비행교관의 변혁적 리더십과 학생조종사의 심리적 안정감 관계에서 지도자 신뢰의 매개효과 (The Mediation Effect of Leader's Trust in the Relationship between Flight Instructor Transformation Leadership and the Student Pilot Psychological Stability)

  • This thesis researched student pilots at certified flying school to prove several things as follows. First, this study tried to find out the influence of instructor's leader trust to student pilot. Second, this study also tried to investigate the influence of student pilot's psychological stability from leader trust. Third, this study tried to prove the mediation effect of leader trust between flight instructor's transformation leadership and the student pilot psychological stability. The result of empirical research are as follows. First, the result of the verification of the relationship between transformative leadership and trust of leader showed that transformative leadership has a positive (+) influence to trust of leader. Second, the result of verification between leader trust and psychological stability relationship showed that trust of leader gives positive(+) influence to psychological stability. Third, the result of verification between transformative leadership and psychological stability showed that trust of leader gives positive(+) influence to psychological stability. I discussed implication from this study at the end and presented future research direction.

  • Surprise and Startle are often cited as potential or contributing factors in the cause of aircraft accidents because they can negatively affect pilots' situational awareness and decision-making. Accordingly, it is necessary to more clearly understand the effect on flight safety through the psychological and physiological reactions that occur to the pilots. Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the effects of Surprise and Startle on the pilot's psychological and physiological responses using a helicopter flight training device for the first time in Korea. As a result of the analysis, the ratio of recognition of Startle and Surprise, heart rate, and respiration rate showed a high difference between private pilots and commercial pilots. This is analyzed as the difference between long-term flight experience and flight time. In addition to presenting effective information for improving the education and training field of helicopter pilots in the future, it is intended to provide basic data for related research.

  • An empirical analysis was conducted on the workload of helicopter pilots flying in high-risk flight environments such as ground obstacles and weather effects at low altitudes. To evaluate the workload, an independent sample t-test was performed using the NASA-TLX evaluation method most suitable for the aviation field, and the workload score was calculated by applying the analytical stratification method (AHP) to compare and analyze private and commercial pilots. There is a significant difference in mean between private and commercial pilots and the result of work load was obtained over 70%. This paper studied the 'surprise and startle effect' on the helicopter field for the first time. In the future, it is intended to contribute to the safe operation of helicopters by presenting a method for effective safety management by utilizing it in the field of education and training for helicopter pilots and providing basic data for preventing accidents caused by human error.

청주국제공항 활성화 방안 연구: 공항시설, 접근교통 및 운항 네트워크를 중심으로 (Study on Revitalization Plan for Cheongju International Airport: Focusing on Airport Facilities, Access Transportation, and Flight Network)

  • In this study, we reviewed access transportation, operating companies, and airport infrastructure to revitalize Cheongju International Airport. Regarding access transportation infrastructure, it is necessary to promote a railway network connecting the metropolitan inland line and the central inland region. In addition, active administrative support from local governments is required to ensure smooth progress in railway and highway infrastructure linkage projects, such as the Osong Connecting Line and Chungbuk Line, high-speed rail network promotion, and expansion of the Chungbuk Eastern Axis Expressway and Central Expressway. Regarding operator access infrastructure, continuous efforts are required to add and attract airlines based at Cheongju International Airport. Regarding airport infrastructure, the Cheongju International Airport runway needs complete resurfacing due to its deterioration. Domestic passenger capacity has exceeded 6.5%, and considering the increase in import and export of high value-added goods in the North Chungcheong region, it is necessary to build and expand passenger terminals and cargo terminals. Cheongju International Airport's runway does not have enough runway length to operate large and ultra-large aircraft, so if it is extended from the existing 2,744m to 456m to 3,200m, several benefits can be expected in terms of revitalizing Cheongju Airport, such as route expansion.

뇌혈관장애환자의 불면증에 대한 이침요법과 신문혈자침 병행시술의 치료효과에 대한 비교연구 (Clinical Study on Effect of Auricular acupuncture theraphy and Auricular acupuncture theratphy with common acupuncture theraphy(Shinmum HT7) on Insomnia in stroke patients)

  • Objective: This study is aimed to compare the change of clinical comfort and improvement after auricular acupuncture theraphy and auricular acupuncture theraphy with common acupuncture theraphy(Shinmun HT7) on insomnia in stroke patients. Methods : Clinical study was carried out on 40 stroke patients who was traeted insomnia by auricular acupuncture theraphy and auricular acupuncture theraphy with common acupuncture theraphy(Shinmun HT7) at Kwang-Dong Oriental Medical Hospital. Results: 1. Total sleeping time was increased in auricular acupuncture theraphy and auricular acupuncture theraphy with common acupuncture theraphy(Shinmun HT7). 2. Average delaying time before sleep and Average Awake Times was decreased in auricular acupuncture theraphy and auricular acupuncture theraphy with common acupuncture theraphy(Shinmun HT7). 3. Quality of sleep was improved in auricular acupuncture theraphy and auricular acupuncture theraphy with common acupuncture theraphy(Shinmun HT7). 4. Insomnia Score was increased in auricular acupuncture theraphy and auricular acupuncture theraphy with common acupuncture theraphy(Shinmun HT7). Conclusions : According to the results, both auricular acupuncture theraphy and auricular acupuncture theraphy with common acupuncture theraphy(Shinmun HT7) were effective on insomnia in stroke patient. but, auricular acupuncture theraphy was more effective than auricular acupuncture theraphy with common acupuncture theraphy(Shinmun HT7) in total sleeping time and insomnia score.

화재에 대한 Extra-dosed교 케이블의 안전성 평가 (Safety Evalution of on the cable of Extra dosed bridges by fire)

  • 최근 국내에서 케이블을 이용한 Extradosed 교 형식의 대교들이 건설되고 있다. 이러한 교량에서 자동차 충돌등으로 인한 화재에 의해 교량이 손상을 입는 사고가 발생되고 있어 화재에 대한 안정성해석이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 케이블 교량형식 중 최근 국내에서 사용빈도가 높은 Extradosed 교 형식을 해석모델로 하였으며, 상용소프트웨어인 Solid Works 2007을 사용하여 모델링하고, COSMOS FloWorks 2007소프트웨어에 의한 열전달 해석 및 열응력 해석을 통하여 교량위 화재 발생시 와이어, 사재방재 파이프 및 그 주변에 대한 열유동 해석 및 사재방재 케이블의 안전을 검토하였다. 열원의 온도가 일정한 경우에 대해 다음 3개의 중요변수를 해석변수로 사용하였다. : (1)방호책과 열원사이의 거리, (2)풍속, (3) 스테인레스 강관의 끝단의 높이.

  • 복합적층 곡선패널의 비감쇠 강제진동문제를 해결하기 위한 쉘 요소를 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 절점당 6개의 자유도를 갖는 4절점 EAS 쉘요소를 사용하였다. EAS 방법을 이용하여 전단잠김과 면내잠김 현상을 극복하였으며, 전단보정계수를 사용하지 않고 분포형상함수에 의해 두께방향에 따른 전단변형을 포물선으로 분포시킨 수정된 1차전단변형이론을 적용하였다. Newmark 직접적분법이 시간에 관한 운동방정식의 적분과 시간이력을 해결하기 위해 적용되었다. 곡선패널의 기하학적 조건과 화이버 보강각도 및 적층조건 등의 매개변수 변화에 따른 강제진동응답을 분석하였다.

면내 압축 및 전단하중을 받는 적층복합판의 좌굴 해석 (Buckling Analysis of Laminated Composite Plates under the In-plane Compression and Shear Loadings)

  • 본 논문에서는 개선된 자연변형률 쉘 요소를 이용한 적층복합판의 좌굴하중을 연구하였다. 면내 잠김과 전단 잠김 현상을 극복하기 위하여 가정자연변형률 방법을 이용하였고, 면내 압축 및 전단하중이 작용하는 경우에 폭-두께 비 및 파이버의 보강방향의 변화에 따른 적층복합판의 고유치 문제를 연구하였다. 쉘 요소의 성능 향상을 위해 새로운 보간점의 조합을 이용한 가정변형률 방법을 사용하였으며 전단보정계수 없이 전단변형을 고려할 수 있는 개선된 1차 전단변형이론을 적용하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 검증하기 위해 참고문헌의 결과들과 비교 분석하였으며 새로운 예제도 추가적으로 연구하였다. 해석결과는 참고문헌의 결과들과 잘 일치함을 알 수 있었다. 면내 전단하중에 의한 좌굴하중의 예측은 향후 관련 연구에 비교자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

원격조종항공기조종사 적성검사에 관한 연구 (적성검사 항목선정을 중심으로) (A Study on the Aptitude Test of Remotely Piloted Aircraft Pilots (Focused on Selection of Aptitude Test Items))

  • Recently, the need of RPA(Remotely Piloted Aircraft) pilots is increasing rapidly with many requirements in order to be a beginner RPA pilot, including basic flight training, instrument flight qualification training, and aircraft type switching training. When RPA pilot gets disqualified, there will be generated much waste of efforts and expenses of trainees those pilots who are disqualified. Therefore, the methodology of pre-verifying those pilots who are not proper as RPA pilots through various scientific methods will save time and expenses with pre-reducing the pilots who will get disqualified later on. The methodology of aptitude test of RPA pilots is laid out as a consideration of pre-study of RPA pilots work analysis, and select types of aptitude test. A suitability of aptitude test is verified. In order to diagnose the flight aptitude precisely, it requires to be developed. Flight aptitude test tools might be connected with training program which could foster piloting aptitude with pre-diagnosing RPA pilot trainee selecting process. For that reason, we made an experiment in order to verify credibility and suitability of these selected programs with developing RPA pilot aptitude test tools. And also, we analyzed relationships among characteristics, analysis of data, and variables to verify the efficiency of data from prior experiment. Through this thesis, we expect to raise efficiency of flight training by providing pre-flight aptitude test information of RPA pilots.

비국소 탄성 이론을 이용한 나노 판의 휨 및 자유진동해석 (Nonlocal elasticity theory for bending and free vibration analysis of nano plates)

  • 본 논문에서는 3차 전단변형이론이 고려된 비국소 탄성 이론을 이용한 나노 판의 휨 및 진동에 대하여 연구하였다. 비국소 탄성 이론은 미소 규모 효과를 고려할 수 있고 3차원 전단변형이론은 나노 판의 두께방향으로의 전단 변형률과 전단응력의 곡선변화 효과를 고려할 수 있다. 이러한 두 가지 이론을 이용하여 나노 판의 처짐과 고유진동수에 미치는 비국소 이론의 효과를 제시하였다. 국소 탄성이론과의 관계를 수치해석 결과를 통하여 고찰하였다. 또한 (i) 비국소 계수, (ii) 나노 판의 적층형태, (iii) 나노 판의 보강 방향 그리고 (iv) 나노 판의 적층 수 등이 나노 판의 무차원 처짐에 미치는 효과에 대하여 관찰하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 검증하기 위해 참고문헌의 결과들과 비교 분석하였으며 해석결과는 참고문헌의 결과들과 잘 일치함을 알 수 있었다. 비국소 이론에 의한 나노 판의 처짐에 관한 연구는 향후 관련연구에 비교자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
