures in a growth management plan by analyzing empirically the influence of regulations and incentives in a non-urban growth management plan of Sejong City using the binomial logistic model. The parcel unit data related development location of Sejong City from 2012 to 2017 was used in the model. The analysis showed that time regulation in the growth management plan has a negative (-) impact on the spread of development, which means it is effective in slowing urban sprawl by lowering the profits of developers. The time regulation applied in Sejong City needs to be used actively in other cities in Korea to prevent urban sprawl. Nevertheless, floor ratio incentives had no influence in inducing development within the growth management area, which means a new incentive policy to meet the local characteristics is needed to strengthen the effectiveness of the growth management plan. This study is meaningful because it attempted an empirical analysis of the effects of the growth management plan at The National Territory Act, and this study could encourage further studies.

In medical research, multivariate analysis, especially multiple regression analysis, is used to analyze the influence of multiple variables on the result. Multiple regression analysis should include variables in the model and the problem of multi-collinearity as there are many variables as well as the basic assumption of regression analysis. The multiple regression model is expressed as the coefficient of determination, $R^2$ and the influence of independent variables on result as a regression coefficient, ${\beta}$. Multiple regression analysis can be divided into multiple linear regression analysis, multiple logistic regression analysis, and Cox regression analysis according to the type of dependent variables (continuous variable, categorical variable (binary logit), and state variable, respectively), and the influence of variables on the result is evaluated by regression coefficient${\beta}$, odds ratio, and hazard ratio, respectively. The knowledge of multivariate analysis enables clinicians to analyze the result accurately and to design the further research efficiently.

Biplot is a useful graphical method to explore simultaneously rows and columns of two-way data matrix. In particular, canonical correlation biplot is a method for investigating two sets of variables and observations in canonical correlation analysis graphically. For more than three sets of variables, we can apply the generalized canonical correlation biplot in generalized canonical correlation analysis which is an expansion of the canonical correlation analysis. On the other hand, we consider the set of covariate variables which is affecting the linearly two sets of variables. In this case, if we apply the generalized canonical correlation biplot, we cannot clearly interpret the other two sets of variables due to the effect of the set of covariate variables. Therefor, in this paper, we will apply the partial canonical correlation analysis of Rao (1969) removing the linear effect of the set of covariate variables on two sets of variables. We will suggest the partial canonical correlation biplot for inpreting the partial canonical correlation analysis graphically.

This research analyzed the operation efficiency and influence factors of housing facilities for the severely disabled in Jeolla region by using the DEA model. First, the analysis of efficiency for 2012 was carried out using the CCR model. As a result, 12 DMUs were proved to be efficient, and the average efficiency of CCR was 0.85, confirming that the efficiency of all DMUs were satisfactory. Second, regression analysis was carried out to analyze the factors affecting the efficiency of the DEA model by using the Tobit model. In this case, the inputs and calculated variables were set as independent variables whereas the efficiency as the dependent variable. As a result, the detailed variables had a low significance; the overall input variables showed a negative influence while the calculated variables tended to be a positive influence. In terms of operation efficiency, there was no meaningful result in input variables besides the number of workers. Instead of expanding the input variables, the following should be made for housing facilities of the severely disabled; more efforts should be put in to improve welfare service delivery system and operating environment and structure, and the program must be supplemented as well.

This study aims to draw the implication in improving middle school students' school adjustment and suggest policy methods for their school adjustment depending on the degree of social support. As a result of the research, it was found that middle school students' resilience factors such as self-control ability and interpersonal relationship ability had the influence on their impulse control, self-esteem, communication and self-expansion ability on their social competence. Emotional regulation, impulse control, self-esteem, communication and self-expansion ability had the influence on school adjustment. It was also known that middle school students' social competence had high influence on their school adjustment and their self-expansion ability had the highest influence on social competence. Middle school students' resilience factors such as emotional regulation, empathy and self-expansion ability may be different in their influence on social competence. Impulse control may be different depending on their school adjustment and a degree of social support, and social competence may be different depending on their school adjustment and a degree of social support.

In recent years, various Social Network Service (SNS) is emerging as a new means of communication were enjoying a lot of popularity among consumers. Accordingly, an online word-of-mouth marketing through the SNS is prevalent. At this moment, the majority of companies selects the SNS used as resources of online word-of-mouth marketing on the assumption that the more a SNS is popular (followers or visitors based), the more it has an influence. In addition, the existing studies about the popularity or influence on the SNS were not distinguish them separately. The former researchers used popularity mixed with Influence. Therefore, this study, we have conducted a survey with people in their twentieswho use SNS most to do an empirical analysis of the relationship between popularity and Influence on the SNS. According to the results of this study, it has a weak correlation between popularity and Influence. So, it is necessary to distinguish between popularity and influence.

Considering the widespread use of social networking sites (SNSs) and the sudden shift of Filipino SNS usage from Friendster to Facebook, this paper examines five factors that affect user intentions to switch SNSs. By surveying switchers from Friendster to Facebook in the Philippines, satisfaction, alternative attractiveness, and social influence were significant factors affecting switching intent.

By exploring plausible relations between factors of service quality and user satisfaction, this study has derived significant determinants of user satisfaction. Based on the analytical findings, this study suggested practical measures to enhance user satisfaction of special libraries. If we determine the priority order of three dimensions of service quality depending on specialized areas of special libraries, and revise the items of higher correlations with user satisfaction, then we could effectively and efficiently level up user satisfaction of special libraries.

이 논문은 타이어 변형량을 측정하는 변형량 센서의 시제품을 modeling하여 COMSOL Multiphysics FEM 해석 프로그램을 통해 시뮬레이션을 수행한 것을 다룬 것이다. 센서의 구조 중에 센서의 성능에 큰 영향력을 미치는 구조를 변수로 잡아 각 변수에 따른 센서의 capacitance의 linearity와 sensitivity을 시뮬레이션을 통해 도출했다. 도출한 값을 토대로 센서 구조에 대한 최적의 범위를 구하고 센서의 시제품의 구조 변수의 값이 이 범위 내에 있는 것을 보여 시제품의 성능에 대한 검증했다.
