본 논문에서 필자는 먼저 "차이를 만들지 않는다(Makes No Difference)"는 논증(줄여서 MND 논증)을 소개하고 이에 대한 앨런 베이커(Alan Baker)의 반론을 자세히 살펴본다. MND 논증, 특히 그 전제를 제대로 평가하기 위해서는 반사실적 조건문에 대한 분석이 필요한데, 베이커는 이를 위해 이갈 크바크(Igal Kvart)의 분석을 이용한다. 이에 필자는 크바트의 분석을 비판함으로써 이에 의존한 베이커의 주장을 비판한다. 이를 위해 필자는 Fine-Tuning 논증을 예로 삼아, 크바트의 반사실적 조건문에 대한 분석, 특히 그의 반법칙적 조건문에 대한 분석은 실제 과학자들의 논의와도 상충되며, 이 과학자들의 논의를 바탕으로 한 철학적 논쟁과도 상충되기 때문에 그의 분석을 받아들일 수 없음을 보인다. 이를 통해 필자는 크바트의 분석에 의존하여 MND 논증을 공격한 베이커의 결론도 마찬가지로 받아들일 수 없다는 것을 보인다.

본 논문은 열평형 기술을 활용하여 다단계 조절이 가능한 유니베이커 오븐에 대하여 CFD(computational fluid dynamics) 해석을 수행하여 오븐내부의 열유동분포와 속도를 파악함으로서 오븐 내부의 열평형을 이룰 수 있는 최적 위치를 예상함으로서 유니베이커 오븐의 설계 자료로 이용하고자 한다.

The objective of this study is search to the heat range and velocity of the unibaker oven having multi-level controller by CFD(computational fluid dyamics) analysis. CFD analysis result is expect to find the most suitable place of the heat pipe making thermal equilibrium so that it can be used design data.

서울 이태원 한 편에 자리한 베이커리. 자그마한 가게라 무심코 지나치기 십상이지만, 드나드는 사람들이 끊이지 않아 내내 분주한 곳이기도 했다. 고소하고 달콤한 빵 냄새는 물론이고 정겨운 웃음소리까지 문틈 사이로 넘쳐흘렀다. 이곳 대표인 정웅(42세) 베이커는 자칭 천연효모 예찬론자다. 천연효모를 만들고 색다른 풍미가 있는 빵을 만드는 과정 하나하나가 즐겁다는 그를 만났다.

Purpose: The goal of this study is to assess the usefulness of ultrasonography in diagnosis of Baker's cyst. Materials and Methods: 42 cases of popliteal mass in 41 patients were reviewed between August 2006 and April 2009. All patients were evaluated with both MR imaging and ultrasonography. We investigated the comparison of a morphology, location, septation, and communication of mass between MR imaging and ultrasonography. Results: On ultrasonography, 40 Baker's cysts and 2 lipomas were detected, and all cysts were located at the medial side. 11 simple septated masses and 3 multiple cysts were detected, and 26 simple communicated cysts were suspected. On MR imaging, 40 Baker's cysts and 2 lipomas were detected, and all cysts were located at the medial side. 13 simple septated masses and 3 multiple cysts were detected, and 15 simple communicated cysts were suspected. Conclusion: Ultrasonography didn't give the definite information of Baker's cyst about communication with joint, but ultrasonography was a cost-effective useful tool for evaluation of a morphology, location and differential diagnosis of the Baker's cyst.
