컴퓨터와 인터넷의 발전은 사용자에게 편리함을 가져다 주었으나, 컴퓨터 범죄라는 새로운 역기능을 낳게 되었다. 결국 이는 특정 목적을 가진 범죄자를 낳게 되고 정보화 사회의 발전을 저해하는 커다란 걸림돌로 작용하게 되었으며, 이에 대응하는 정보보호기술은 개인의 사생활 보호와 국가 경쟁력을 판단하는 척도로 자리잡게 되었고, 현대에는 정보보호 기술 자체가 국가간 정보전 형태를 뛰면서 그 중요성은 매우 커지고 있다. 이러한 정보보호 기술은 방화벽과 침입탐지 시스템의 꾸준한 개발로 이어졌으나, 아직 컴퓨터 범죄를 다루는 피해 시스템의 증거수집, 복구 및 분석을 하는 컴퓨터 포렌식 기술은 국내에서는 아직 활발히 연구되지는 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 포렌식스에서 시스템 포렌식스에 대한 개념과 절차, 국외 기술 동향과 개발된 도구들을 살펴보고, 유닉스/리눅스에서의 백업과 복구 그리고 분석의 관점에서 포렌식 기술에 대해 살펴본다.

CCTV 는 범죄상황 발생시 보안과 증거확보를 위해 사용되어 왔다. 실제 상황에서 범죄가 발생하기 전 예방을 하는 것 보다 사후 처리에 용도를 두고 있으며, 범죄 상황에서의 보행자에 대한 행동을 미리 예측하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 노상에서 CCTV 로 수집된 데이터를 통해 객체 인식 및 객체간의 관계를 파악한다. 파악된 객체를 다중의 CCTV 연동 카메라가 추적하고 객체의 행동을 분석한다. 객체가 이상행동이라고 판단될 시 위협을 받는 객체 및 가까운 기관에 알림을 줄 수 있는 모델을 제안한다. 이를 통해 범죄 발생 전 즉각적인 대응이 가능하며 빠른 상황판단이 가능하다.

CCTV는 범죄상황 발생시 보안과 증거확보를 위해 사용되어 왔다. 그러나 실제 상황에서 범죄가 발생하기 전 예방을 하는 것 보다 사후 처리에 용도를 두고 있으며, 범죄 예방의 목적에 대해 미미한 효과를 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CCTV로 수집된 보행자의 데이터를 통해 객체의 행동을 분석하여 위험도로 행동의 위험여부를 추정하기 위한 Flexible Multi-level Regression 모델을 제안하였다. 제안된 모델을 통해 관찰된 객체의 행동이 이상행동이라고 판단될 시 위험을 받는 객체에게 알림을 주어 범죄 발생 전 즉각적인 대응이 가능하며 빠른 상황판단이 가능할 것으로 예상된다.

This article aims to analyze the perception of Korean-Chinese in South Korea to understand the mentality of South Korean people in a multicultural society through exploring Korean films in which Korean-Chinese characters have been represented since 2000. For this purpose, Korean-Chinese characters represented in Korean Films are divided into male and female. It could be said that South Koreans are biased against Korean-Chinese, who are considered 'others' under the economic and cultural hierarchy. Female characters are presented as 'pure' and 'frail' in the migration narrative while male characters are 'indecent' and 'brutal' individuals in crime narrative films. Meanwhile, Haemoo [Sea fog] is a story about economically weak Koreans and Korean-Chinese who were in economical conflict with each other, but were victims of the economical restructuring systems under neo-liberalism.

The purpose of this study is to prevent cyber crime in private company systems by applying secure coding and identify its problems. Three experiments were conducted. In Experiment 1, a security manager was participated and gave advise to the developer to follow secure coding guidelines. In Experiment 2, a security manager did not participate, but let the developer himself committed on secure coding. In Experiment 3, a security manager provided reports on weaknesses of each package source to the developer and the developer was only focused on source development. The research results showed that the participation of a security manager on development raised secure coding compliance rate and finished the project within a given periods. Furthermore, it was better to entrust a security manager with the task of following the secure coding guide than the developer, which raised secure coding compliance rate and achieved project objectives faster. Further implications were discussed.

Korea society is known as gambling republic. It is very dishonorable name, but do not deny this if know the real condition. Gambling had spread gradually in our society and these trend caused much problems. It is true that confrontation was insufficient extremely in reply than gravity of gambling. Tend to recognize gambling by one of leisure life by effect of lawful gambling so-called such as horse racing, casino. While pernicious evil of gambling to our society, police's confrontation system is not effective. The police does technique investigation to look for and arrest criminal using criminal's fixed means and method and habit. Crime who correspond to technique investigation is prescribing to crime technique mutual assistance data administration rule. Gambling is excepted in technique crime's subject despite is very repeatable and is crime who have habit. The police must improve in gambling criminal investigation system for society public order.

Many of crimes are solved by the report of people. Therefore, countries pay compensation to crime reporter. However, the current system of compensation is focused on the report of criminal fact and criminals arrest, so that there is no compensation on the providing evidence. On the other hand, since the current judicial system adopted the principle of trial by evidence, all the facts are made by the evidence. But it is impossible to obtain all the evidence only by law enforcement agencies. Therefore, it is necessary for people to report the evidence positively. So it is necessary to positively take advantages of smart phones, vehicle black boxes and cctvs. Various incentives such as compensation would be needed to require the evidence of smartphone or black box, cctv. In order to strengthen evidence report, it will be needed the legislation of crime report compensation, smartphone apps development including the provision of various incentives.

The aim of this study is to specifically understand the characteristics of the crime by empirical analysis for the determining factors that affect determining the crime through the space syntax in Busan. In this study, poisson regression and negative binomial regression were used for accurate analysis. 8 variables that were significant of the total 13 variables. The summary if this study based on the results is as follow. Statistically significant variables are female ratio, over 65 population ratio, administration are and commercial area ratio in characteristics. And the more CCTVs a region has, the lower crime rate it shows. As a results of examing whether space syntax variables can predict crime occurrence places. Space with low connectivity come to be a crime causal factor because they have few other related spaces and thereby have low possibility of sudden appearance of interrupters, which results in low surveillance levels of foot passengers. It will provide the basic data that can contribute to urban planning and implementation of crime prevention aspects.

With the introduction of video cameras into law enforcement, a great deal of police organizations have adopted the technology in their routine crime prevention activities. The up-to-date systems of ambient surveillance energized by CCTV, police wearable cameras, drones, and thermal imaging devices enable the police to thoroughly monitor public spaces as well as to rigorously arrest on-scene criminals. These efforts to improve the level of surveillance are often met with public resistance raising concerns over citizens' rights to privacy. Recent studies on the use of police video equipment have constantly raised the issues related to the lack of applicable legal provisions, risk of personal information and privacy infringement as well as security vulnerabilities. In this regard, the present study attempted to review the public surveillance methods currently used by law enforcement agencies worldwide within the context of public safety and individual rights to privacy. Furthermore, the present study also discussed the legal boundaries of police use of video equipment to address public concerns over privacy issues.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine the recently rising number of foreign drug offenders in Korea and suggest improvement measures for the Korean drug policy. Method: This paper analyzed the preceding research, statistical data, etc., on related fields and referred to overseas cases to suggest improvement measures. Result: The foreign population living in Korea increased in 2000s, and the foreign drug offender cases are increasing accordingly. The survey on foreign drug offenses showed that the case of foreign drug offender is higher than the case of Korean drug offenders by 1.2 to 3.3 times. In 2021, the foreign drug offender cases increased by 6.5 times compared to 2012. Especially, the number of psychoactive drug-related drug offenses increased dramatically. The drug smuggling also remarkably increased starting from 2016 as some people earned a lot of money from smuggling the drugs Conclusion: To cope with the foreign drug offenders effectively, this paper suggested intensive monitoring of the foreign drug offenders and weighting on the drug offenders depending on their home country to intensify the entry standards on foreigners who are likely to smuggle drugs.
