The result of the screening of lectins on 28 species of marine shell fishes(mollusks) showed that 10 species (Tapes philippinarum, Cyclosunetta menstrualis, Neptunea arthritica cumingii, Omphalius pfeifferi carpenteri, Chlorostoma argyrostoma turbinatum, Chiorostoma argyrostoma lischkei, Semisulcosira corea, Neptunea polycosta, Babylonica japonica, Noverita didyma) were present hemagglutinating properties to human A, B, and O group, and animal blood erythrocytes. A new lectin from Tapes philippinarum. was isolated and partially characterized. The lectin was purified by (NH$_4$)$_2$SO$_4$ precipitation and ion exchange chromatography on DE 53 column. Six fractions were obtained from DE 53 column by salt gradient elution but only 0.3M, and 0.4M NaCl fraction had strong lectin activity. On its 0.3M NaCl fraction, purity was identified by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. This lectin was inhibited by N-acetyl-D-galactosamine. It seems that two kinds of lectin react as antigen by immunochemical studies.

최근 MPEG-7 등에서 컨텐츠 내용 기반 검색에 대한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 내용 기반 검색은 기존의 키워드기반 검색이 아닌 컨텐츠 내의 특징 벡터를 추출하여 이와 일치하는 것을 찾는 작업으로써 차세대 디지털 방송 등에 적응될 예정이다. 본 논문은 긴 오디오 stream에서 찾고자 하는 오디오의 위치를 빨리 찾을 수 있는 고속 검객 방법을 제시한다. 기존의 방법에서는 zero-crossing rate만을 이용하여 검색을 했었으나 본 논문에서는 오디오 신호의 특성을 표현할 수 있는 여러 가지 특징 벡터들을 이용한 고속 검색 방법을 고찰 한다. 본 논문의 가장 중요만 부분은 active search 알고리즘과 히스토그램, 그리고 적절하게 조합된 다중 특징 벡터들을 이용한 오디오 검색의 정확도와 속도를 향상시키는데 있다.

The present paper investigate the trace to the course of its development of Mathematical philosophy. Of the main questions which naturally suggest themselves, it will be considered by the changing process of Mathematical philosophy. The explicit sources for a history of Mathematical philosophy.,or more especially, for the relation of mathematics to philosophy, are relatively few. There is, moreover, much disagreement and dispute on the extent, influence and relation of mathematics to the philosophy of individual thinkers. A passing emphasis must be laid on the mutual influence of mathematics and philosophy on each other in the course of their development.

출현한 식물은 총 61과 156종으로 조사되었는데 조사지점의 생육환경으로 볼 때, 출현 종수가 반드시 절토비탈면의 생성년수와 사면면적에 비례하여 출현하는 것만은 아니었다. 가장 출현빈도가 높은 분류군은 국화과로 14.7%이었고, 벼과 8.3%, 콩과 7.1%, 장미과 5.8% 순이었다. 각 조사지점별 우점종은 생성시기가 비교적 짧은 지점에서는 호밀풀, 바랭이 등의 사초과 식물들, 15년 이상의 표토층으로 된 지점에서는 사방오리나무, 아까시나무와 같은 목본류, 암반층으로 된 지점은 칡, 계요등, 송악 등의 덩굴성 식물들이었다. 귀화식물은 모두 13종이 출현하였고, 이에 의한 도시화지수는 4.8%로 환경변화가 비교적 적은 곳으로 조사되었다. Raunkiaer의 생활형으로 분류하면, 목본류 64종(47.5%), 지중식물 43종(27.6%), 1년생 식물 30종(19.2%), 반지중식물 7종(4.5%), 지표식물 2종(1.3%) 순으로 조사되어 식생의 천이가 안정화되어 가고 있음을 보여주었다.

Recently, Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(IPMSM) is widely used in the industry applications such as power train for hybrid vehicles and compressor motors of air-conditioner due to its high power density and wide speed range. In designing motors, pole slot combination should be chosen properly according to the use of the motor and driving method in the initial design stage, accordingly there have been many researches about pole slot combination. As a part of the studies, this paper presents a comparison of characteristics of concentrated winding IPMSM, such as back-emf, Total Harmonic Distortion(THD) and core losses for each pole slot combination. By comparing the characteristics of each model, this paper can be a guide or reference in determining pole slot combination in the initial design stage.

In this paper, the ploarization and Faraday rotation properties of the single mode optical fiber have been investigated for magnto-optic current transformer application. On the analysis, the optical fiber is modeled as a linear retarder and the intrinsic birefreingence of the optical fiber is approximately found to be 2.57'/m from the measurement, and the bend-induced birefringence is proportional to the inverse square of bending radius. The polarization rotation sensitivity is foung to be F/H=1.4x$10^-5$rad/[A/m] from the analysis of Faraday rotation of single mode optical fiber.

본 논문은 계통연계 형 3-레벨 NPC(Neutral Point Clamped)인버터의 고장진단 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 고장진단 방법은 스위칭 소자의 개방고장 진단뿐만 아니라 고장 난 스위칭 소자의 위치 또한 판별 할 수 있다. 스위칭 소자의 고장 진단은 콘코디아 변환(Concordia transformation)에 의한 전류패턴의 반지름 변화로 판단 할 수 있다. 고장 난 스위칭 소자의 위치는 기존의 콘코디아 변환(Concordia transformation)에 의한 전류패턴을 분석하는 방법에 간단한 스위칭 동작을 추가함으로써 구분 할 수 있다. 제안하는 기법은 추가적인 센서가 필요하지 않고 전류신호에 기반을 두고 있으므로 시스템의 복잡한 모델링이 필요하지 않은 장점이 있다. 본 논문은 10kW급 태양광 계통연계 시스템을 모의한 시뮬레이션을 바탕으로 제안한 기법의 타당성을 검증한다.

The effect of nose radius on aerodynamic heating is investigated by using the Navier-Stokes code extended to thermochemical nonequilibrium airflow, Spherical blunt bodies, whose nose radius varies from 0.O03048 m to 0.6096 m, flying at Mach 25 at an altitude of 53.34 km are considered. Comparison of heat flux at stagnation point with the solution of Viscous Shock Layer and Fay-Riddell are made. Results show that the flow for very small radius is in a nearly frozen state, and therefore the heat flux due to diffusion is smaller than that due to translational energy. As the radius becomes larger, the portion of heat flux by diffusion becomes greater than that of heat flux by translational temperature and approaches to a constant value.

Recently, the need for subminiature storage systems has increased with the diversification of portable devices. An actuator for small optical disk drives has to satisfy performance requirements such as higher access speed, lower power consumption, and smaller size. In this paper, we proposed the miniaturized rotary type VCM actuator that had an effective focusing mechanism and secured sufficient bandwidth for small form factor (SFF) optical disk drive (ODD). Initial model was designed by electromagnetic (EM) and structural analyses. Such a model was improved using design of experiments (DOE) procedure based on a Blu-ray disk (BD) 1x specifications.

스피어 복호 알고리즘 (sphere decoding algorithm)은 다중 입출력 (MIMO) 통신 시스템에서 사용되는 복호기중 최대 우도 복호기 (Maximum Likelihood Detector)와 비슷한 BER(bit error rate)성능을 가지고 복잡도를 줄일수 있어서 최근 많이 연구되어 왔다. 이때 공간 다중화와 채널 부호의 연접시스템에서 연판정 정보(Soft output information) 를 스피어 복호 알고리즘을 통해 생성하기 위한 방법으로 리스트 스피어 복호 알고리즘 (List Sphere Decoding)이 알려져있다. 기존 리스트 스피어 디코딩 알고리즘은 리스트를 반지름을 업데이트 하지 않으므로 탐색시 복잡도가 매우 높다는것이 문제가 되므로, 차원별로 최적해의 가능성이 높은 격자 주변으로 검색을 제한하여 복잡도를 줄이는 알고리즘을 제안하고 성능과 복잡도를 실험한다.
