  • 현재 그리고, 미래의 지속가능한 수자원 확보를 위해 수자원 계획 및 관리에 관한 제반 문제는 기술적인 측면과 사회적인 측면에서의 위험요소들에 대한 불확실성이 고려되어야 할 뿐만 아니라 이와 관련된 다양한 집단들의 이해관계도 상호작용하기 때문에 문제해결을 위한 다양한 기준과 내재적 갈등이 상존한다. 이에 본 연구는 농업용저수지의 연계운영 및 관리를 위한 다기준 의사결정시스템 구축을 하고자 하였으며 환경여건, 지형여건, 홍수위험도, 주민호응도, 용수수요량을 고려하여 농업용저수지의 연계운영에서 다수의 의사결정 요소들에 대한 가중치를 산출하였다. 이는 기존의 우선순위에 의한 용수배분이 최하순위의 용도나 지역에서 모든 물 부족분에 대한 위험을 부담하는데 반하여 의사결정 요소들의 상대적 가중치에 의한 용수배분은 전체 용도와 지역의 용수배분에 대한 위험이 분산되므로 보다 합리적인 것으로 판단된다.

  • 최근 들어, 대용량의 데이터를 처리할 수 있는 결정 트리 생성 방법에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. 그러나, 대용량 데이터를 위한 대부분의 알고리즘은 일괄처리 방식으로 데이터를 처리하기 때문에 새로운 예제가 추가되면 이 예제를 반영한 결정 트리를 생성하기 위해 처음부터 다시 재생성해야 한다. 이러한 재생성에 따른 비용문제에 보다 효율적인 접근 방법은 결정 트리를 순차적으로 생성하는 접근 방법이다. 대표적인 알고리즘으로 BOAT와 ITI를 들 수 있다. BOAT는 대용량 데이터를 지원하는 순차적 알고리즘이 지만 분할 포인트가 노드에서 유지하는 신뢰구간을 넘어서는 경우와 분할 변수가 변경되면 그에 영향을 받는 부분은 다시 생성해야 한다는 문제점을 안고 있고, 이에 반해 ITI는 분할 포인트 변경과 분할 변수 변경을 효율적으로 처리하지만 대용량 데이터를 처리하지 못해 오늘날의 순차적인 트리 생성 기법으로 적합하지 못하다. 본 논문은 ITI의 기본적인 트리 재구조화 알고리즘을 기반으로 하여 대용량 데이터를 처리하지 못하는 ITI의 한계점을 극복하기 위해 전역적 범주화 기법을 이용한 접근방법을 제안한다.

  • The crystallization behaviours of poly(ethylene terephthalate) modified by 1, 3-propane diol, 1, 5-pentane diol, 1, 6-hexane diol, or poly(ethylene glycol) of molecular weight 300 as a third component were studied by isothermal and nonisothermal crystallization. When the content of the third diol was about 4 mol %, the isothermal crystallization rate at the same supercooling below the melting temperature and the nonisothermal crystallization rate at the same overheating above the glass transition temperature were increased more by the shorter flexible diol unit. On the contrary the nonisothermal crystallization rate at the same supercooling below the melting temperature was increased more by the longer flexible diol unit.

  • The purpose of this study is to improve career awareness of students by using visual thinking and SNS. In addition, parents' interest about their children 's career was increased, and career guidance suitable for the development stage of elementary school students' education was searched to find out the course appropriate for their aptitude and ability. The results of the comparative study showed that the experimental group had a significant effect on the opinions and attitudes toward career, information search and rational decision making, and knowledge on occupation. Research shows that career-based education using visual thinking and SNS has a positive effect of encouraging students' career awareness and positive attitude toward career search.

  • Fundamental frequency is controlled by contraction of both TA and CT muscle. While activity of the CT is known well, little is known regarding the effect of the TA muscle on vocal fold vibration. To study this, a previously developed in vivo canine laryngeal model was modified. Isolated TA muscle activation was obtained by stimulating sectioned terminal TA branches through small thyroid cartilage windows. The results indicated that TA muscle activation is a major determinant in vocal register shift from falsetto to modal phonation. F0 increased with increasing TA activation in modal register, On the other hand, the F0 decreased with TA activation when the evoked voice belonged to falsetto register. Subglottic pressure increased gradually and OQ decreased gradually with TA activation.

Cooling and Antisolvent Crystallization of Potassium Bicarbonate in the Presence of Sterically Hindered Alkanolamines (입체 장애 알카놀아민 혼합 수용액에서 중탄산칼륨 결정의 냉각 반용매 결정화)

  • $CO_2$ absorption processes have a good potential for large scale capture of $CO_2$ but a large amount of absorbing solution has to be regenerated, undesirably increasing the consumption of energy such as sensible heat and latent heat of vaporization. In this study, a cooling crystallization process which would separate the $CO_2$-rich potassium bicarbonate crystals from $CO_2$-lean water was developed to reduce the energy penalty. Sterically hindered alkanolamine additives were used to enhance the $CO_2$ removal efficiency and their antisolvent effect on the crystallization was found in a continuous cooling crystallizer. The production yields of crystals were increased in the sequence of 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (AMP) < 2-amino-2-methyl-1,3-propanediol (AMPD) < 2-amino-2-hydroxymethyl-1,3-propanediol (AHPD), which are related to the number of hydroxyl groups in the additive molecules. Using $^{13}carbon$ nuclear magnetic resonance, the additives favored the formation of bicarbonate ions by steric hindrance effect and increased the supersaturation of $KHCO_3$. It is shown that the additives increase the mean size of crystals and crystal growth rate by increasing supersaturation. The additives are promising for enhancing the $CO_2$ removal efficiency and reducing the regeneration energy cost of $CO_2$ absorbing solution by promoting $KHCO_3$ crystallization.

A Study on the Estimation of Load Distribution Factors Considering Excavation Methods and Initial Stress Conditions (굴착방법과 초기지압 조건을 고려한 하중분배율의 산정 연구)

  • In this study, 3-D analyses were conducted while taking every construction stage into account. Then 2-D analyses were conducted which yield the same results with the 3-D results. The crown settlement normalized by the ultimate value was compared during the process to overcome the discrepancy caused by different dimensions. When a bench or a core is left uncut to give extra support to the face and eventually the whole excavation boundary, this extra supporting effect also has to be included in the analysis. In this study, this effect is also implemented in terms of the load distribution factor. When the length of the bench is very short compared to the diameter of the tunnel in such cases as in short bench cut or in mini-bench cut, the supporting effect of the face does not disappear even after the bench is completely excavated and supported since the face is still too close to the point of interest. The 4th load distribution factor was defined to stand for the advance of the face after the completion of the excavation cycle. The 4th load distribution factor turned out to be very useful in determining the load distribution factors when a tunnel is excavated by bench cut with various bench lengths under different initial conditions.

Surface nuclear magnetic resonance signal contribution in conductive terrains (전도성 지질에서의 SNMR 신호 특성)

  • To correctly invert and interpret Surface Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (SNMR) data collected in conductive terrains, an accurate estimate of subsurface conductivity structure is required. Given such an estimate, it would be useful to determine, before conducting an SNMR sounding, whether or not the conductivity structure would prevent groundwater being detected. Using SNMR forward modelling, we describe a method of determining the depth range from which most of the SNMR signal originates, given a model of subsurface conductivity structure. We use the method to estimate SNMR depth penetration in a range of halfspace models and show that for conductive halfspaces ($<10{\Omega}.m$) the depth of penetration Is less than 50 m. It is also shown that for these halfspaces, increasing coincident loop size does not significantly improve depth penetration. The results can be used with halfspace approximations of more complicated ID conductivity structures to give a reasonable estimate of the depth range over which signal is obtainable in conductive terrains.

Impact of Ideological Orientation on Populist Attitude in Korea (한국 대중의 이념 정향이 포퓰리즘 성향에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between people's ideological orientation and the populist attitude in terms of demand of populism. The influence of subjective ideology evaluation and political party support on anti-elitism (AE), people centrism (PC) and anti-pluralism (AP) are analyzed in detail. To research this, the socioeconomic factors, democracy recognition and the method of political participation are set as control variables, and the ideologies are classified into extreme conservative, conservative, moderate, progress, and extreme progress. The data are collected through nationwide online survey. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, the powerful affinity between ideological orientation and populist attitude are confirmed. The support for conservative ideology (especially extreme conservative) and the conservative party are affecting the AE and AP, and the ideology of extreme progress and support for the progressive party are influencing the PC and AP. When putting together 3 types of attitude, the conservative (especially extreme conservative) and extreme progressive ideology are the factors that determine the populism attitude. Second, There was no impact of socioeconomic variables except gender (female) and age. Third, populist attitude have a multidimensional nature determined by democratic satisfaction, government trust, external efficacy, voting and non-voting activities.

생명보험회사 수익률 결정요인에 관한 연구

  • 최근 우리 나라는 금융환경의 변화가 진전됨에 따라 보험산업에도 변화가 일어나기 시작했다. 이에 따라 보험산업은 지급능력 및 수익성에 관심을 갖게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 생명보험회사의 투자수익율이 재무제표에 나타난 요인에 의해 어떻게 결정되는가를 살펴봄으로써 수익률 결정요인을 찾는데 있다. 본 연구에서 사용한 자료는 생명보험회사 33개사 중에서 외국사를 제외한 29개사를 선택하여 수집하였다. 분석 기간은 1989년부터 1996년까지이며, 생명보험회사는 기존사, 지방사, 내국사, 합작사로 구분하였다. 분석결과, 시차별 분석에서는 결정계수가 기간이 짧을수록 높게 나타났고 예측된 부호는 잉여금, 사업비율이 반대로 나타났다. 그룹별 분석에서는 기존사, 내국사, 지방사, 합작사의 모델이 각각 유의수준 5%에서 유의하였고 결정계수는 높게 나타났다. 예측부호는 자산증가율과 사업비율, 수입보험료 증가율(기존사 제외), 부채/자본비율(기존사 제외)이 일치하지 않았다. 경영평가제도에 의한 분석에서는 결정계수가 높은 편이며, 유의수준 5%에서 유의하였다. 자본증가율은 예측된 부호와 일치하나 영향력이 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 유동성 비율은 신설사(내국사, 지방사, 합작사)가 예측부호와 반대의 경우로 나타났다. 또한 총자산은 투자수익율과 규모에 의해 결정되지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 모집인은 투자수익율에 유의적이나 직접적인 투자요인이 아닌 것으로 분석되었다. 기존연구와 비교해 볼 때, 한국 생명보험회사의 잉여금과 효력상실 해약율은 기존연구 모형과 예측부호가 일치하나 나머지 변수는 그룹간 다소 상이하게 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구의 분석 결과, 예측부호는 다소 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 유의적인 변수는 없는 것으로 분석된다.
