본 고찰은 신경의 생리적 현상을 기능적 측면에서 아나로그 모델로 시뮬레이션 시켜가는 데 있어 모델화의 역사적 발달과정과 기존모델의 특성을 간략하게 요약하고 이들을 비교 검토한 것으로 초기의 모델화에 대한 철학적인 개념으로부터 TR, IC등의 전자부품을 사용한 최근의 모델에 이르기까지 많은 기존모델을 다루어 본 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 1. 역사적 발달과정에도 잘 나타난 것처럼 전기, 화학, 역학, 수학등 여러분야의 전문적 지식의 교환없이는 모델화의 정확성, 분석상의 신뢰도, 결과에 대한 보편성이 결여되기 쉽다. 2. 특히 생리적 특성 및 수학적인 면밀한 고찰과 분석이 요구되고 있다. 이는 모델의 특성 결과에 대한 디지탈 전자계산기를 이용한 통계적 처리와 시뮬레이션을 용이하게 할 수 있고, 임상에의 이용 가능성을 높여나가기 위해서이다. 3. 신경 전체에 대한 모델화에 앞서 신경의 구조별 모델화가 선행되어야 한다. 이는 신경의 구조중 수상돌기 및 soma에서의 synaptic inputs에 대한 위치변화에 따른 synaptic potential의 분포상태가 신경의 특성을 규명하는데 매우 유익하다는 사실이 밝혀졌기 때문이다. 4. 신경에서의 synaptic potential의 분포상태는 종전에는 temporal distribution 개념이 지배적이었으나 최근에 와서는 spatial distribution 개념이 우세하게 되었다.

민어(Miichthys miiuy)는 농어 목 (Perciformes), 민어과(Sciaenidae), 민어 屬(Miichthys)에 속하고, 우리나라 서남해, 황해, 발해, 일본의 중부이남 및 동중국해에 분포하는 어류이다(Chyung, 1998; 김 등, 1994; Lee and Park, 1992). 민어 과에 대한 연구로는 동갈민어(Nibea mitsukurii)의 자치어 형태발달(Kinoshita and Fujita. 1988), 한국산 민어 科 어류의 분류학적 재검토(Lee and Park, 1992), 수조기(Nibea albiflora)의 초기생활사(Takita, 1974), 동지나해의 조기(Pseudosciaena manchurica)와 부세(Pseudosciaena croea)의 자치어 형태발달(Yamada, 1973) 등의 보고가 있지만 민어의 난 발생과정 및 자치어의 발달에 관한 연구는 아직까지는 없다. The purpose of this study was to find the contribution of Dado education to personality development among female high school students in Korea. The personality development was measured with the change in emotional stability. consideration. politeness. and temperance before and after a series of Dado education program to 16 female high school students for ten times (20 hours). A significant improvement in the students personality was found. Students perceived their positive internal and external changes through this program and their mothers were favorable to the personality development of their children after the Dado education. This study implies that Dado education can be a valuable means for personality development in youth. A suggestion was made for teachers and curriculum developers to apply Dado education into school curriculum and extracurricular activities.

In Blastocladiella emersonii, a member of zoosporic fungi, development of small sporangia containing a few nuclei can be induced. During these reduced sporogenesis, degeneration of some of the nuclei was observed within the sporangia. This observation supports the hypothesis that the nuclear degeneration is an essential part of sporulation. Morphological changes associated with the nuclear degeneration were similar to those of the autophagy of cytoplasm. This system of nuclear degeneration would become the good model system for the study of autophagy.

In this study, assessment items to examine geocognition on plate tectonics were developed and applied to middle and high school students and college students. Conceptual constructs on plate tectonics are Earth interior structure, specific geomorphology, and geologic phenomena at each plate boundary. Construct for geocognition included temporal reasoning, spatial reasoning, retrospective reasoning, and system thinking. Pictorial data in each item were all obtained from GeoMapApp. Students' responses to the items were analyzed and measured cross-sectionally by Rasch model, which distinguishes persons' ability levels based on their scores for all items and compared them with item difficulty. By Rasch model analysis, Wright maps for middle and high school students and college students were obtained and compared with each other. Differential Item Functioning analysis was also implemented to compare students' item responses across school grades. The results showed: 1) Geocognition on plate tectonics was an assessable construct for middle and high school students in current science curriculum, 2) The most distinguished geocognition factor was spatial reasoning based on cross sectional analysis across school grades, 3) Geocognition on plate tectonics could be developed towards more sophisticated level through scaffolding of relevant instruction and earth science content knowledge, and 4) Geocognition was not a general reasoning separated from a task content but a content-specific reasoning related to the content of an assessment item. We proposed several suggestions for learning progressions for plate tectonics and national curriculum development based on the results of the study.

The study presented the experience of playtherapy of a 6-yr old girl with elective mutism and attempted to understand her psychopathology and formulated her psychodynamic which was expressed though the therapeutic process of playtherapy in the viewpoint of developmental model. Therapist's attitude was nondirective and supportive. Main theme of her play, fantasy and art was separation anxiety and abandonment fear as the result of continued psychic traumas such as separation from her grandmother and physical abuse by her father and mother etc. So she couldn't achieve developmental tasks such as autonomy and separation individuation and became generally inhibited and selectively mute. The process of play therapy was summarized and coceptualized as her successful progress through sequential developmental phases within the therapeutic relation ship. By reexperiencing this developmental process, she could accomplish her autonomy and separation individuation and developed to oedipal stage and successfully resolve oedipal conflict.

The study, published in the 2007 revised curriculum of Practical Arts and Technology and Home Economics textbook(16 species) of the 'human development and family members' area of learning content elements were analyzed. This analysis was conducted in order to evaluate that the 2007 revised curriculum of Practical Arts(Technology and Home Economics) has been made well Articulations. The criteria of Articulations is "Development of learning content, Repeating, Gaps, Reduction. Content criterias is 'human development and family' area. These include "human development, human relationships, marriage and family life, caring for family members and family welfare" of the four criteria and 14 content elements. The results of this analysis, the first content elements is "process of human development, characteristics of human development, family relationships, communication, dating and partner selection, the significance of marriage and family, understanding the basic concepts of family, family change and family problem solving". There was no content elements. content element is 'friendship'. content elements is 'Characteristics of human development', 'understanding of sex and pregnancy and childbirth'. Thus, in the new curriculum, a review of these Articulations are required. Especially, the 'friendship' and 'understanding of sex and pregnancy and childbirth' of the content element should be noted in the curriculum configuration because of content elements be Analyzed as or . Also 'values about marriage change' importance in the low fertility society is a big learning content elements need repeating. However, textbooks should reflect differences in the configuration will hakgyogeupgan. Meanwhile, 'changes in values about marriage' that it is necessary to deal with the repeatedly because of recentely society is The low fertility society, However, for this content element based on the differences between school level to appear the contents of textbooks, the textbook screening process will be provided with the correct guidance.
