건강에 대한 관심의 증가와 자전거의 이용자의 증가로 다방면에서 자전거 이용 활성화에 관한 법률이 지정되고 있다. 이런 흐름을 반영하듯 자전거 관련 어플리케이션도 다양하게 개발되어있다. 또한 소설네트워크의 발전으로 서로간의 정보교류가 활발해진 만큼 그에 따른 서비스도 필요로 하게 되었고, 이전과는 다른 자전거의 가치로 인해 자전거의 절도에 대한 방지 서비스도 필요하게 되었다. 이에 따라서 기존의 어플리케이션에서 제공했던 경로, 운동량, 속도의 정보 외에도 사용자간의 경로와 자전거정보 공유, 분실된 자전거를 찾을 수 있도록 도움이 되는 기능을 추가하여 기존의 어플리케이션보다 나은 어플리케이션을 제안한다. 사용자가 공유하려는 경로데이터를 데이터베이스에 저장하여 다른 사용자에게 전달하여주고 모든 사용자의 데이터를 정리하여 QR코드를 부여하여 분실시 QR코드를 사용하여 사용자간에 분실자전거를 찾게 해주는 방법을 사용하였다. 본 논문에서는 구현 하려는 어플리케이션의 설계와 구현하였다.

In this paper, related studies were investigated by dividing them into cost-benefit analysis, security continuity services, and SW-centric calculations. The case analysis was conducted on A institutions in the United States, Japan and South Korea. Based on this, an improvement model was prepared through comparison with the current system. The SCS(Security Continuity Service) performance evaluation system-based information protection service cost calculation model is proposed. This method applies a service level agreement(SLA) and NIST Cybersecurity framework that are highly effective through cost-effectiveness analysis and calculates consideration based on characteristics, performance criteria, and weights by information protection service. This model can be used as a tool to objectively calculate the cost of information protection services at public institutions. It is also expected that this system can be established by strengthening the current recommended statutory level to the enforceability level, improving the evaluation system of state agencies and public institutions, introducing a verification system of information protection services by national certification bodies, and expanding its scope to all systems.

Korea is among the ten countries with the largest R&D budget and the highest R&D investment-to-GDP ratio, yet the subject of security and protection of R&D results remains relatively unexplored in the country. Countries have implemented in their legal systems measures to properly protect cutting-edge industrial technologies that would adversely affect national security and economy if leaked to other countries. While Korea has a generally stable legal framework as provided in the Regulation on the National R&D Program Management (the "Regulation") and the Act on Industrial Technology Protection, many difficulties follow in practice when determining details on security management and obligations and setting standards in carrying out national R&D projects. This paper proposes to modify and improve security level classification standards in the Regulation. The Regulation provides a dual security level decision-making system for R&D projects: the security level can be determined either by researcher or by the central agency in charge of the project. Unification of such a dual system can avoid unnecessary confusions. To prevent a leakage, it is crucial that research projects be carried out in compliance with their assigned security levels and standards and results be effectively managed. The paper examines from a practitioner's perspective relevant legal provisions on leakage of confidential R&D projects, infringement, injunction, punishment, attempt and conspiracy, dual liability, duty of report to the National Intelligence Service (the "NIS") of security management process and other security issues arising from national R&D projects, and manual drafting in case of a breach. The paper recommends to train security and technological experts such as industrial security experts to properly amend laws on security level classification standards and relevant technological contents. A quarterly policy development committee must also be set up by the NIS in cooperation with relevant organizations. The committee shall provide a project management manual that provides step-by-step guidance for organizations that carry out national R&D projects as a preventive measure against possible leakage. In the short term, the NIS National Industrial Security Center's duties should be expanded to incorporate national R&D projects' security. In the long term, a security task force must be set up to protect, support and manage the projects whose responsibilities should include research, policy development, PR and training of security-related issues. Through these means, a social consensus must be reached on the need for protecting national R&D projects. The most efficient way to implement these measures is to facilitate security training programs and meetings that provide opportunities for communication among industrial security experts and researchers. Furthermore, the Regulation's security provisions must be examined and improved.

The objectives of this study is to find problems in the legal and institutional background on our information system for soil contaminated sites. To achieve this abjective, we compared our system with those of federal and New Jersey state governments of the United States. We found that we have no comprehensive guideline on how various information from the contaminated sites should be manipulated. In our system, some regulations on information management were found only in a few prescriptions on detection, detailed investigation, and remediation phases. However, we found that provisions, detailed procedures, and related guidelines for the information management are provided in tile case of the federal and New Jersey state governments. Also, public involvement and disclosure of tile information for the remediation procedure are designated in their legal systems.

부산신항은 지형적인 특성상 마산 방면에서 입출항하는 선박과 신항으로 입출항하는 선박이 서로 교차하는 경우가 빈번하고 대형 컨테이너선과 저속 예부선 등의 통항량이 많을 뿐만 아니라 년 중 안개일수도 많아 충돌사고 위험이 상존한다. 따라서 선박에 정보제공 정도만 하는 소극적 관제 보다는 선박의 이동에 개입하는 적극적인 관제가 사고 방지에 더욱 효과적이라 할 수 있다. 부산신항의 관제 자료 및 해양안전심판원의 재결사례 등을 통하여 충돌사고의 원인을 분석하는 과정에서 적극적 관제의 필요성을 확인할 수 있었다. 본고에서는 부산신항에서의 적극적 관제 사례와 문제점을 주로 법률적인 측면에서 살펴보고, 적극적 관제의 개선 방안을 도출하여 보았다.

현재 정보통신의 비약적인 발전은 의료서비스 전달체계에서도 큰 변화와 진전을 야기하고 있으며 세계적으로 점차 확대되어가고 있는 추세이다. 이는 의료정보화라는 이름으로 환자에게는 질병의 진단, 치료에 있어서 보다 신속, 세밀하고 정확히 판단할 수 있게 하여 수준 높은 보건의료서비스를 제공하는 한편 의료기관 및 관련기관은 업무의 효율성을 높여가고 있다. 그 중 원격의료는 의료기관의 방문 없이 대기시간의 단축, 일률적인 고도의 의료수준을 기대할 수 있는 등의 장점이 있는 제도이다. 그러나 현행 우리 의료법에서는 이를 규정하고는 있으나 그 내부적 관계에 따르는 세부적인 법률관계의 부재와 현장에서 이루어지는 의료행위가 아닌 정보통신망을 이용한 비대면접촉에 의한 특수한 형태라는 측면에서 제도적, 시설적, 환경적 제약이 있음을 부인할 수 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 원격의료의 법적 문제점 및 개선점을 고찰해보고 이를 통한 원격의료를 활성화할 수 있는 활로를 모색하고자 한다.

최근에는 각 산업별로 전문지가 왕성한 활동을 보이고 있다. 경제, 금융, 식품, 법률, 행성, 정보통신, 해양, 에너지, 교육 등 이루 열거하기도 벅찰 만큼 매체들이 많다 그중에는 오랜 전통으로 그 분야의 역사를 한눈에 알아볼 수 있을 정도로 단단한 기반을 가지고 있는 매체가 있는가 하면 최근에 창간돼 이름조차 생소한 매체들도 상당수 있다.정보통신 분야만 보더라도 (정확한 통계는 낼수 없지만, MS사 등 업체들이 발간(뉴스레터 형식의 서비스를)하는 매체를 포함해서) 온라인과 오프라인을 합쳐 70여개의 매체가 있다고 추산되고 있다.

Ubiquitous city which was appeared since 2006 is defined as "The city provided the ubiquitous city service anytime and anywhere using ubiquitous urban infrastructure to improve the city's competitiveness and quality of life" under ubiquitous city construction law. To realize the ubiquitous city, the city has to be constructed efficiently based on the spatial information. And connection of information achieve effective synergy. In this study, applied multilateral analysis to spatial information and administrative information to implement u-service focused on MACCA(Multifunctional Administrative City Construction Agency). Study about main function and product data with connection process of Korean Land Spatialization System and administrative information System was performed. Also, details of u-service and method of acquiring necessary data were derived. In Addition, the information connection possibility for efficient u-service realization was suggested by linkage analysis method to utilize the related information infrastructure jointly.

Internet service provider is able to collect personal information to prevent the violations of the rights of service providers and customers using internet. But there are still many debates going on between a personal privacy and a regulation. Proxy servers are used in various technical purposes include bypass access. Although the proxy server users are increasing but there are not any proper institutional mechanisms and regulations to protect users. In this study, we discuss the two sides of a proxy service includes its privacy protection function and the cyber-crime threat and propose supplementary measures to mediate between the interests of public and private.

According to the amendment of the Enforcement Decree of the Public Records Management Act in 2020, an administrative information dataset record management plan will be enacted, and the National Archives of Korea plans to establish an integrated administrative information dataset management system to support it. However, there is no specific service plan that considers the characteristics of the datasets and the Management Reference Table. Therefore, this paper compared and analyzed the current status of dataset services at 14 domestic and foreign public data portals and archives websites, derived implications, and proposed 6 service plans applicable to the integrated administrative information dataset management system. This study's results will lead to utilizing the administrative datasets and the activation of services.
