The purpose of this study is to understand the cybersecurity policies and critical infrastructure protection of the United States through analyzing Donald Trump's administration executive orders, the national cyber strategy, and the legislation. The analysis has three findings. First, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) became a main agent in the cybersecurity while the role of the White House was reduced. Second, Trump's administration expanded its role and mission in the policy area by extending the meaning of critical infrastructure. Third, in the case of cyber threats, the government can be involved in the operation of critical infrastructures in the private sector. The opinions of the professional bureaucrats and DHS were more reflected in the direction of the cybersecurity policy than those of the White House. In contrast to Barack Obama's administration, the Trump administration's cybersecurity strategies were not much studied. This study provides insights for improving cybersecurity policies and critical infrastructure protection.

In January, 2019, the Ministry of Science and ICT announced the third edition of Master Plans for Radio Wave Promotion, effective from 2019 to 2023. The focus of this plan is to implement market based radio wave policy and horizontal regulatory framework. Although it appears to be past due, such change in the radio wave policy is not only fair and structured, but also unprecedented and ground breaking in legality. In order to successfully implement market based radio wave policy and horizontal regulatory framework, we must implement identical radio wave license based on license with consideration and time-limited usage. Through this, efficient distribution of finite radio wave resource may come to reality. Furthermore, there must be an effort to include life style regulation on license into radio wave act in the future.

Japan is now facing an aging society with fewer children. According to the demographic change in Japan, its economic effect on the economic growth has gained public attention. This paper focuses on the effect of the demographic change on economic growth in Japan, too. The first part illustrates the process of demographic transition in Japan. Thanks to successful Meiji Revitalizing Reform, Japan had experienced demographic transition earlier than the other East Asia countries. The second part of this paper describes relations between demographic factors and economic growth theoretically. In addition, it analyzes demographic effects on economic growth empirically using time series data of Japan from 1952 to 2005. It is the main finding of analyses that there are positive relations between demographic factor, including employment population rate, population rate and TFR, and economic growth. Therefore, in the near future, a decreasing labor force will cause economic stagnation in Japan. To overcome this problems, it is required to make various policies.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate recent clinical studies on the effect of herbal medicine in molluscum contagiosum in China, and to seek better methods to treat and study for molluscum contagiosum in Korea. Methods We searched the clinical studies from the China Academic Journal (CAJ) in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) by key words '傳染性軟?', '治療', '中?治療', '中藥' from January 2001 to August 2018. We analyzed the literature in regards to the treatment methods and results. Results Among the 103 searched studies, 9 randomized controlled trials, 2 controlled clinical trials, and 16 case studies were selected and analyzed. In most of the studies, the effectiveness of herbal medicine on molluscum contagiosum was significantly high. The most commonly used herbs for oral administration were Isatidis Radix (板藍根), Coicis Semen (薏苡仁), Cyperi Rhizoma (香附子), Equiseti Herba (木賊), Poria (茯?), Lithospermi Radix (紫草), Isatidis Folium (大靑葉) and Lonicerae Flos (金銀花). The most commonly used herbs for external applications were Isatidis Radix (板藍根), Lonicerae Flos (金銀花), Cyperi Rhizoma (香附子), Equiseti Herba (木賊), Dictamni Radicis Cortex (白鮮皮), Isatidis Folium (大靑葉) and Brucea javanica (鴉膽子). Conclusions Based on the results of the clinical studies from China, the use of Korean medicine for treatment of molluscum contagiosum has been shown to be effective in relieving symptoms. Based on the result of this study, it will be possible to widen the scope of Korean medicine on infectious disease, such as molluscum contagiosum. Additional clinical studies and experimental studies need to be performed to solidify these findings.

Since a working draft sequence mapping of the human genome was published in 2001, the variety of the national genome projects has been initiated in South Korea. One of the rationales for such projects is that "the Korean genome database" will be used for "the personalized medicine for Asians." By focusing on the development of human genomics in this country, this paper examines how the discourse has emerged as a strategy for commercializing the national genome. The paper argues that Korean genomicists developed this strategy under the influences of the global "genome sovereignty" policy and local "Asian regionalist" science policy. It will contribute to the literature of the "Asian" race and genomics by shedding new light on the historical formation of the Pan-Asian Single Nucleotide Polymorphism(PASNP) consortium beyond the Singaporean experience.

The Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) specification permits networked devices to discover each other and to provide diverse services in the home network environment. Recently, new paradigms such as mobile connected computing, cloud-based service delivery, smart device content sharing, and Internet of Things (IoT) have emerged, but the home network based UPnP shows functional limitations in supporting such paradigms. To support them, the UPnP Forum has recently extended the capabilities of the existing UPnP, calling it UPnP+. In this paper, the UPnP Device Architecture V2.0 (UDA 2.0), which forms the basis of UPnP+, is presented. We present how UDA 2.0 enables the expansion of the home network to wide-area networks and non-IP device domains.

This study examines the ePortfolio structure of IT company design interns and the differences among companies in 'Cofolios' site for employment of design major students. Secondly, all the sub-items used in the ePortfolio were organized into words and classified into 6 stages. Finally, this was analyzed by majors and companies. Through this, the interns of the IT companies can [2-2. Strategy development] and that they are actively utilizing the 'connectivity' attribute linking the links. In addition, interns confirmed that the ePortfolio was structured differently depending on their major and the desired company.

Today, video games created via 3D softwares become a core part of the essential the video game contents field because their properties that can produce more easier than 2D games and can save budget of contents makings. It is very important that reducing polygon counts of 3D characters and environments for Gaming optimization. We can formulate elaborate 3D game models with low polygon counting in virtue of technological advancements, and these technologies continue to evolve. In 2012, Pixar made public Open subdivision which is the new technology to make high quality 3D models with low polygons and distributed that via Open source verification. This paper will compare and analyze the characteristics, and merits and demerits of these various kinds of these skills(Mesh smooth, Turbo Smooth, Open subdivision) and will inquire which method is the most efficient one to make 3D video games.

Big data analysis refers the ability to store, manage and analyze collected data from an existing database management tool. In addition, extract value from structured and unstructured on the data set in big volume means the technology to analyze the results. The findings published from many researchers at the same theme is a meta-analysis a method described with a summary. Meta-analysis is a statistical integration method that delivers an opportunity to overview the entire result of integrating and analyzing many quantitative research results. We reviewed a total of 21 studies to published on topics as collagen intake in Korea between 2000 and 2016, where a cause and effect relationship is established between variables that are specified in the conceptual model of this study. Thus, we present the theoretical and practical implications of these results.

People increasingly rely on sources of information from E-commerce reviews. Product reviews is an important determinant of potential customers' buying choices. They are also utilized by product manufacturers to find problems of their products and to collect competitive intelligence information about their competitors. Unfortunately, it is well-known that many online product reviews are not made by genuine costumers of products. Reviewers could write some undeserving positive reviews to promote or fake negative reviews to defame some certain product, and we call them fake product reviews. Fake product review detection makes an attempt to detect fake reviews and removes them to restore the truthful ones for readers. To the best of our knowledge, there is still less published study on this problem. In this paper, we make a survey and an attempt to give a brief overview on fake product review detection. The related work of fake product review detection is presented including web spam and spam email. Then some methods to detect fake reviews are introduced and summarized. The trend of fake product review detection is concluded finally.
