The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of public health center's Integrated Health Promotion Program for the public officials who provide health promotion services to local residents. The survey was conducted from September 10 to October 5, 2015 using a structured questionnaire. Each of the 254 public health centers were sent two questionnaires but I only received 348 and 339 were used for the final analysis. As a result of this study, the all subjects were showed the average level of efficiency, autonomy, accountability, and the support of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the related organizations. Also, the evaluation of all the variables were positive when there was a dedicated department for integrated health promotion program within the health center and when the proportion of essential program was high. However, after the Integrated Health Promotion Program was included in the Health centers, the workload has increased and the implementation of the essential program does not fully reflect the regional health problems or local conditions. Based on these results, it is necessary to find a plan for the successful operation of the Integrated Health Promotion Program.

The present study analyzed feedback from prospective teachers on field experiences in terms of their satisfaction and perceptions on the appropriateness of length and timing, benefits, and problems. Data were collected through a survey administered to seniors at a national university of education who completed all of the field experiences the university offered. The survey questionnaire consisted of 25 5point Likert scale questions and 15 open-ended questions. A total of 353 survey questionnaires were distributed, and 326 were returned. Analyses of the data revealed that satisfaction level on field experiences and the appropriateness of length and timing, benefits and problems the participating prospective teachers perceived by the respondents differed according to the types of field experiences. Based on these results, the study discusses implications and provides suggestions for improvement.

This paper investigated the awareness and activation of food tourism festivals in Gwangju, Jeonnam Province. A survey was conducted for the visitors of the Gwangju Kimchi Festival at nearby Gwangju Jeungoe park from October 15 to 19, 2011, and finally 207 respondents were analyzed. As a results of this study, the visitors who visited the Gwangju Kimchi Festival have a lot of interest in local food and food festivals. Also, most of the visitors have much more affection for the area and the food culture developed by geographical influence. The Gwangju Kimchi festival proved to be the most popular food tourism festival in Gwangju, Jeonnam among others. There are much more food festivals than other regions in Gwangju, Jeonnam because of popularity of food festivals, a variety of food, and various kinds of food ingredients. What is necessary to activate the food tourism festivals in Gwangju, Jeonnam includes a variety of programs related to food tourism experience, the development of competitive food tourism products, and PR for well-being food of these areas.

The purpose of this study is to research the relationships among LOHAS trends, healthy menu and healthful dietary behavior of university students as one of the performance variables. For this research, sample group was composed of the university students in Daegu & Gyeongbuk areas. The study required the analysis derived from a hypothesis, literature reviews and data collected. It used SPSS 14.0 from 626 university students. First, LOHAS trends was found to have positive effects on healthy menu and reusing had only positive effects on nutrition elements and nutritional value. On the other hand, durability was found not to affect nutrition elements and nutritional value significantly. Second, reusing and durability were found to have significant effects on healthful dietary behavior. Third, nutrition elements and nutritional value were found to have positive effects on healthful dietary behavior. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that food industry managers should pay particular attention on the eating behavior of university students in developing healthy menu.

Questionnaires were deployed total of 320 and the recovered 259 questionnaires were used in the analysis. The collected questionnaires were analyzed by using SPSS21.0, Amos21.0. Statistical analysis was to test the hypothesis through reliability analysis, factor analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis. Statistical significance level was set at .05. These results obtained in this study according to the method and procedure is as follows. Safety needs has a significant impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment and organizational commitment has a significant impact on job satisfaction. And organizational commitment was investigated as part of a mediating role in the relationship between job satisfaction and safety needs.

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether tourism information is influenced by information collected through smartphone. Especially, this study investigated the behavior of tourists visiting Jeju by using the information of smartphone, and analyzed the collected data to find out the marketing implications for Jeju tourist. This study analyzed how smartphone information influenced individual 's behavior after distributing direct questionnaires to tourists. The data of total 230 tourists who visited the tour in April, 2017 were collected and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was statistically verified that the information of the smartphone affected the behavior of the tourist. Though this analysis, this study can contribute to the establishment of diverse management strategies using the understanding of the behavior of tourists and marketing implications by investigating the effect of smartphone information on the behavior of tourists.

This study aims to understand the difference in department satisfaction, career decision types and career preparatory behavior of health college students, and the relationship between variables and their effects on career preparatory behavior, and presents basic data for development of career guidance programs. The subjects of this study were 450 college students studying emergency rescue, physical therapy, public health administration and dental hygiene at three-year colleges located in B and G cities. They were selected through convenience sampling. The period of the study was from November 12 to 15, 2013. of 450 copies of the questionnaire distributed, a total of 418 copies were used in the final analysis. For data analysis, SPSS 14.0 for Windows was used. As a result, there were correlations between variables, the largest effect department satisfaction had on career preparatory behavior was found in aptitude learning followed by personal relationships and career job. The reasonable type of career decision types had a positive effect on career preparatory behavior while dependent and instinctive types had a negative effect on career preparatory behavior.

Objective：This study was to investigate the effects of familial risk factors on the behavior problems of ADHD group and normal group. Method：The familial risk factors and behavioral problems of the children were administered to 160 mothers, comprised of 29 ADHD children and 131 normal children. Results：The results showed that the ADHD group and normal group were significantly different in the degree of marital satisfaction, state-trait anxiety, and depression. Familial risk factors and the behavior problems of children were significantly correlated. Conclusion：Marital unsatisfaction and parental affective problems were closely related to behavior problems of ADHD patients.

The purpose of the study was to identify the factors influencing the nursing students' job-seeking stress. A cross-sectional descriptive survey, using a structured questionnaire, was used to collect data from Sep. to Oct. 2016. A sample of convenience was 246 nursing students and a questionnaire was used to measure their major satisfaction, CDMSE, self-esteem, ego-resiliency, and job-seeking stress. A significant negative correlation was found among job-seeking stress, major satisfaction, CDMSE, self-esteem, and ego-resiliency. Grade of which the participant was in, self-esteem, academic achievement, experience of clinical practice, and family economic status were significant predictive variables of which accounted for 46.1% of the variance in job-seeking stress. The results from this study can be used to develop programs for job-seeking stress management.

The Purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a simulated and structured senior program on nursing students. 42 nursing students participated in a simulated and structured senior program. Simulation equipment to revive the old man's feeling consisted of special space suits, glasses, gloves and sandbags. After the experiment, subjects composed the paper, which were analyzed according to the thematic content analysis method. Through the simulated and structured senior program, students could deepen their understanding not only upon physical weakness but also environment of elderly. And they came to have a wide perspectives of the elderly nursing.
