한국데이터베이스 진흥센터는 국내외 지식정보 관련 정책과 유관 산업의 트렌드를 살펴보고, 지식의 생산∙유통∙활용의 단계별 이슈를 진단해 보고자 지식정보 이슈 보고서를 게재한다. 그 첫번째 보고서인 ‘ CoP(Communities of Practice: 학습조직, 학습동아리, 또는지식실행공동체) 활동을 통한 대기업과 중소기업간 지식격차 해소’에서는 국내외 대기업들이 활발히 진행하고 있는 CoP 사례를 분석하고 이를 통해 중소기업이 벤치마킹 할 수있는 실천적 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

In globalization and information-oriented society, the domestic construction companies are competing with others in domestic and overseas market. To survive in the age of limitless competition, companies have to manage their performance systematically. However, domestic small and medium-sized companies which are holding a large majority don't have their own Performance Management System(PMS) yet. The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing PMS and to extract key drivers for developing PMS. Through case studies of KPI(UK), NBS(Chile), CII BM&M(USA) and SISIND-NET Project(Brazil), the key drivers are derived. Having these key drivers, this study suggested the conceptual model of PMS using benchmarking for small and medium-sized construction companies.

The purpose of this study is, through journal review, to introduce and analyze the success factor and programs of CONNECT which have made key contributions in the construction of San diego Bio-cluster and thereby show directions business incubators in Korea should try to follow. CONNECT is a most popular bench-marking case over the world for bio-venture incubation. In this paper, core success factors and incubating programs of CONNECT are analyzed in detailed way for local govenments and incubating institutions to develop enterprise promotion policy. CONNECT is famous for its tailored services to meet the varying needs of entrepreneurs at all stages of their business life cycles and growth. CONNECT is a pioneer which provide mainly software services by using network while it provide hardware supports like space at minimun level. CONNECT has provided early stage corporations with diverse software services on which business incubators in Korea should have focus Since its inception, CONNECT has assisted more than 800 technology companies. Leadership of policy makers, network and software services have been key success factors of UCSD CONNECT.

급변하는 기업의 내· 환경에 대응하고 치열한 경쟁 속에서 이길 수 있는 길은 환경변화에 적응하는 것이다. 이를 위해서는 사람, 프로세스, 기술의 변화가 필수적이다. 사람이 변하면 기업의 문화가 바뀌게 되며, 기업문화의 변화는 곧 기업업무 프로세스의 변화를 의미한다. 그리고 프로세스의 변화는 곧 기술지원을 동반해야 하며, 이는 새로운 정보시스템 의 구축을 의미한다. 이런 의미에서 전사적 자원관리(Enterprise Resource Planning : ERP) 시스템의 구축 필요성이 대두된다. 본 연구에서는 K사의 사례연구를 중심으로 ERP의 개념과 추진과정, 그리고 세부적인 서브시스템을 소개하고, 구축된 ERP 시스템이 기업의 경쟁우위 확보를 위한 시너지 효과를 올리기 위하여 제조현장 시스템인 POP(Point of Production) 시스템 및 PDM(Product Data Management) 시스템과의 통합 방법에 대하여 기술한다. 또한 일반적으로 국내 기업에서 ERP 도입시 부딪히는 경영환경상의 문제점들을 되짚어 보며, 실제 추진 사례를 보여줌으로써 벤치마킹의 의미를 갖고자 한다.

본 논문은 자료포괄분석(Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA)을 이용하여 국내 SI회사를 대상으로 효율성을 측정하고 효율성의 연도별 추세를 분석하여 개별기업 및 산업차원에서 변화의 방향을 파악하였다. 기업집단의 소속여부에 따른 비효율성의 차이와 효율성에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인에 관해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 평균적으로 국내 SI회사의 기술적 효율성은 약간 하락하고 있으며, TE 및 PTE의 표준편차와 최대값-최소값의 범위는 상당히 증가하고 있어 양극화가 심화되고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 기업집단 소속인 기업과 그렇지 않은 기업의 효율성을 분석한 결과 그 차이는 통계적으로 유의함을 검증하였다. 한편, 효율성에 영향을 미치는 각종 요인과 TE 및 PTE 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 내부매출비중, 정보생산성, 인당매출, EBITDA율, 부가가치율, 투하자본 수익률(ROIC) 등과 TE 및 PTE 간에 모두 강한 상관계수를 보이고 있다. 이와 같은 효율성의 분석을 통해 SI산업의 지속 가능한 경쟁력을 확보하고 개별 기업의 효율성을 향상하기 위한 전략적 벤치마킹과 정책적 의사결정에 기여할 수 있다.

우리 경제는 지난해에 그동안의 어려웠던 대 ${\cdot}$ 내외적 경영여건이 호전되고 내수경기의 회복및 수출증가세의 확대되는 등 경기회복속도가 빨라진 모습을 보여주었다. 경기가 나아지고 경기전망이 나아짐에 따라 한국경제가 혁신주도형 경제로 빠르게 전환되고 있으며, 그 중심에 정보화는 기업 및 국가경쟁력 강화를 위한 핵심전략수단으로 입지를 굳혀나가고 있다. 그러나 자금, 인력, 정보, 등의 측면에서 열세인 중소기업의 경우 벤치마킹의 자료나 검증된 성공 ${\cdot}$ 실패 사례의 부족으로 정보시스템 도입과 투자를 망설이고 있는 듯 하다. 그러므로 국내 중소기업의 정보시스템의 도입과 투자를 통한 정보화 촉진을 위해 현재 중소기업에서 실제 운용되고 있는 정보시스템의 투자현황과 수요를 살펴보고, 이를 통해 필요한 정보시스템의 범위와 적용의 기대효과를 예상하여 전반적인 국내 중소기업의 정보화 투자현황의 개선 방향을 제시해보고자 한다.

인구 470만명의 중소국가인 노르웨이는 오랜 세월동안 해운강국의 위치를 고수하고 있다. 아울러 노르웨이는 해운선진국으로서 여타 국가들이 벤치마킹의 대상이 되곤 한다. 노르웨이가 오래 전부터 해운강국으로 확고한 뿌리를 내릴 수 있었던 것은 아마도 바이킹의 후손으로서 해양지향적인 국민성에 있지 않을까 생각된다. 이 뿐만이 아닐 것이다. 사실상 노르웨이 외항해운산업의 대표적인 강점은 해운연관 산업에 국제경쟁력을 갖춘 유수의 기업들이 두텁게 포진하고 있다. 다음은 한국선주협회가 노르웨이 해운산업의 강점을 조사분석한 것이다.

최근 건설경기의 난국 속에서 많은 건설기업들이 경영상의 어려움에 처해 있다. 본 연구에서는 코스피 코스닥 상장 건설기업들을 대상으로 ANP와 DEA 결합 모델을 이용하여 기업의 경영 효율성 분석을 실시한다. DEA 모형에 쓰이는 투입 및 산출 요소의 결정은 ANP 모형의 중요도 분석을 통하여 결정함으로써 기존의 방법보다 효율성 분석 결과의 신뢰도를 제고하였는데, 효율성 분석결과 비효율적 그룹에 대해서는 효율적 그룹으로의 이동을 위한 벤치마킹 대상과 개선을 위한 효율성 수치를 제공한다. 또한 연구의 결과로 나온 기업별 효율성과 주가와의 상관관계를 분석한다. 본 연구에서는 코스피 상장 건설기업 36곳과 코스닥에 상장된 건설기업 21곳인 총57개 기업을 대상으로 기업의 효율성을 평가하였는데, 효율성 분석결과 CCR 효율성이 1인 기업은 4개 기업, BCC 효율성이 1인 기업은 7개 기업, 규모의 효율성이 1인 기업은 4개 기업 이었으며 각각의 효율적 그룹군 기업과 주가와의 상관관계는 CCR, BCC 모형 모두에서 0.7 이상의 강한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다.

The trade volume of Northeast Asian countries is increasing and with the advent of the 4th revolutionary era, minimizing the logistics costs of firm is becoming an important competitive factor. With respect to this, in 2006, the government introduced a certified Integrated logistics firm system to improve the competitiveness of local logistics firms and reduce the logistics costs of firms. They argued that the certified Integrated logistics firm system increased the reliability of logistics firms and increased the efficiency of the logistics industry. On the other side, they argue that the system puts a burden on firms and becomes a big business-oriented market consolidation. This study analyzed the efficiency of Warehousing firms using DEA model. The CCR, BBC efficiency and RTS (return to scale) of 15 Warehousing firms were evaluated. This study also suggested the Warehousing firms which can be benchmarked based on analyzed information.

The IT industry has made rapid development and also had an economic impact on other industries Also, since the fourth industrial revolution has begun in recent years ago, so The convergence between IT and other industries is increasing. Therefore, the development of the IT industry will enhance the international competitiveness It will also have a major impact on the nation's economic growth. Therefore, IT firms should be more efficient in their production. so This paper analyzes the efficiency of High-growth IT firms using DEA model. We evaluate the CCR, BBC efficiency and RTS(return to scale) of 12 IT firms. As a result, there were 6 companies with BCC efficiency 1 and 4 companies with 1 CCR efficiency. The scale of profitability was analyzed by IRS as 7 companies and CRS as 5 companies. We also suggest the IT firms which can be benchmarked based on analyzed information. It is expected to provide investors and external stakeholders with very useful information on managerial management efficiency.
