L-canavanine was added to GAs treated barley seeds, and induced amylase activity, soluble protein content, and arginine content were mesured. Canavanine, added at the beginning of the incubation period, inhibited amylase activity and protein accumulation. Amylase activity decreased markedly by addition of canavanine at 6 hr after incubation, where soluble protein content was not affected. The addition of canavanine after 12 hr incubation did not show serioud inhibited effect on the amylase activity and protein accumulation. GAs incubation caused decrement in arginine content per mg protein, but it was somewhat recovered by canavanine treatment. The longer the time between GAs and canavanine addition was, the less the recovery ration was. Arginine content in the $\alpha$-amylase fraction (ammonium sulfate 20~50% saturation) was lower than in 0~20% fraction, but higher than in 50~80% fraction. These results and control expreiments, using cordycepin and cycloheximide, support the idea that canavanine might incorporate into protein.

IMF이후 건설 물량은 감소하고 있는 경향이나 재해율은 그다지 감소하지 않고 있고 여전히 중대재해는 계속 발생하고 있는 추세이며, 건설업체에서는 안전관리에 대한 비용을 더욱 아끼려 하고 있어 비용절감을 위해 재해예방을 위한 안전시설 비용이나 안전 활동비용을 투자하지 않고 있다 따라서, 본 연구는 노동부에서 현재 시행하고 있는 건설현장 페트롤 점검의 실태를 조사ㆍ분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 효율적 운영방안을 제시하는 것으로 하였다. 현행 페트롤 점검의 실태조사를 위하여 페트롤 점검의 관계담당자인 전국의 노동부 지방노동관서 근로감독관, 한국산업안전의 각 지역본부 및 지도원 기술직 원, 페트롤 점검대상 건설현장 관계자에게 각각 설문 조사지를 배부하여 실태를 조사하고 분석하였으며, 또한 노동부의 최근년도인 1999년, 2000년도의 재해 발생통계 및 페트롤 점검 실적 자료, 대한건설협회의 최근 년도별 건설공사 수주금액, 공사규모별 현황 및 외국의 건설현장 페트롤 점검 사례를 수집하고 분석 하였다. 이러한 실태조사 등 수집된 자료 분석 및 각종 참고문헌 연구를 통하여 4가지 문제점을 도출하였으며 각 도출된 문제점에 대하여 효율적인 개선대책을 제시 하였다.

이 연구에서는 화주가 물류서비스를 구매할시, 어떠한 과정을 걸쳐서 구매의사 결정이 이루어지는지 또한 신규구매와 재구매와 같이 구매 상황이 다를 경우 어떠한 요인들이 작용하고 영향을 받는지 파악하고자 한다. 화주기업들에게 설문지를 배부하여 자료를 수집하여 회귀분석을 통하여 분석하고, 구조방정식을 사용하여 검증 하였다.

A new species of the genus Nemoura is described from Korea. Nemoura gemma sp. n. is close to Nemoura jezoensis Okamoto and Nemoura alaica Zhiltzova, but can be distinguished by the entire shape, dorsal sclerite, and the presence of spines on ventral sclerite of epiproct, and the existence of cercal hooks.

2000년 7월 1일 화장품법이 기존의 약사법에서 분리.제정된 후, 기능성화장품에 대한 조사연구의 필요성이 요구되었다. 본 연구는 “당신의 성별은 무엇입니까” 등 인적사항에 관한 설문4문항과 “화장품 법률에 관해 어느 정도 알고 있는가\ulcorner” 등 기능성 화장품의 인지도에 관한 16개 문항으로 구성된 설문으로, 창원.마산지역의 창원대학교와 경남대학교 소속 학생 700명(대학 각각 350명)을 대상으로, 1:1배부 및 즉시 회수를 통하여 기능성화장품에 대한 인지도 조사를 시행하였다. 당 지역 대학생들의 각 설문에 대한 의견을 분석한 결과, 기능성화장품과 관련된 사항에 상당 부분의 지식과 정보를 갖고 있었으며, 자신들의 분명한 입장을 고수하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나, 두 대학간의 의견 특성은 크게 차이가 나지 않았다.

Purpose: In most cases, the main cause of chest or back pain during playing golf is rib fractures. This kind of rib fractures can be easily overlooked in plain radiographs. The purpose of this article is to clarify the value of the ultrasound in detecting rib fractures. Materials and Methods: We compared the findings of chest-X rays (anteroposterior, left or right lateral, both oblique view) with those of the ultrasound in 56 patients between the ages of 20th & 60th who were diagnosed rib fractures. Their chief complaints were chest or back pain which developed during playing golf. The results were analyzed statistically. Results: Among 56 cases of rib fractures, 34 cases were diagnosed with initial X-rays. 51 cases were diagnosed with ultrasound. The sensitivity of radiograph and ultrasound were 60.71% & 91.07%, respectively. Dignosis was ultrasound with statical significance whereas radiography did not(p=0.0004). Conclusion: It was concluded that ultrasound is a valuable tool in the diagnosis of the rib fractures which were undetected with X-rays during playing golf.

This study was carried out to analyze the quality change of mackerel treated with extracts of Diospyros kaki, Teucerium veronicoides and Z schinifolium during storage to develope the preparation methods and high quality of salted mackerel. It was analyzed to change on th quality of salted mackerel treated with hero extracts. The Hunters color values of salted mackerel was not changed during strange. L, a, and b value of Mackerel treated with hero extracts was lower changed than those of control (mackerel not treated hero extracts). Adhesion of mackerel was higher at $4^{\circ}C$ during storage than those at $25^{\circ}C$, and was higher in the hero extract treated group at early storage than those of control group. Viscosity was showed low changed in all group during storage. Strength of mackerel was decreased during storage. Hardness was salted mackerel treated with hero extracts was higher than those of control group. Mackerel treated with Z schinifolium extracts was the highest scores in sensory evaluation.

The hand with amputation of all fingers is useless for activities of daily living and traumatic amputation of some of the fingers can result in the diminished ability to perform power grip and precision grip which is vital to maintain normal function of the hand. Precision grip is used to hold an object between the opposable thumb and flexed fingers. In power grip the object is held between the flexed fingers and the palm while the thumb applies the necessary counterpressure to maintain the grip on the object. A 35 year old male lost his right all fingers including thumb at the level of proximal phalanx from the pressure machinary accident. Thumb was reconstructed using wrap around flap and the second and third fingers were reconstructed using the second and third toe transplantation. Seven years after reconstruction, he uses the reconstructed thumb and the second and the third fingers for eating meals, writing down a paper with a pencil and putting on socks.
