최근 정보기술의 급속한 발전으로 인하여 정보 기술 패러다임의 중심축이 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅으로 이동하고 있다. 이러한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술이 기존의 비즈니스와 결합하여 유비쿼터스 비즈니스 및 유비쿼터스 서비스의 형태로 변화를 시도하고 있어 기존에 존재하지 않았던 다양한 서비스들이 새롭게 등장하고 있다. 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 새롭게 등장하고 있는 서비스들에 대한 사용자 관점의 분류체계를 제시하고 사례적용을 통해 관련 서비스들을 분석해 보고자 한다.

정의에 의해서, 창발의 개념은 보다 낮은 레벨의 하위 개념으로 환원될 수 없다. 따라서 해커의 입장에서 볼 때, 창발적 정보를 이면에서 훔치거나 공격하는 일은 구조적으로 어려운 일이다. 생명체는 대표적인 창발 시스템이며 생명체 패러다임으로 구축된 시스템은 보안의 관점에서 결정적인 유리함을 갖게 된다. 본 논문에서는 창발 이론에 기반한 생명체 모델 SAM을 제안한다. SAM은 몇 가지 중요한 생명현상을 가질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SAM을 이용한 정보 시스템이 갖는 보안상의 특성과 유용성을 분석한다.

지난학기 수업과제로 '특수 콘크리트' 에 대하여 리포트를 제출하도록 하였다. 일주일후 리포트(report)를 받아들고는 당황하지 않을 수 없었다. 한결같이 책으로 제본된 200여 쪽의 보고서였다. 바로 정보화의 힘으로, 인터넷에서 모은 다양한 관련 자료를 편집하여 책으로 제본한 것이다. 우리는 21세기를 지식정보화 사회라고 한다. 다양한 정보를 일정한 형식으로 저장, 관리, 편집할 수 있는 방법과 도구들이 일상화 되어 있어 누구나 정보를 활용할 수 있는 시대이다.(중략)

본 논문에서는 패턴 인식 및 회귀 문제를 풀기 위해 쓰이는 기계학습에 대한 전반적인 이론과 설계방법에 대해 알아본다. 대표적인 기계학습 방법인 신경회로망과 기저벡터머신 등에 대해 소개하고 이러한 기계학습 모델을 선택하고 구축하는 데에 있어 고려해야 하는 문제점들에 대해 이야기 한다. 그리고 특징 추출 과정이 기계학습 모델의 성능에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지, 일반적으로 특징 추출을 위해 어떤 방법들이 사용되는 지에 대해 알아본다. 또한, 최근 새로운 패러다임으로 대두되고 있는 딥러닝에 대해 소개한다. 자가인코더, 제한볼츠만기계, 컨볼루션신경회로망, 회귀신경회로망과 같이 딥러닝 기술이 적용된 대표적인 신경망 구조에 대해 설명하고 기존의 기계학습 모델과 비교하여 딥러닝이 가지고 있는 특장점을 알아본다.

본 연구에서는 항공교통관제 조직 내 지식공유 문화를 조성하기 위해 항공교통 관제사들의 지식공유 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증적으로 파악하고 이들이 실제 항공교통관제사들의 지식공유 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치며 각각의 요인들의 영향력 크기를 상호 비교해 봄으로써 항공교통관제 조직 내 지식 공유문화를 정착하는데 그 목적이 있다. 그 결과 항공교통관제사는 지식경영을 새로운 패러다임으로써 정책적으로 추진하고자 하는 시대적 조류와 이에 따른 지식공유의 중요성에 대한 자각과 개인의 지식을 공유할 수 있는 열린 사고가 개인차원 에서 지식을 공유하도록 유도하는 요인으로 작용하며 더 나아가 동료간의 신뢰와 지식공유에 따른 평가 및 보상이 조직차원에서 주어질 때 더 원활한 지식공유가 이루어질 것으로 나타났다.

정보화 시대의 급속한 진행에 따라 하드웨어에 기반한 기간망의 구축과 함께 다양한 형태의 정보를 안전하게 관리할 수 있는 정보보호 서비스 시스템의 구축이 매우 중요한 시점이다. 세계 시장 경제의 기본 패러다임을 바꾸는 전자상거래 등의 새로운 서비스가 발달함에 따라 정보의 안전과 신뢰를 보장할 수 있는 정보보호 시스템의 필요성은 매우 강조되고 있다. 아직까지 국내의 정보보호 산업은 중소기업 및 벤처기업을 중심으로 제품이 개발되는 초기 단계로 볼 수 있다. 지식과 정보를 보호하기 위한 여러 선진국의 노력을 고려할 때, 국제공도연구를 통한 경쟁력 있는 첨단기술을 확보하는 것은 불가능하다. 따라서 지식과 정보 자원의 유출을 막기 위해서 국자적 차원에서 기업, 연구소, 학교가 함께 범국가적인 차원의 독자적인 기술확보가 필요하다. 전자상거래 등의 인터넷에 기반한 다양한 서비스를 위한 정보보호기술의 표준, 정보보호의 핵심 및 기반 기술, 차세대 통신망 정보보호 기술, 시스템 정보보호기술, 해킹 방지 기술 등을 국가적인 차원에서 추진하고 응용서비스 등의 분야는 민간부문에서 추진하는 것이 바람직하다.

This study analyze the relationship between S&T policy and the R&D performance plans of GRIs which lack relevant research through quantitative information analysis. KISTI which is focused on the case is an ICT-based GRI that is sensitive to changes in the internal and external environment, and the impact of government S&T policy changes on KISTI's R&D performance plans was analyzed in depth.

Recently, it is difficult for a firm to survive and maintain sustainable competitive advantage through internal R&D only, because changes in the environment are very fast and complex. Accordingly, the paradigm of open innovation is gradually emphasized, and the ratio of external R&D has been increasing in various industries. This study analyzed open innovation through Korean Innovation Survey (KIS) data from Science and Technology Policy Institute (STEPI). We confirmed the ratio of open innovation based on firms of the manufacturing industry in South Korea, and examined the relationship between open innovation and innovation performance. This study suggests that open innovation is not a new paradigm that did not exist in the past. While the use of government support programs positively influence innovation performance, the use of external R&D doesn't influence innovation performance due to the difficulties associated with managing it. The results of this study will be used to establish the strategic direction and support the decision making when firms conduct innovation activities in the future.

We should have a new perspective on the words, green and growth, to have a full understanding of them and consider the environment itself as leading to the nation's growth. The green growth policy is to convert the paradigm of economic growth into one with a good circle of environment and growth. However, as each country has a different view of the green growth policy, we will see how the countries carry out the policy and how the companies and people accept it. To do this, we will employ an actual analysis and propose a green growth strategy for the nation. The following are from the actual analysis in the article: 1. The GG policy is not just limited on the environmental problems but related to the nation's well-being as well. 2. Energy policy should be defined as the core thing of the GG policy and energy effectiveness among others things should be carried out on a short term basis. 3. Developing a strategy using IT is necessary for the GG policy. 4. Very careful approach should be taken to build a master plan for the nation bearing effective outcome of the policy. 5. The GG policy should be regarded as a social reformative one motivating the nation's much interest in it.
