This paper intended to find rational alternatives for contracting-out of duties of the Busan port Pier Management Corporation, which is facing the merger and abolition, and of which main functions include the management of port facilities such as International Passenger Terminal, Cruise Terminal and Coast Passenger Terminal. This paper searched appropriate term, needs (merits), proper scope and cost of the contracting-out of that port facilities. The result of the analysis indicated that the best policy is to privatize the Busan port Pier Management Corporation itself to make it an private incorporated company.

BPMN(Business Process Modeling Notation)은 BPMI(Business Process Management Initiative)에서 발표한 것으로서 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링을 위한 표준 표기법이다. BPMN은 표준 모델링 표기법 이므로 다른 모델링 표기법을 익히는데 사용되는 시간을 줄이며 IT 및 비즈니스 사용자들 간의 의사소통을 증진시킬 수 있다. 이에 대응하여 WfMC(The Workflow Management Coalition)는 XPDL 매핑작업을 시도하여 BPMN을 XPDL로 표현할 수 있도록 하였고, 그 결과 BPMN에 매핑시킨 XPDL2.0을 발표하였다. 본 논문에서 설계한 모델링 시스템은 표준 표기법인 BPMN을 통하여 모델링을 하고 그 결과를 국제 표준화 워크풀로우 정의 언어인 XPDL2.0으로 제공하는 워크플로우 모델링시스템을 제안하여 다른 워크플로우 시스템들과의 상호 호환성을 제공하는 것이며, 역할 기반의 모델링 방식으로 복잡한 모델링 작업을 단순화 시킬 수 있다. 즉, 워크플로우 모델링 기능에 실시간 그룹웨어 특성들을 통합하여, 한 차원 높은 수준의 모델링 환경제공을 통하여 기존의 워크플로우 시스템들이 지원하지 못 했던 워크플로우 모델링 협동 작업을 실시간으로 지원 할 수 있을 문만 아니라, 요즘과 같이 대형화와 복잡화 그리고 다양화의 특징을 갖는 조직들의 워크플로우 들에 대한 효율적인 분석 및 모델링 환경을 제공하기 위한 워크플로우 모델링 시스템을 제안한다.

An L-curve corner detection method is proposed for the determination of the regularization parameter in optical flow estimation. The method locates the positive peak whose curvature difference from the just right-hand negative valley is the maximum in the curvature plot of the L-curve. while the existing curvature-method simply finds the maximum in the plot. Experimental results show that RMSE of the estimated optical flow is greater only by 0.02 pixels-per-frame than the least in the average sense. The proposed method is also compared with an existing curvature-method and the adaptive pruning method, resulting in the optical flow estimation closest to the least RMSE.

In this paper, we analyze semantics on mudras of Sahasra-bhuja Avalokitesvara and implement visual content as its application. The mudras are described in the Odaejineunjib that is a tangible cultural property. The semantics analysis on the mudras are essential for understanding the meaning of the 42 Hands(mudras) that present symbolic difference of hands holding on various items. So, in this paper, we analyze the semantics on the 42 Hands according to 5 parts which are basic classification of Honored Ones on Esoteric Buddhism. We implemented a visual contents showing Avalokitesvara according to semantics on the 42 Hands. And, in the process, we are able to provide the public with easy accessibility on mudras of Sahasra-bhuja Avalokitesvara. Applications of the mudras are as follows; game contents, traditional cultural contents, etc.

Local company which has excellent patent technique is required design development for sales growth and enhancement of market competitiveness. For the solution about this requirement of small and medium company, the patent office and Chooncheognbukdo are jointly progressing the value consideration business of local design, and the design is improved through this. This study is to show the illustration of the design developed by business process of V company for 'the development of external design of LED LAMP fitted into the environment in tunnel' as a project ordered by S company, and the improvement patent was created with simulation development in considering design recognition of supporting company and the competitiveness of the product by successful performance of the external design development based on patent technique. Through the effective change method of LED LAMP in tunnel and the suggested result of LED LAMP reflection method, the beneficiary company has progressed the corporate body from the individual business, and at present the primary product was completed by securing manufacturing basis facilities for manufacturing and sales. Local small and medium company became a strong design company by connecting design development supporting business through the supporting method of the fusion of design and patent.

In this study, a firm's internationalization level was measured as the ratio of foreign sales to total sales (FSTS) of individual firms. A demonstration was conducted with several control variables that affect the persistence of the firm's profits using the Sloan (1996) model as a proxy for its primary relationship between net profit and the next profit. An empirical analysis of the end-December settlement firms listed on the securities market from 2011 to 2016 was conducted using a fixed-effect model to confirm that the persistence of the firm's internationalization and accounting profits was positive at the 1% significant level, indicating that the persistence of the firm's profits also increased as the level of individual firm's internationalization increased. In addition, the firm size, financial soundness, cash accompanying, growth, and investment ability, consistent with forecasts, represented a statistically significant (+) relationship with globalization. These results suggest that firms can maintain and expand their value stably by securing new overseas markets and promoting growth by implementing internationalization strategies.

In January and August 2019, there were amendments to the Unfair Competition and Trade Secrets Protection Act (UCPA) and the Industrial Technology Protection Act(ITPA). These amendments will contribute to technology protection. But these amendments need to be supplemented further. In the area of civil remedies, despite the introduction of treble damages in the case of the UCPA and ITPA, the provisions related to the submission of supporting data have not been maintained. Therefore, it is necessary to recognize the claim of the other party as true if it is maintained at the level of the revised Patent Act and the scope of submission of supporting data. And the enforcement of the case of compulsory submission for the calculation of damages, and the order of filing documents are not followed. ITPA, on the other hand, has introduced the compensation for damages, but there is no provision for estimating the amount of damages. Therefore, it is necessary to estimate the amount of lost profits, profits, and royalties. In the area of criminal remedies, both the UCPA and ITPA have raised the penalty, but the sentencing regulations are not maintained. In addition, although the recent outflow of technology has expanded beyond organizational deviations to organizational outflows, amendments need to be made in relation to the serious consequence for the punishment of related juristic persons, such as companies involved in it. It should be noted that Japan and the United States have corporate regulations and regulations. In addition, in relation to the confiscation system, Act on Regulation and Punishment of criminal proceeds concealment require that domestic defenses be confiscated by defense industry technology, while trade secrets and industrial technologies are confiscated only by "foreign" outflows, and an amendment is necessary.

Artemisia princeps Pampanini is an herbal medicine widely used to immune function-related diseases, such as anti-oxidative, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial agents. In this study, we investigated the anti-inflammatory effects of AP extract and underlying mechanisms were evaluated in RAW 264.7 cells. The effects of AP extract were also studied in a complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA)-induced arthritis and lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammation mouse model. In RAW 264.7 cells, AP extracts significantly inhibited the LPS-induced nitric oxide (NO) production and inducible NO synthase and cyclooxygenase-2 protein expression. The LPS-induced phosphorylation of mitogen-activated protein kinases and nuclear factor-κB was also significantly blocked by AP extract in RAW 264.7 cells. Oral administration of AP extract suppressed the increase in mouse paw edema and spleen index compared to CFA-treated mice group. Histologically, the infiltration of inflammatory cells was increased in cartilage and synovium in the CFA-treated mouse group, whereas it was suppressed in the AP extract-administered group. Furthermore, AP extract treatment significantly reduced the inflammatory cytokine, tumor necrosis factor-α, levels in CFA and LPS-treated mouse. In conclusion, the anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritis effect of AP extract was confirmed in both in vitro and in vivo models, suggesting that Artemisia princeps Pampanini may be a candidate material for arthritis treatment.

구리(II)의 전자상자성공명 흉수선의 모양과 선 폭에 대한 해석을 통해 석영-물 계면에서의 구리(II) 및 흡착수와 석영 표면과의 상호 작용에 대해 연구하였다. 두 가지 흡수선이 중첩하여 흡수선을 구성하며 따라서 석영 표면에 적어도 두 종류의 구리(II)가 존재함을 알 수 있었다. 하나는 g=2.18에 중심을 둔 초미세 갈라짐이 분해되지 않는 등방성 단일 흡수선을 보여 주는 구리(II) 이온이다. 이는 수용액 중에서와 유사한 빠른 자유 회전 운동이 가능한 상태로 표면에 매우 약하게 결합된 구리 이온(Cu($H_2O$)$_{6}$$^{2+}$)인 것으로 해석된다. 다른 하나는 축 대칭 흡수선 $g_{∥}$=2.40, $g_{⊥}$=2.08)을 가지는 구리(II)로서 이는 표면에 강하게 결합된 것으로 해석된다. 본 결과는 흡착 현상에 대한 열역학적 접근법인 표면 착물화 모델들이 제시하는 광물 표면에서의 금속 이온 흡착 모델이 거시적 관점에서 흡착 현상을 잘 모사할지라도 분자 수준의 미시적 관점에서 흡착 메커니즘을 규명하기 위해서는 독립적인 분광학적 정보가 제시되어야함을 보여 준다.다.
