The fish species Uraspis helvola and U. uraspis (family Carangidae, Perciformes) were collected from Korea, and described and compared based on morphological and molecular characters. Uraspis helvola and U. uraspis were clearly distinguished by differences in the beginning point of the straight lateral lines scales (dorsal fin soft rays 12th~13th in U. helvola vs. 15th~16th in U. uraspis), and in the naked area on the breast extends to the pectoral fin base (naked area half way in U. helvola vs. naked area widely connected in U. uraspis). Molecular analysis using 530 base-pairs of mitochondrial DNA cytochrome c oxidase subunit I gene strongly supported the morphological identification. We described it as the new Korean record, and proposed the new Korean name "min-jeon-gaeng-i-sok" for the genus Uraspis, and "heuk-gi-min-jeon-gaeng-i" for the species U. uraspis.

In recent years, the electric utility industry in Korea has undergone fast change. Private power generation has been introduced by competitive bidding to improve economic efficiency and to strengthen the competitive generation market. In these private generation projects, the yearly pattern of purchase price between the utility and IPPs is very important. Currently, the levelized payment schedule is applied to capacity payment, and price escalation rates are reflected to energy payment. In this paper, we Proposed different patterns of payment and analyzed the outcomes. As a result, we found possibility of applying the partial front-loading pattern in Korean market to share the risk of the long-term business. And, the importance of discount rate is also found.

After the war, the circle literature movement took place in Japan around the 1950s. The subjects of the national movement, the Korean-Japanese, have produced and expanded their political rights and claims through circles and organs in conjunction with the literary movement. However, the results of analyzing the exchanges and conflicts between the political subjects of the Korean national movement and the literary circle movement as a concrete case to date are still insignificant. After liberation, the endless worries and confrontations to the post-colonialization of literary Koreans in Japan were analyzed as 'community with Republic of Korea and Japan', 'topic and creative language', and as 'conflict with Korean association in japan'. The process leading to dissolution was analyzed. The spirit of the era of Koreans in Japan in the 1950s identified in this paper is expected to suggest a new direction for the starting point of study of the humanities in Japan.
