  • Recently, dynamic system has been enlarged and is exposed to various types of disturbance. Thus designing controller for those dynamic system under random disturbance is not practically easy. As a result, the exact analysis for the system which is exposed to various irregular disturbance is quite important. In order to perform analysis, conventional BMR(Balanced Model Reduction) method is applied to moment equation in stochastic domain and reliable reduced order system model has been obtained.

  • A simple digital control system has been developed for the frequency stabilization of an internal mirror He-Ne laser. The system is based on one chip microprocessor with embedded Basic interpreter. To stabilize the laser output frequency, the signal such as power difference or beat frequency between two modes is supplied and processed by a microprocessor, and control signal is fed to the heating coil would round the laser tube for adjusting the spacing of the laser cavity mirror. Newly developed frequency stabilization system is totally digitized. The system and the frequency stability performance are briefly described.

유도 결합 플라즈마에서 밸런스 파워에 의한 전자밀도의 증가 효과

  • 공정용 유도 결합 플라즈마(ICP)에서 강자성체인 페라이트를 이용하여 제작한 발룬 변압기(balun transformer)를 사용하여 플라즈마 밀도를 높이는 실험을 수행하였다. 실험에서는 2개의 발룬 변압기를 이중구조 안테나에 설치하여 실제 인가되는 전압이 접지전위 대비+V에서 ${\pm}$V/2로 변환되도록 구성하였다. 20~100 mTorr 압력 범위의 아르곤 기체 50 sccm에 30~70 W범위의 전력을 인가하여 반응용기의 중앙과 벽면에서 부유 탐침법을 적용하여 플라즈마 밀도를 측정 하였다. 같은 압력과 같은 전력에서 발룬 변압기를 사용했을 때와 회로에서 변압기만 제거한 실험을 비교하면 반응용기 중앙에서 플라즈마 밀도가 평균 10% 증가함을 보였다. 이는 안테나에 발란스 된 전압이 인가되면 플라즈마 균일도가 증가하고 부유전위(floating potential) 대비 플라즈마 전위(plasma potential)가 낮아져서 이온에 의한 손실이 줄어들어 전자가 더 많은 에너지를 흡수해서 나타나는 현상이다. 특히 E-mode에서 H-mode로 전환되면 플라즈마 밀도가 크게 증가함을 보였고, 반응용기 벽면에서는 발룬 변압기를 사용했을 때 밀도가 낮다가 H-mode로 전환 시 비교실험 대비 밀도가 크게 증가함을 볼 수 있었다.

  • In this paper, two schemes are introduced for dynamic simulation of underwater robotic systems. One is principle of dynamical balance, which is an easy and powerful tool for formulating dynamic equations of composite systems such as underwater vehicle-manipulator system. In the dynamic modeling, this principle gives us the closed-form of dynamic equations on matrix Lie group. The other is geometric integration algorithm, called 4-th order explicit Munthe-Kaas method. By this method, the derived differential equations can be integrated preserving geometric structure. Adopting these two schemes, dynamic simulation of underwater vehicle- manipulator system can be conducted more easily and more reliably.

  • This paper describes the performance test procedures and results of NRSB-1M and NRSB-2M Not only aerodynamic performance test but also sound measurement test were performed for the small-scaled blades in the ground Total thrusts and torques of the rotor were measured using rotating balance for aerodynamic performance test. Sound pressure levels were measured using microphone in 1.64D distance for sound measurement test. Non-dimensionalized test data are compared and analyzed. Consequently, It was confirmed that NRSB-2 was better than NRSB-1.

  • These test methods, the current domestic vehicles fuel economy calculation method is tested on a dynamometer for vehicles after you have installed the vehicle, given the test mode(FTP-75 & HWFET mode, etc.) are measured by vehicle emissions and fuel economy by seeking to have the results approach, the carbon balance method. At this point, using the carbon balance method is a test method was developed seeking fuel for a standard fuel properties, where the value of the constant and saved test was measured in THC, CO, $CO_2$ has a value calculation. Therefore, use fuel which is changed every time you test the fuel properties characteristics are not considered exactly. In this study, using the carbon balance method and fluid flow rate of the fuel used in the actual test is measured by comparing the results with the flow measurement methods, properties of the fuel used for the test attribute to study ways that can be considered, taking into account the physical attributes of a more diverse fuel line and fuel economy improved measurement methods that can be reviewed.

Healing Effect Assessment by the Autonomic Nervous Responses Using the Aroma-Treated Fabrics (자율신경반응에 의한 방향성 의류소재의 힐링효과 평가)

  • The healing effect of the aroma treated fabrics with lavender and lemon aromas was investigated by assessing the autonomic nervous responses of human body. For this cause Lemon and lavender microcapsules were coated on a cotton fabric using a water-based acrylic binder, respectively. And the study created a total of four aroma treated fabrics at a concentration of 2% and 5% respectively. Electrocardiogram(ECG), skin conductance, and Blood flow, of ten participants were measured for 30 sec at a stable condition, at a stress status (working memory task), and at a stimulation status (after rubbing aroma treated fabrics). Subjective sensibilities of the aromas were also evaluated. With regard to the responses of the autonomic nervous system, in order to understand how the values gained after the normalization process would cause different physiological signals between the stable state and the aroma-stimulated state as well as between the stress state and the aroma-stimulated state, the study conducted a non-parametric test, friedman test as well and analyzed tendencies. LF/HF turned out to be significantly different to the stress state, and according to the results of the post-hoc comparison, lemon 5% presented statistically significant differences among the lavender 2%, lavender5%, lemon2%. Lemon 5% stimuli increased stress but stimuli consisting of the lavender 2%, the lavender 5% and the lemon 2% decreased stress because of a psychological rest. And the stimuli of the lavender 2%, the lavender 5%, the lemon 2% presented a healing effect in this research.

  • An experimental reactor system was devised and employed to examine catalytic coal gasification. A 4-kw tungsten halogen lamp heater combinded with a graphite sample basket coated with silicon nitride film made rapid heating and cooling possible. Also a small graphite cap on the thermocouple tip which located just beneath the sample basket helped remarkably to read real temperatures. Silicon nitride film on the basket and the cap showed very good protection against the reaction between graphite and oxidant gases during the experiments. The weight of specimen could be continuously measured without disturbance.

  • 마모씨일과 발란스디스크에서의 로마킨효과가 3600rpm에서 운전되는 14단 터빈펌프의 동특성에 미치는 영향을 고찰한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 1. 14단 터빈펌프 시제품 해석을 위한 유한요소 모델링 및 해석결과는 실험적 모드해석을 통하여 5% 이내의 오차로 검증되었다. 2. 마모링 및 밸런스 디스크의 로마킨효과를 고려하였을 때 시제품 펌프의 위험속도는 그렇지 않았을 때에 비하여 1차의 경우 약 50% 상승하나 고차의 경우는 그 영향이 미미하였다. 그런데 1차 위험속도가 운전속도와 밀접한 관련이 있으므로 설계시 로마킨효과는 반드시 고려되어야 한다. 3. 마모링 및 밸런스디스크의 설계변경에 의하여 시제품 펌프의 강성을 변화시킬 경우 위험속도가 크게 변화하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 이용하면 펌프의 심각한 구조변경 없이도 씨일의 적절한 설계에 의하여 임펠러 깃등의 고조화성분을 포함한 유해한 진동을 회피하는 동특성 설계가 가능하다. 향후 계속 연구사업으로서 씨일의 동특성 해석코드 개발 및 Wet Test를 통하여 본 연구결과를 검증하고 그 결과를 다단 터빈 펌프의 동특성 설게에 적용하여 고압 다단 터빈 펌프의 독자적 개발에 활용코자 한다.

  • Effects of interaction of dietary soybean oil with NaHCO$_3$on the energy metabolism and antioxidants enzyme activity in broiler chicks during acute phase response was studied, Broiler chicks 10 d-old were fed on diets containing 5.0 % of soybean oil with or without 0.5 %(60 meq/kg) of NaHCO$_3$. Then acute phase response were induced by injecting Salmonella typhymurium lipopolysacharide(LPS) In saline 3 times i.p. at alternative day on 16-d of age. Dietary soybean oil with NaHCO$_3$lessened the performance(growth, feed efficiency, calcium balance, excretion of uric acid, and nitrogen balance) -suppressing effect of the LPS effect, but enhanced metabolizable energy value of diet due to increased digestive absorption of energy sources and phosphoruse balance, and decreased activities of SOD in erythrocyte cytosols and circulating ceruloplasmin in plasma. The results indicated dietary energy utilization and electrolytes levels may interact with the antioxidants systems during acute phase response.
