In this study, we propose a protocol for the communication between process groups required during message transfers. This is accomplished by an efficient process management of distributed systems connected by computer networks. For a single process group, a multicast protocol was proposed, which can control message flows while maintaining the order of messages sent or delivered. Through use of membership-related services, a member composing a process group may leave and join the current a membership anytime during execution. Moreover, message delivery can be delayed by using a logical vector time stamp. The functionality of the message delivery includes a virtual synchronization in response to a change in membership.

우편 서비스는 사람과 조직간을 이어주어 실물 배달과 의사 소통을 위한 중요 네트워크 중의 하나이다. 2000 년에 출범한 인터넷 기반의 우체국 서비스인 ePOST 는 전통적인 우편 서비스와 농수산물 중심의 쇼핑몰에서 전자고지납부 및 에스크로 등으로 서비스를 확장하고 있다. 하지만 기존의 ePOST 가 B2C 형식을 기반으로 일반 고객을 위주로 서비스해 왔으며, 웹서비스 기술을 통해 기업 고객과 같은 B2B 서비스에 대한 새로운 시장기회를 추구할 수 있는 강력한 도구로서 활용될 수 있음을 의미한다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 기업 고객을 대상으로 우편서비스를 원활하게 지원하기 위한 방안으로 웹서비스의 도입 전략과 효과에 대하여 제시하고자 한다.

통합 메시징은 다양한 종류의 메시지 모두를 하나의 이용자 인터페이스로 가져와 모든 메시지에 대한 통지, 배달, 새로운 메시지의 송신, 그리고 수신 메시지에 대한 회신 및 포워딩을 제공하는 기술을 말한다. 통합 메시징 서비스가 현재 전세계적으로 유망한 차세대 통신 서비스로 가치를 인정 받고 있는 시점에서, 본 고에서는 2001년 정보통신부가 출연하여 수행한 50대 전략품목 조사분석 과제의 산출물인 통합 메시징 시스템 기술/시장 보고서의 일부분을 발췌하여 간략히 정리하였다.

이 동네에서 가장 맛있는 한정식집은 어디일까? 꽃배달을 주문하려면 어디로 전화해야 할까? 사람들이 일상을 통해 가장 빈번히 찾는 정보가 바로 지역 업소정보일 것이다. 여행차 혹은 업무차 찾아간 지역에서 괜찮은 음식점을 찾는 일에서부터 새로 이사한 동네에서 필요한 물품과 서비스를 조달하는 일 등 모두 정확한 정보를 필요로 하는 일이다. 인터넷 포털 사이트들은 지역별로 특화된 밀착된 정보를 제공하며 인터넷을 더 가깝고 더 유용한 매체로 만들어가고 있다. 지역정보 검색 서비스는 각 지역 업체, 업소들의 새로운 홍보수단으로도 각광 받고있으며이를통해포털업체들은새로운수익모델을발굴하고있다.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of the factors of delivery app service failure on consumption well conflict emotion and complaining behavior targeting consumers with experience using delivery apps, and the results of the study are summarized as follows. First, when looking at the demographic analysis, the proportion of men was 58.1% and women were 41.9%, and the age group was the highest with 91.9% in their 20s. Second, as a result of testing hypothesis 1 that the factor of delivery app service failure will have a significant influence on consumer conflict emotions, failure to provide app information and failure to deliver/food service showed a significant positive (+) relationship. Third, as a result of the verification of Hypothesis 2, that consumer conflict emotions will have a significant effect on the consumer's continued use intention, it was found to be insignificant and rejected. Lastly, hypothesis 3 that consumer conflict emotions will have a significant effect on consumer complaints behavior is that negative word of mouth behavior, complaint behavior from service providers, and complaint behavior from service managers were adopted, but the complaint behavior was rejected by third parties.

Recently, government agencies are actively adopting the platform model as a means of public policy. However, existing studies on the public platform are minimal and have focused on user experiences or the possibility of public usage of the platform model. Now the research concerning building governance structure and utilizing network effects of the platform after adopting the platform model in the public sector is keenly required. This study intended to ignite academic dialogue on the governance of public platforms in the context of digital transformation. This study focused on a case of the 'Special delivery,' a public delivery app established by Gyeonggi-do. In order to analyze the characteristics of the public platform and its governance structure, data were collected from press releases, policy reports, and news articles. Data was analyzed using the frame of Hagui's platform design factors and Ansell & Gash's collaborative governance model. The results of the public platform analyses showed 1) incompleteness in the value trade-off accounting, which was designed for platform business based on general cost-benefit analysis, and 2) a closed governance structure that limits direct participation of diverse user groups(i.e., service provider, customer) in order to enhance providers' utility by preventing customers' excessive online activities. The results of this study provided theoretical and policy implications regarding designing the strategy for accounting for value trade-offs and functioning governance structure for public platforms.

인터넷의 발달로 e-Commerce가 발달했듯이 무선 인터넷의 발달은 M-Commerce의 시대를 예견하고 있다. 현재의 M-Commerce는 간단한 정보 서비스에 머물고 있지만 머지않아 e-Commerce의 대표적인 거래형태가 무선 인터넷으로 확장될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 PDA 등을 비롯한 이동형 기기를 이용하여 기존의 오프라인 형태의 택배 시스템을 배달하는 시점에서 효과적인 배달 정보를 제공할 수 있는 모바일 오피스를 구현하였다.

본 논문에서는 메시지 암 복호화는 물론 디지털 서명 및 배달 증명이 가능 가능한 보안 전자 메일 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 관하여 기술한다. 제안된 시스템은 이메일의 내용을 암호화하여 이메일 수신자만이 그 내용을 볼 수 있도록 하는 기밀성을 제공해 주며, 디지털서명 기능을 제공하여 송신자라고 주장하는 사용자와 이메일을 실제로 보낸 송신자가 동일인인가를 확인해준다. 또한, 메시지 무결성, 송신자 부인 봉쇄 그리고, 배달증명 서비스를 제공한다. 제안된 시스템의 구현은 자바 암호 API 클래스를 기반으로 하였고, GUI를 위해 J빌더 6을 사용하였다.
