연구배경: 데이트 폭력은 청소년을 포함한 젊은 인구집단의 신체적, 정신적 건강을 위협하는 중요한 공중보건 문제이다. 친밀한 남녀관계에서 시작되는 데이트 폭력의 위협에 노출되는 시기가 바로 청소년들이 생애주기 상 가장 급격히 발달하면서 많은 변화를 겪는 시기라는 것이 더 민감한 관심을 끈다. 그러나 이 문제 또는 이 문제를 해결하기 위한 노력들의 정도와 심각성을 이해하기 위한 구조적인 노력은 그다지 많이 이루어지지 않았다. 연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 미국 청소년과 성인 초기 연령집단의 데이트 폭력 예방, 측정 도구, 위험 요인, 이환정도에 대해 지금까지의 관련 연구자료 고찰하여 일반적인 경향을 소개하는데 있다. 연구방법: 1990년부터 2007년까지 발표된 청소년과 성인 초기 인구의 데이트 폭력에 관한 60개의 논문을 검색하여 고찰하였다. 사회과학과 보건과학 관련 연구논문의 검색모듈을 활용하였는데 PsycInfo, Pubmed, 그리고 CINAHL였다. 연구결과: 데이트 폭력의 위험요인은 크게 개인적 요인, 심인적 요인, 가족 요인, 학교 및 친구 집단 요인으로 나뉘어진다. 개인적 요인으로는 자아존중감, 성, 인종, 약물사용, 성상대자 수, 과거 폭력경험이 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이 밖의 다른 개인적 요인, 즉 심인적 요인으로는 자기효능감, 식습관, 반사회적 행동 등이 있었다. 가족 요인으로는 가족 구조, 부모 성향이 유의미한 특성들이었으며 이 밖에 학교, 친구, 지역사회의 환경적 요인이 관련 있는 것으로 보고되었다.

우리를 둘러싼 경영환경은 시간, 공간, 무용지식등을 심층기반으로 하여 움직이고 였다. 이런 경영 환경속에서 하이테크와 하이터치 요인을 통해 고객에게 만족을 주지 못하면 개인이나 조직은 고객의 뇌리 속에서 사라지게 된다. 이런 배경으로 인해, 지역축제 역시 일반 축제와 차별적인 방향으로 개발하여 고객에게 가치를 제공해야 하는 전략을 강구할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 지역 문화 콘텐츠를 암리고 지역 경제적 수익을 위해서 마련한 지역축제를 돌아 보는데였다. 또한 연구모형을 개발하고 지역축제의 서비스 품질 만족요인이 축제의 만족도와 재방문에 마치는 인과분석을 실시하는데 있다. 본 연구 분석결과, 서버스 품질 요인 중 행사진행 벚 수용태세 요인과 쇼핑 및 음식요인이 고객만족도에 유의한 영향을 마치는 것으로 나타났으며, 고객만족도는 향후 지역축제 참여의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

IMO는 "인적 요인은 해양안전, 보안, 그리고 해양환경보호에 영향을 주는 복합적이고 다차원적인 문제이며, 선박의 승무원, 육상의 관리자, 감독기관, 선급, 조선소, 입법기관 등에 의해 수행되는 모든 인간 활동을 포함한다. 효과적으로 인적요인에 대한 문제를 다루기 위해서는 이러한 모든 이해 당사자들이 협조해야 되는 문제" 라고 정의하고 있다. 본 발표에서는 인적 요인 관련 의제의 배경 및 논의경과, 최근 기술이슈, 기술동향 및 전망, KRISO의 대응방안을 소개하고자 한다. 향후 관련 IMO 의제 대응, 연구개발 방향설정, 국내 해양환경 정책 수립 등에 활용될 수 있다.

산업안전표지는 시스템안전의 우선 순위에서 보면, '설계단계에서의 안전확보', '기계설비 및 시스템에 안전장치 설치'에 뒤이은 방법론임에도 불구하고 위험에 대한 정보를 작업자에게 빠르고 정확하게 전달한다는 측면에서, 안전교육과 더불어 안전분야에서 소홀히 취급되어서는 안 되는 분야이다. 그러나, 지금까지 선행하는 두 분야는 안전분야에서 핵심으로 인식되어 왔지만 안전표지는 상대적으로 주의를 끌지 못한 것이 사실이다.(중략)

중국 콘텐츠산업에서 온라인 동영상 서비스의 이용자와 시장규모는 빠르게 증가하고 있으며, 그 배경에는 중국 특색의 환경 요인이 작용했다. 특히, 중국의 온라인 동영상 서비스 관련 업체들은 인수합병을 통해 시장 우위를 지속하며 경쟁력 강화를 시도하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중국 온라인 동영상 서비스의 성장요인을 살펴보는 한편, 대표적인 업체인 유쿠투도우와 아이치이PPS의 인수합병을 통한 비스니즈 사례를 비교하고자 한다.

19세기 영국과 미국의 도시공원 녹지의 발생은 자연주의 사조와 산 업혁명과 같은 그 시대적 배경과 밀접한 관계가 있다. 한편 한국의 급변하 는 사회정세와 맞물려 변화하는 한국의 도시공원 녹지의 역할도 현 상태에 서 재검토 되어야 할 시점에 있다고 생각된다. 이에 본 리뷰(Review)는 영 국과 미국의 도시공원 녹지 발달과 관련된 문헌을 중심으로 각 시대별 도 시공원 녹지의 역할에 크게 영향을 미친 사회 역사적 요인을 분석하여 추 후 한국의 도시공원 녹지 역할의 변화에 영향을 미칠 요인 분석을 예견케 하는 하나의 본보기를 제시하고자 한다.

1997년 12월 IMF 체제로 돌입하면서 국내 소비시장의 급속한 위축으로 기업들은 큰 어려움을 겪게되었다. 삼보컴퓨터도 내수시장의 침체와 환율급등으로 위기를 맞았다. 이와 같은 위기를 극복하기 위해 삼보컴퓨터는 해외시장 개척에 주력하였고 가장 먼저 미국 시장을 주목하게 되었다 삼보는 이러한 위기를 미국에 컴퓨터 판매사인 eMachines사를 설립한 이후 출시한 저가 PC의 성공으로 위기의 극복은 물론 세계적으로 주목받는 기업이 되었다. 본 연구에서는 삼보컴퓨터가 미국 시장 진출을 추진한 배경, 추진전략, 추진과정에 대해 고찰한 다음 해외시장 진출의 성공요인이 무엇인지를 조명하고자 한다.

Based upon the first national sample of adult men and women, the study aims to examine the prevalence of chid sexual abuse in Korea and factors related to the incidence of child sexual abuse. The results of the study show that 20.8% of the sample experienced one or more types of sexual abuse in their childhood, which indicates that Korean society is not any longer immune to child sexual abuse. With regard to how to cope with sexual abuse, "not informed to anyone and did not get any help at all" is the most major one for all types of sexual abuse. Even those who got help were reported to depend heavily upon private routes such as parents, relatives, or friends, indicating the urgency of establishing systematic intervention schemes for the problem. The results of a logistic regression analysis show that gender of the child, involvement in delinquent behaviors, economic status of the family, number of siblings, and residence in high-crime region are significantly related to the incidence of child sexual abuse. These results of the study would be expected to provide a useful guideline for developing policies or intervention programs aimed to prevent or address child sexual abuse.

The purpose of the study is to examine the relationships of parents' satisfaction towards their children's school education and the demographic variables associated with decision-making on post high school academic completion of parents of the students with disabilities. The Korean Education Longitudinal Study data, which contained the responses of 162 parents of high school students with mild disabilities who enrolled in regular high schools, was used for the study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, ordinal logistic regression analysis, and chi-square test were used. As a result, provision of college entrance related information/consultation, improvement of academic performance level, collaboration/ communication between the teachers and parents, and overall school education were significantly related to parents' decision-making on their children's post high school academic completion. Also, mothers' educational level showed significant difference in parents' decision-making on their children's post high school academic completion.

Latent fingerprint left on the adhesive sides of tapes can be easily found at a crime scene. Small Particle Reagents(SPR) based on iron oxide($Fe_3O_4$) is a technique for the detection of a latent fingerprint adhesive surface. In this study, found out that the causes affecting the quality of the fingerprints developed when used SPR based on iron oxide. To a suspension of 0.5g of iron oxide in 100ml of distilled water, 0.5ml or more surfactant were added can be developed latent fingerprints of good quality. In addition, using surfactants HLB(hydrophile-lipophile balance) value of 11~18 showed good contrast to the background and latent fingerprint.
