The purpose of this study is to discuss the impact of unmanned aerial vehicle service and how to activate it. The discussion on the impact of the introduction of the unmanned aerial vehicle service was examined in terms of economic, environmental, and social acceptance, and a plan to revitalize the industry was presented. In terms of economic impact, if transportation services are increased using unmanned aerial vehicles in the future, road-based transportation cargo may decrease and road movement speed may increase due to reduced road congestion. This can have a positive effect on the increase in the value of land or real estate assets, and it also provides an impact on smart city design. In terms of environmental impact, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) generally move through electricity, so they emit less exhaust gas compared to other existing devices, such as vehicles and railroads, and thus have less environmental impact. However, noise can have a negative impact on the habitat in the presence of wild animals along their migration routes. In terms of social acceptability of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) technology, areas that are declining due to the emergence of new services may appear, and at the same time, organizations that create profits may appear, causing conflicts between industries. Therefore, it is essential to form a social consensus on the acceptance of emerging industries. The government should come up with various countermeasures to minimize the negative impact that reflects the characteristics of the unmanned aerial vehicle use service. Just as various systems such as road signs were introduced so that vehicles can be operated on the ground to secure air routes in the mid- to long-term for revitalization of unmanned-based industries, development and establishment of services that should be introduced and applied prior to constructing air routes I need this. In addition, the design and implementation of information collection and operation plans for unmanned air traffic management in Korea and a plan to secure a control system for each region should also be made. This study can contribute to providing ideas for mid- to long-term research on new areas with the development of the unmanned aerial vehicle industry.

This study was aimed to investigate spatial and vertical characteristics of greenhouse environments according to the location of the environmental sensors, and to investigate the correlations between temperature, light intensity, and carbon dioxide (CO2) concentration according to the type of greenhouse. Temperature, relative humidity (RH), CO2, and light sensors were installed in the four-different vertical positions of the whole canopy as well as ground and roof space at the five spatial locations of the Venlo greenhouse. Also, correlations between temperature, light intensity, and CO2 concentration in Venlo and semi-closed greenhouses were analyzed using the Curve Expert Professional program. The deviations among the spatial locations were larger in the CO2 concentration than other environmental factors in the Venlo greenhouse. The average CO2 concentration ranged from 465 to 761 µmol·mol-1 with the highest value (646 µmol·mol-1) at the Middle End (4ME) close to the main pipe (50Ø) of the liquefied CO2 gas supply and lowest (436 µmol·mol-1) at the Left Middle (5LM). The deviation among the vertical positions was greater in temperature and relative humidity than other environments. The time zone with the largest deviation in average temperature was 2 p.m. with the highest temperature (26.51℃) at the Upper Air (UA) and the lowest temperature (25.62℃) at the Lower Canopy (LC). The time zone with the largest deviation in average RH was 1 p.m. with the highest RH (76.90%) at the LC and the lowest RH (71.74%) at the UA. The highest average CO2 concentration at each hour was Roof Air (RF) and Ground (GD). The coefficient of correlations between temperature, light intensity, and CO2 concentration were 0.07 for semi-closed greenhouse and 0.66 for Venlo greenhouse. All the results indicate that while the CO2 concentration in the greenhouse needs to be analyzed in the spatial locations, temperature and humidity needs to be analyzed in the vertical positions of canopy. The target CO2 fertilization concentration for the semi-closed greenhouse with low ventilation rate should be different from that of general greenhouses.

The purpose of this study is to research digital twin policies for the use of administrative services. The study was conducted through a mobile survey of 1,000 participants, and the results are as follows. First, in order to utilize digital twin technology, it is necessary to first identify appropriate services that can be applied from the perspective of Gyeonggi Province. Efforts to identify digital twin services that are suitable for Gyeonggi Province's field work should be prioritized, and this should lead to increased efficiency in the work. Second, Gyeonggi Province's digital twin administrative services should prevent duplication with central government projects and establish a model that can be connected and utilized. It should be driven around current issues in Gyeonggi Province and the demands of citizens for administrative services. Third, to develop Gyeonggi Province's digital twin administrative services, a standard model development plan through participation in pilot projects should be considered. Gyeonggi Province should lead the project as the main agency and promote it through a collaborative project agreement. It is suggested that a support system for the overall project be established through the Gyeonggi Province Digital Twin Advisory Committee. Fourth, relevant regulations and systems for the construction, operation, and management of dedicated departments and administrative services should be established. To achieve the realization of digital twins in Gyeonggi Province, a dedicated organization that can perform various roles in project promotion and operation, as well as legal and institutional improvements, is necessary. To designate a dedicated organization, it is necessary to consider expanding and reorganizing existing departments and evaluating the operation of newly established departments. The limitation of this study is that it only surveyed participants from Gyeonggi Province, and it is recommended that future research be conducted nationwide. The expected effect of this study is that it can serve as a foundational resource for applying digital twin services to public work.

This article introduces the next-generation air surveillance system and investigates how to design of front-end low noise amplifier of the ground station receiver. In consideration of the international standard documentation and the performance of existing products, the study conducts the link budget on the entire system so that it can be competitive in terms of receive sensitivity or reliability. To obtain a proper low noise amplifier, standards of design are decided so that such factors as gain, gain flatness, and reflective loss can be optimal. In its design, the bias circuit appropriate for the characteristics of low power, low noise, or high gain was built, and according to the results of the simulation conducted after the optimal design, its gain was 16.24dB, noise factor was 0.36dB, input-output reflective loss was -18dB and -28dB each, and frequency stability was 1.11. According to the results measured after the design, its gain was 17dB, noise factor was 0.51dB, gain flatness was 0.23dB, and input-output reflective loss was -18.28dB and -24.50dB each, so the results gained were suitable for building the overall system.

In addition to the VRS-RTK service, FKP-RTK service launched recently in Korea however unlike VRS, it is not yet applied to various surveying tasks. VRS system is operated in two way communication over the mobile Internet. When user send rover position data to network RTK server and the server provides correction data to users continuously. It causes to increase communications load and makes delaying or failure in data transmission depends on server capacity and number of concurrent users. In contrast, since FKP system is one way communication system, user only receives correction data and area correction parameters for the selected Continuous Reference Station from the server. Thus, there is no limitation to the number of concurrent users in FKP system and it would be more efficient than VRS system in terms of economic. To this end, we performed FKP-RTK test for Unified Control Points and Urban Control Points where are located at 5 regions in Korea to evaluate the accuracy. As a result, almost of FKP positioning data are in error range of ${\pm}6.2cm$ in horizontal and it would be enough for construction survey such as for earth work in limited except precise structure survey.

This paper generally relates to the field of wireless local area networks(WLANs), and more particularly, to AP selection and association methods for the performance of a station. In these days, IEEE 802.11 Wireless LAN network is widely deployed and used as an emerging service to connect high-speed Internet in the public wireless environment. But, if there are many users in hot spot area, they suffer a severe decrease of performance. Thus it needs an association and access control mechanism especially when it is used in the public environment. In this paper, we suggest a selection and association method using Beacon or Probe Response frames based IEEE 802.11. Station selects AP using the information of the capacity area in a Beacon or a Probe Response frame. According to the present paper, an association method for a public WLAN service, which includes a WLAN user terminal and an AP for relaying WLAN communications to and from the user terminal, includes the steps of the user terminal asking the AP's states for access to a radio channel; and the station selects and associates with the AP According to the above-described selection in a high speed wireless Internet service based on public WLAN technologies that are currently in operations. Further, it is possible to improve the efficiency of network management.

The railway is a public transportation system that provides large-scale passenger transportation and service, whose reliability and safety is the top priority. The wiring of railway vehicles is classified into train control lines (train lines) and communication lines. The train lines are used for input / output signals related to vehicle driving and safety functions, and the communication lines are used for the input / output signals for passenger services such as broadcasting. In order to measure the reliability of railway vehicles, a train line is applied to the input / output interface of the control signals between the electric control devices in the vehicle, and there are many electromechanical devices such as relays and contactors for the control logic. In fact, since the vehicle control circuit is composed of several thousand contacts, it is difficult to check for errors such as contact failure, and it is impossible to check the real-time status, so a lot of manpower and time is required for regular maintenance. Therefore, we analyze the current state of the train line design of the electric equipment used for driving and services in domestic railway cars and propose three wiring reduction methods to improve it. Based on the analysis of domestic electric vehicles, it was confirmed that the wiring reduction effect is 35% or more.

This paper covered the design and implementation of the demodulation receiver in the ADS-B 1090ES system, which is one of the CNS/ATM's surveillance systems. This researched demodulation performed at the level required by RTCA DO-268B and EUROCAE ED-129. The single signal process method, which applies a baseline multi-sample technique among multi-amplitude sample demodulations, was suggested to improve the quality of the receiver signal, the dynamic range and so on. The suggested multi-signal level tuning method has enhanced the single-signal process method, reducing the unstable reception ratio by the transmit output level difference and manufacturing receiver hardware. The result was that the receiver suggested by the method had 0~87dBm in dynamic range and -90dBm in MTL. This shows a better performance by -3dBm less than the international standard in ADS-B 1090ES ground receiver equipment. The systems which use a similar modulation method, will be considered to be widely applied.

Spectrum spreading, in its general form, can be conceived as an artificial expansion of the signal bandwidth with respect to the minimum Nyquist band required to transmit the desired information. Spreading can be functional to several objectives, including resilience to interference and jammers and reduction of power spectral density levels. In the paper, signal spreading is manly used for increasing the received energy, thus satisfying link budget constraints, for terminals with low aperture antennas, without increasing the transmitted EIRP. As a matter of fact, in many mobile scenarios, even when MODCOD configurations with very low spectral efficiency (i.e. QPSK-1/4) in DVB-S2 standard, are used, the link budget cannot be closed. Spectrum spreading has been recently proposed as a technique to improve system performance without introducing additional MODCOD configurations under the constraint of fixed power spectrum density level at the transmitter side. To this aim, the design of spectrum spreading techniques shall keep into consideration requirements such as spectrum mask, physical layer performance, link budget, hardware reuse, robustness, complexity, and backward compliance with existing commercial equipments. The proposed implementation allows to fully reuse the standard DVB-S2 circuitry and is inserted as an 'inner layer' in the standard DVB-S2 chain.

DASH (Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP) is an adaptive streaming technique that enables transmission of multimedia content when clients request the multimedia contents to server. In this system, to ensure the best quality of the content to satisfy users, it is necessary to precisely measure the residual bandwidth. However, the measured residual bandwidth by the DASH, which is not considering the transmission features of TCP, varies by the size of previous media segment, which makes it hard to ensure QoE to users. In this paper, we excluded the TCP Slow start range from measurement of residual bandwidth and suggested the new DASH bandwidth measuring method to decrease the error. Then, we realized the method in DASH system based on open source, and compared the existing measuring method. The new method showed that the accuracy of result has increased by 20%. Also, it could improve the QoE of users in terms of service quality and number of changes of segment quality.
