The programming(algorithm) automated assessment system is to evaluate automatically the accuracy and time/space efficiency of user's solution to the problem which is provided. This system gives the immediate feedback of the solution, real-time ranking. So, in the course of data structure and algorithm, we can apply the knowledge which we have learned to the problem solving. Especially, in the basic course of learning the syntax of the programming language, the novice student can learn in easy and fun by solving the simple problem. The university students can understand in the easy way the meaning of asymptotic analysis of algorithm in data structure & algorithm course.

The purpose of this study is to inquire into the theoretical background of music therapy interventions for the improvement of mathematical concepts among young children with special needs. The researcher provides a basis of theoretical background about musical activities as an effective tool for young children to understand and promote their mathematical concepts, and the necessity of practical application in the field of mathematics education is suggested. Music, as a multi-sensory modality, has an ability to hold and maintain one's attention, and can be used as a memory aid and a powerful and effective motivator and reinforcer for young children. Therefore, musical activities can be used to facilitate mathematical concepts in the field of education for young children. Possible musical activities for promoting mathematical development are suggested, and the necessity for developing various musical activities is discussed.

This study investigated the teaching strategies of two exemplary American teachers regarding word problems and their impact on students' ability to both understanding and solving word problems. The teachers commonly explained the background details of the background of the word problems. The explanation motivated the students' mathematical problem solving, helped students understand the word problems clearly, and helped students use various solving strategies. Emphasizing communication, the teachers also provided comfortable atmosphere for students to discuss mathematical ideas with another. The teachers' continuous questions became the energy for students to plan various problem solving strategies and reflect the solutions. Also, this research suggested a complementary model for Polya's problem solving strategies.

The animation is expressed by fusing the character's aesthetic feature and action in the entire structure and such creation of the character is needed to approach with understanding its socio-cultural background and dramatic structure. This study has started for the reason that there is a need of making an animation character based on reality, as well as to develop a individual character and narrative skill at the same time. In this study, analyzing through the DSM-IV (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) by the American Psychiatric Association, APA), I have been able to come to a conclusion in which the character's personality is presented more exaggeratingly than its ordinary tendency. So it is used as a means to occur a dramatic motive-induction and probability. Futhermore, applying the same condition of the personality disorders to the animation character has changed the narrative development and it showed a result that even the character is not having the problem of personality disorders, it shows the nature of personality disorders-like is being appeared exaggeratingly or increasingly.

The digital era opens with the changing times and many parts of life has become convenient. With this convenience of living, the obesity rate of people is gradually increasing, and the necessity of exercise is emerging. However, many studies have shown that many people do not exercise or stop exercising in three to six months. In this paper, we have designed and developed a "Walking Pet" prototype, a healthcare-inspired AR game, based on the theoretical background of exercise and the precedent studies to verify these facts. The developed "Walking Pet" provides exercise data to motivate the person to exercise and apply the pet system to eventually enjoy the exercise. In order to verify the effectiveness of the "Walking Pet" prototype developed in this paper, we surveyed 100 males and females in need of health care applications and surveyed the satisfaction of pure functional aspects.

This study aims to present directions for improving information services of medical libraries in small and medium-sized hospitals by exploring the information use behavior and information needs of nurses, medical technicians, and pharmacists who had not been studied. The research design was conducted based on the reviewing theoretical background studies, and in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with nurses, medical technicians, and pharmacists working in small and medium-sized hospitals. The results show their information needs, information use behavior, and perceptions of the medical library in the hospital. Based on these results, this study suggests ways to improve the information services provided by medical libraries in hospitals. This research is meaningful because it was first to explore the information use behavior and information needs of health care professionals working in small and medium-sized hospitals.

Introduction: Occupation based intervention is effective intervention of nervous system clients. So, this study investigated theoretical background, definition, and domain of occupation based intervention through literature reviews. And the study suggested neurological references to apply it in realistic occupation therapy area. Body: Occupation based intervention is performed in occupation based practice. Client's proper performance in natural environments is important. That is application of meaningful occupation in client's realistic environment is occupation based intervention. At this point, meaningful occupation is included client's motivation, selective task, and habituation of performance. Conclusion: Occupation based intervention were included motivation, habituation, and realistic environment of clients. The reviews identified that each factor is based on neurological basis. Therefore occupation based intervention need to use in realistic neurorehabilitation.

This study speculated on a continuous issue of North Korean defectors and strategies to improve North Korean human rights. North Korean defectors have immigrated to South Korea continuously since the late 1990s. Their immigration was motivated by low financial status in the harsh marching period of North Korea until the mid-1990s. However, the defection motives changed like this: planned defection, family-based group defection and future-oriented defection. The North Korean defectors had had severe human rights abuses as illegal immigrants in the blind spots of human rights of China and the third nations until they were admitted to South Korea after defection. Although South Korea tried to help them consistently both in public and private ways, it was not satisfactory. Therefore, the government and private sectors should pay more consistent attention to the human rights issue. As the National Assembly passed the North Korean Human Rights Act on March 2016, the government should recognize the issue of North Korean defectors as that of universal value and a national issue, and cooperate each other nationally and internationally in diverse ways.

The purpose of this paper Is to propose a dubbed signal time-synchroniztion technique based on the SOLA(Synchronized Over-Lap and Add) method which has been widely used to modify the time scale of speech signal. In broadcasting audio recording environments, the high degree of background noise requires dubbing process. Since the time difference between the original and the dubbed signal ranges about 200mili seconds, process is required to make the dubbed signal synchronize to the corresponding image. The proposed method finds he starting point of the dubbing signal using the short-time energy of the two signals. Thereafter, LPC cepstrum analysis and DTW(Dynamic Time Warping) process are applied to synchronize phoneme positions of the two signals. After determining the matched point by the minimum mean square error between orignal and dubbed LPC cepstrums, the SOLA method is applied to the dubbed signal, to maintain the consistency of the corresponding phase. Effectiveness of proposed method is verified by comparing the waveforms and the spectrograms of the original and the time synchronized dubbing signal.

This study presents a design of Teachable Agent(TA) and its theoretical background. TA is an intelligent agent to which students as tutors teach, pose questions, and provide feedbacks using a concept map. TA consists of four independent Modules, Teach Module, Q&A Module, Test Module, and Resource Module. In Teach Module, students teach TA by constructing concept map. In Q&A Module, both students and TA ask questions and answer questions each other through an interactive window. To assess TA's knowledge and provide feedback to students, Test Module consists of a set of predetermined questions which TA should pass. From Resource Module, students can search and look up important information to teach, ask questions, and provide feedbacks whenever they want. It is expected that TA should provide student tutors with an active role in learning and positive attitude toward the subject matter by enhancing their cognition as well as motivation.
