Multi-Level Marketing distribution process to reduce occurs in a number of the distribution costs to consumers of reducing its profits outside the area subject to the non-store or stores is the way to a special sale. Japan for the multi-level marketing Article 33 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions at or below the regulatory chain is defined as dealers. However, unlike other legislative attention two -dimensional chain for sales transactions are regulated. Rapid growth of the domestic economy caused a lot of the demand of land information. The land information system has to keep the records of the various data about land that includes its owner and usages. Also the system must present adequate results that have been accumulated upon a user's request. Since Korean Government enforces 'Law of National Land Usage and Management', the land in rural area was also tightly regulated as much as that in the urban area. In fact, when people wants to develop their land, then they realize that their land has many restrictions and regulations to use. Sometimes, they find many regulations and restrictions even in a parcel. Thus, many people quite often want to know all the laws, rules, regulations, and restrictions etc., whatever applicable on the land they are interested in. to use. The purpose of this paper is to show a legal service system that precisely presents all the related laws, regulations, and restrictions. for a piece of the land. It summarizes the search results on users' requests. It uses a knowledge-based expert system to figure out the users requests. In this paper, we designed the system architecture of the software, and implemented its prototype. The results on this system show more concise and user friendlier than those of the existing systems.

인터넷의 보급과 함께 세계적으로 문제가 되고 있는 것 중의 하나는 바로 스팸메일이다. 따라서 각 국은 스팸메일에 대한 법적 규제를 통해 사용자의 피해를 줄이기 위해 노력하고 있다. 본고는 일본의 경우 스팸메일에 대한 법적 규제를 고찰하고 있다. 또한 일본에서 신규제정된 법과 구법을 비교고찰 함으로써 법률의 변화를 살펴보고 있다. 우리나라의 법적 규제와 비교 및 참고가 되기를 바라면서 본지에 게재한다.

The last year, the government restricted a new store open and businness hours of a large-scale stores, discount store and super super market(ssm). So, this research was examined the effect that the retailer was affected and its correspondence strategy First this research examined how the government restricted a large-scale stores in 2009 earlier and then this research analyzed how the Japan and France restricted it. Second this research examined that a new establishment and business hours change of a large-scale stores. Bacause of a small trader resistance in 2009 latter. Finally it analyzed the effect that a retail industry was affected in the future. bacause law was enforced. On the basis these things, a victim remedy was presented by retailers view. Bacause of international law and an excess regulation. Also, this research suggest that large retailer should expand a overse market and increase retailers private brand component ratio and develop overse brand. Finally this research also suggest that trader and retailer should continue to coperate and turn business direction into franchise system.

Many governments have tried to develop a liability and compliance law that can improve cyber security in a sustainable way. This paper explores whether a liability and compliance law is effective in motivating firms' information security activities. In particular, I empirically investigate the impact of the 2007 Electronic Financial Transaction Act (EFTA), a liability and compliance law in Korea, on the information security activities of financial institutions and services providers. In spite of various criticisms of the effectiveness of EFTA, the empirical findings of this study clearly show that EFTA is having a positive impact on information security activities. From these findings, this article concludes that a liability and compliance law is likely to contribute to a certain degree to the achievement of sustainable development of cyber security.

행정지도는 법률상의 강제권한에 기초하는 것은 아니고, 상대방의 협력을 전제로 하여 실현되는 것이며, 가격, 수량 등 본래 각 사업자가 경쟁에 기초하여 자주적으로 결정하여야 할 사업활동에 관하여 행정지도가 행하여지면, 사업자는 공동하여 행정지도에 따라 경쟁을 제한하는 경향이 있게 된다. 한편, 독점규제법은 사업자가 가격, 수량 등에 관하여 공동하여 결정하는 것을 부당한 공동행위로서 원칙적으로 금지하고 있다. 따라서 이들의 관계에 있어서, 경쟁제한행위가 성립$\cdot$존속하고 있다고 보아야 하는지 여부라는 사실문제와, 경쟁제한행위가 성립$\cdot$존속하고 있는 경우에 행정지도에 의하여 경쟁제한행위의 구성요건 해당성 또는 위법성이 조각되는지 여부라는 법률문제가 발생한다.
