  • Recently, as computers and networks become popular, distributing information on the Internet is common In our daily life. also, the explosion of the Internet. of wireless digital communication and data exchange on Internet has rapidly changed the way we connect with other people. The e-mail has been commonly used by users as well recognizing It as the standard of manners among users on the Internet. In the past, e-mail has been the primary choice of exchanging Information, but secure mail is gaining popularity abroad and domestically because of their nature of providing security. That is. it has been used a variety of fields such as general mail and e-mail for advertisement. But, As the data transmitted on network can be easily opened or forged with simple operations. most of existing e-mail system don't have any security on the transmitted information. Thus. security mail system need to provide security including message encryption, content Integrity, message origin authentication, and non-repudiation. In this paper, we design implement secure mail system with non-repudiation service and encryption capability to provide services for certification of delivery and certification of content as well as the basic security services. API.

  • Moreover a new logistics concept is needed through the sharing information between suppliers and consumers, which maximizes the level of customers service and its flexibility by changing functional-oriented to process-oriented. In other words, Supply Chain Management(SCM) is now considered as a key aspect of business, which controls the flows of information, funds, and goods in the supply chain. Rationalization of transport-delivery system will be one of the most important issues on logistics management to the domestic companies. The companies need the effective delivery system. Especially in the case of delivery system from distribution centers to customers or vendors, it might take a long time to control the delivery system manually because it would be hard to apply the automatic vehicle routing algorithm effectively considering all the practical constraints. Thus this study develops a heuristic algorithm of automatic vehicle delivery support system in terms of grouping by short ranges of vehicle movement utilizing postal coordinates, which satisfies a variety of realistic constraints and reduces controlling time of manual operations.

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the influence of research of consumers' consumption values and toward usage attitude, usage intention and willingness to pay of modern people. The study is a consumer research about food delivery services which is rapidly grown up due to recent transformation on a modern dietary life. This study was based on the main survey had conducted from 23th May 2019 to 26th May 2019 by 336 consumers, aged 18 and older, who had experienced Food delivery services in the past. Statistical analysis was performed by using the IBM SPSS v.25.0. In summary, the results of this study are as follows. First, consumption values of food delivery services had a positive influence on usage attitude. Consumption values were catagorized in five sub-values: functional value, social value, emotional value, epistemic value, and conditional value, all of which were found to be significant in affecting on usage attitude. Second, usage attitude toward food delivery services had a positive influence on usage intention. Third, usage attitude toward food delivery services had a positive influence on willingness to pay. Fourth, usage intention of food delivery services had a positive influence on willingness to pay. The results of the study renders industrial and academic implications to the area of Food delivery services industry.

Analyzing the Current Practice of the Home-Delivered Meal (HDM) Service Program for Homebound Elderly (재가노인을 위한 식사배달서비스 제공기관의 실태분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to research the current home delivered meal (HDM) service programs for seniors living in the community. Fifty seven centers which operated a HDM service program were surveyed with respect to their administrative structure, menu management, food purchasing and production management, hygiene and equipment and facility. -Statistical data analyses were completed using the SAS 8.1 program for descriptive analysis and t-test. The results showed that 55 percent of the study group were from 70 to 79 years old. All of the participants received free HDM. As a result of the meal cost analysis, the meal cost at 56.1% of the HDM service centers was from ₩2,000 to ₩2,499 per meal. A total of 68.4% of the HDM service centers were operated without the services of a dietitian. According to the menu analysis, all nutrients except Vitamin B2 were at levels of more than 33% of the Recommended Dietary Allowances for Koreans. Although 96.6% of the HDM service centers required a therapeutic diet menu for the health of the elderly recipients, 68% of the directors responded that they could not afford to serve therapeutic meal. Food purchasing, menu planning and other foodservice management processes were handled by non-professionals, such as volunteers, cooks or social workers. Forty two percent of the HDM service centers never used standard recipes. For determining portion sizes, 75.4% of the HDM service centers depended on personal experience. Finally, the current HDM service programs for the homebound elderly were not operated systematically. It is suggested that professionally trained personnel should be included among the staff members to provide a more effective HDM service. The HDM service programs should be supported financially and systematically by the government.

  • Geographic Infprmation System(GIS)is being apply to extended from specified ppkication to general purpose deu to the omprovement of computing power.As one part of postal Integarated Information Servies, Postalroute Optimication system(PROS) is comprsed of the composed of the shortest pathe genrator for providing fast and shortest route of postal delivery, the ischronal area generator, the boudary relacation generator, GIS engine, road map, and rdelational database , etc.This paper is related to creation algorithm of the shortest path generation (SPAWD;Shortest Path Algorithm With Direction)from PEOS model.To differ from the exsting shortest path generating methods, this paper suggests SPAWD alforithm for searching destinations of fast time between start and destination points with dirdstion.It comapares and analyzes the new algorithm with existion algorithms, and suggests directions of future studies.

  • In this paper, we present integrated model of postal business that would be newly organized. The integrated model is developed through four phase. First, postal business is analyzed by three parts;collection, transportation and delivery. Second, the modeling criteria are developed that will be used for designing integrated postal business model. Third, object-oriented concepts are used by the steps of postal business modeling criteria captured. Finally, methods applied to developed model are grouped according to their function. Also, active-based mechanisms such as trigger and constraints are developed, and knowledge-based mechanisms such as inference are developed. These selected methods and attributes are encapsulated into objects. These constitute an object-active-knowledge based database model. Finally, Operational Scenario and Service Scenario are composed for real application according to proposed O-A-K model.

A Qualitative Study on Attitude, Acceptability, and Adaptation for Home-delivered Meal Services in the Korean Elderly from the Perspective of Life Context (질적 연구를 통한 삶의 맥락적 관점에서의 노인의 도시락 및 밑반찬 배달 서비스에 대한 수용 태도 및 적응에 대한 이해)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to suggest the strategies for improvement of home-delivered meal services for the elderly, to identify reasons for recipients to get started with the services and to evaluate the attitude, acceptability and adaptation of recipients to the services from the perspective of life context. Methods: The data was collected through face-to-face in-depth interviews with eighteen low-income elderly recipients of home-delivered meals and analyzed using a qualitative research method. Results: The results were deduced as four themes which comprised of long-term vulnerable socioeconomic contexts resulted in entry to the services, conflicting acceptability to the services, passive adaptation to taking the services, and positive practices to cope with supplement free meals or other services. The service participation was initiated because of a combination of prolonged, vulnerable socioeconomic contexts, including poverty and unexpected life events such as diseases, disability, living alone, aging and unemployment. With regard to taking the services, conflicting acceptability was observed: positive aspects including saving living cost and good quality of meals, and negative aspects including lack of a tailored service and feeling of stigma. Although the recipients needed an individualized service, they did not express their needs and demands for the services and they accepted the unavailability as an accustomed, prolonged vulnerable socioeconomic context. With regard to lack of tailored services, either self-solution such as modification of eating patterns or community-based network and services were used. Conclusions: We suggest that a system to concretely identify recipients' attitude, acceptability and adaptation for home-delivered meal services should be developed in the establishment of a tailored nutrition support system for the low-income elderly.

The Effect of Restaurant Owners' Perceived Benefits and Sacrifices on the Continuous Use Intention of Food Delivery App Services: Focusing on the Value-Based Adoption Model (외식업 점주의 배달앱 서비스 이용에 대한 지각된 혜택 및 희생이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향: 가치기반수용모델을 중심으로)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of perceived value on the intention of continuous use of food delivery app services form the perspective of restaurant owners. We adopt the value-based acceptance model (VAM) in order to derive influential factors (i.e., perceived benefits and perceived sacrifices) that affect perceived value, which in turn leads to the continuous use of food delivery app services. In addition, the moderating role of restaurant type in the relationship between perceived benefits/sacrifices and perceived value. Design/methodology/approach An online survey was conducted on restaurant owners who are using domestic food delivery app services. Samples were collected using the quota sampling method in accordance with the current market share of food delivery app services. A total of 235 participants (restaurant owners) were identified as a valid sample and used for the final analysis. Findings Research findings of the study are as follows. First, sales increase and operational effort decrease among perceived benefits had a significant positive impact on perceived value. Second, perceived cost among perceived sacrifices had a significant negative impact on perceived value. Third, perceived value had a significant positive effect on the intention of continuous use. Finally, the moderating role of restaurant type was found only in the effect of operational effort decrease on perceived value.

  • Due to COVID-19, people are building new lifestyles such as online shopping, online travel, and video conferencing by limiting going out and gatherings. Such rapid social change is causing new problems and deepening existing problems at the same time. In particular, as online consumption increases significantly, traffic congestion, air pollution, and the heavy workload of delivery drivers are deepening in the daily logistics industry, and face-to-face delivery is emerging as a new problem. With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, unmanned delivery using drones, artificial intelligence, and autonomous driving is emerging as an alternative to the existing logistics industry. However, space for logistics facilities and securing additional logistics sites due to drone flight are emerging as new problems to be solved. Therefore, it is intended to link additional services such as logistics movement, storage, and delivery by utilizing the existing transportation business, the subway, as a space for a logistics facility for drones that can solve existing problems and new problems.
