주거지 내 버스차고지의 복합화 필요성과 개발방향 제안 (The Necessity and Feasibility for the Mixed-use Development of Bus Depots in Urban Residential Area)

  • Recently, the interest in the mixed-use development of various urban planning facilities has been increased, but the interest in the Mixed-use development of bus depots that is closely related to our daily life is insufficient circumstance so far. Accordingly, this study aims to realize the necessity for the mixed-use development of bus depots as methods to improve the living environment and use efficiently the land, and to suggest reasonable development directions by analyzing their physical character after classifying bus depots according to their position in the residential area. As the results of study, bus depots have different properties according to their position in residential area and have the problem of space shortage. Also, many things such as location of entrances, the finish method of edge of bus depot's area are affected by the surrounding environment. So development plan to consider the each condition is required.

부산시 수소시내버스 보급 활성화 방안 연구 (Plan to Promote the Supply of Hydrogen City Buses in Busan)

  • There are 2,517 buses on 143 routes in Busan. One company is operating 36 hydrogen city buses (1.4%) and two hydrogen charging stations. By 2030, the number of hydrogen city buses will be increased to 500 and 40 hydrogen charging stations. In the survey of city bus companies, 61.5% of respondents answered 'not reviewing (at all)' and 23.0% of respondents '(actively) reviewing hydrogen buses'. And as for the level of help that hydrogen city buses give to bus companies, 23.5% answered 'helpful'. In order to promote the introduction of hydrogen city buses, first, it is necessary to stipulate support for hydrogen bus purchase cost and hydrogen charging station construction cost in related ordinances so that bus companies do not increase their burden of purchasing hydrogen buses in the future. Second, identify the number of new city buses introduced, convert about 50% to hydrogen city buses by the mid-term, and build 50% of the chargers in public garages with hydrogen chargers. Third, expand hydrogen refueling stations in city bus garages.

광역BRT시설의 재원분담기준 개발 (Development of Finance Sharing Criteria for Metropolitan BRT Infrastructure)

  • 수도권의 기능 및 범위 확대로 인하여 광역교통수요가 급증하였고, 이러한 광역교통수요를 충족시키기 위해서는 다양한 광역대중교통 보급이 필요하다. 하지만 막대한 투자재원을 필요로 하는 광역교통시설의 설치 및 운영 관리에 대한 명확한 기준과 제도의 부족으로 중앙정부와 지방정부, 지방정부와 지방정부 사이에서 갈등이 일어나고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 수도권 광역 BRT, 광역 환승시설 등의 효율적인 설치 및 운영 관리를 위한 재원분담 모델을 개발하여 재원분담기준을 설정하고자 하였다. 이에 국내외 사례를 기반으로 광역 BRT 시설의 주요 구성요소인 광역 BRT 노선, 광역 환승시설 그리고 공영차고지의 재원분담 모형을 정립하고 정립된 재원분담모형을 적용하여 대안별 비교분석을 수행하였다.
