조기유방암에서 유방보존수술 및 방사선치료후의 미용적 결과 (Cosmetic Results of Conservative Treatment for Early Breast Cancer)

  • 목적 : 보존적수술 후 방사선치료를 받은 유방암 환자를 대상으로 한국인에서의 조기 유방암의 보존적치료의 전반적인 미용적 결과와 유방의 대칭성 및 이에 영향을 미치는 인자들을 분석을 위하여 본 연구를 시행하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 1992년 2월부터 1997년 1월까지 조기유방암으로 보존적수술 후 서울대학교병원 치료방사선과에서 방사선치료를 시행 받은 120명의 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 대상 환자들의 추적관찰 기간은 16개월에서 74개월로 중앙값은 33개월이었다. 유방보존수술은 사분위절제술 및 액와림프절절제술 108례, 종양절제술 및 액와림프절절제술 4례, 종양절제술 2례, 전절제 생검술 4례, 피하유방절제술 및 액와림프절 절제술이 2례였다. 수술 후 방사선치료는 4 MV, 6 MV 또는 10 MV X 선을 이용하여 1 일 1.8 Gy 씩 50.4 Gy를 유방전체에 접선조사야로 조사한 후 원발부위에 7 또는 9 MeV 전자선으로 1일 2 Gy 씩 10 Gy를 추가조사하였으며 21례에서 액와림프절과 쇄골상 림프절을, 9례에서 액와림프절, 쇄골상림프절, 내유림프절을 치료범위에 포함하였다. 항암화학요법은 총 46례에서 시행하였으며, 45례에서 CMF (cyclophosphamide, methotrexate, 5-fluorouracil) 복합요법 6회를, 1례에서 CAF (cyclophosphamide, doxorublcin, 5-fluorouracil) 복합요법 12회를 시행하였다. 전반적인 미용적 결과는 유방의 부종(edema), 수축(retraction), 상승(elevation), 섬유화(fibrosis), 경화(induration) 및 피부변화 등을 고려하여 excellent, good, fair, poor 의 4 단계로 평가하였으며, 유방의 대칭성의 판정을 위하여 symmetry index를 사용하였다 전반적인 미용적 결과의 비교 및 분석을 위하여 polytomous logistic regression 방법을 사용하였고, 유방의 대칭성 평가를 위해 logistic regression 방법을 사용하였다. 결과 : 최종 추적관찰 시 전반적인 미용적 결과는 excellent가 29명$(24\%)$, good 62명$(52\%)$, fair 23명$(19\%)$, poor가 6명$(5\%)$으로 $76\%$의 환자에서 good 이상의 결과를 보였다. 단변량분석 상 종양의 크기가 2 cm 이하인 경우 (p=0.04), 림프절 전이가 없는 경우(p:0.0002), 종양 절제술 또는 전절제생검술을 시행한 경우 (p=0.02), 방사선치료의 범위에 액와림프절이 포함되지 않은 경우(p=0.0005), 항암화학요법을 시행하지 않은 경우(p=0.0001) 더 좋은 미용적 결과를 보였다. 다변량분석 상 종양절제술 또는 전절제생검만을 시행한 경우(p=0.04), 항암화학요법을 시행하지 않은 경우(p=0.0002)에 더 좋은 미용적 결과를 보였다. 유방의 대칭성에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 단변량분석 상 종양의 크기가 2 cm 이하인 경우(p=0.0007), 림프절 전이가 없는 경우(p=0.005), 항암화학요법을 시행하지 않은 경우 (p=0.001), 방사선치료의 범위에 액와림프절이 포함되지 않은 경우(p=0.02) 에 더 좋은 유방의 대칭성을 보였으며 종양절제술 또는 전절제생검만을 시행한 경우(p=0.09) 대칭성이 높은 경향을 보였다. 다변량분석 상으로는 종양의 크기가 2 cm 이하인 경우(p=0.003), 림프절 전이가 없는 경우(p=0.007) 더 좋은 유방의 대칭성을 보였다. 결론 : 조기유방암에서의 보존적수술 및 방사선치료는 $76\%$의 환자에서 good 이상의 미용적 결과를 보였다. 또한 대상 환자 중 종양의 크기가 작은 경우, 액와림프절 전이가 없는 경우 및 수술의 범위가 작은 경우 미용적 결과가 더 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다.

미용실 유형에 따른 미용실 직원의 직무 만족과 고객 만족에 관한 연구 (Job Satisfaction and Consumer Satisfaction of Beauty Shops - Compasing with Franchised and Non-franchised Beauty Shops -)

  • The purposes of this study are to investigate the job satisfaction, customer satisfaction and revisiting intention to beauty shops, and to examine the difference of the job satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and revisiting intention between franchised and non-franchised beauty shops. Data were obtained via questionnaire, which developed by results of pretest and previous studies, from workers and consumers of beauty shops in Busan. They were analyzed by factor analysis, t-test and regression. The results were as follows; First, the job satisfaction of beauty shops workers was composed of Adaptation, Operation and Instruction. For both of franchised and non-franchised beauty shops, the operation of beauty shops greaty influenced the job satisfaction of workers, and job satisfaction is not significantly different. Second, consumer satisfaction related to services of beauty shops is composed of three factors: Policy, Personal service, and Physical environment. Regardless of shop types, the policy of shop influenced the consumer satisfaction. Consumers' revisiting intentions to beauty shops are influenced by consumer satisfaction. Third, consumers in franchised beauty shops is less likely to be satisfied and to have the intentions to revisit than those of non-franchised beauty shops. Resulted provide some insights to develop strategies for franchised and non-franchised beauty shops. Limitations and future research directions have been discussed.

미용 교과과정의 문제점과 개선방안 (A Study on the Problems of the Cosmetology Education Curricula and their Improvement Measures)

  • This research was attempted in order to raise the actual effectiveness of beauty education by reviewing the problems on beauty education curricula of junior colleges and arranging their countermeasures. This thesis suggests improvement plans of curricula in Korean beauty education as follows. First, one of the main aims of beauty education sought at a junior college should be verified that it is to raise beauty leaders, furthermore, by including artistic knowledge on top of skill-based education purposes we shall put more efforts improve and sublimate beauty art, not only as skills but also as art. Second, it is necessary to fix the department titles in accordance with the contents of curricula. The titles have to be standardized for the right recognition of each curriculum by dividing beauty into hair beauty, skin-care or make up with each curriculum based. Third, it is necessary to standardize major requisite subjects to be completed in certain units by each major among colleges as well as class hours. forth, the curriculum system needs to be revised in accordance with school system for example suitable curricula for each school system level of private institutes and secondary vocational institutes, high school, junior collage, university, post graduates, etc, I have to be developed and enforced.

일 지역 성인여성의 미용문신 경험실태와 미용문신 경험유무에 따른 건강관심도, 건강실천행위 비교 (A Study on Adult Women's Cosmetic Tattoo Experiences and Comparison of Health Concern and Health Practice between the Cosmetic Tattooed and Non-cosmetic Tattooed Groups)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to compare the level of health concern and the health practice of adult women depending on their experiences with cosmetic tattooing. Methods: The participants were 396 adult women in Jeonnam and Jeonbuk Provinces and G City. Their levels of health concern were measured using the 5-point-5-item scale designed by Kim. For measuring their health practice, the 5-point-12-item scale designed by Kwak was used. Results: The percentage of cosmetic tattooed women was 58.8%. The average score of their health concern was 3.12 and that of their health practice 3.54. As for their levels of health concern, no differences were observed between those with cosmetic tattoo experience and those without. However, the group with cosmetic tattoo experience exhibited a higher level of health practice. Also, most members of the cosmetic tattooed group decided to visit their tattoo shops based on the availability of tattoo shapes or prices rather than considering infection risks. Conclusion: Health education is necessary to increase people's sensitivity to infection. This study shows that urgent attention for the management and regulation of the relevant ministries is required. Also, this study provides foundational information that will serve health education.

미용실 특성 및 인구 통계적 특성에 따른 미용실 서비스 품질에 대한 인식 차이 (A Study on the Perceived Service Quality According to the Characteristics of Beauty Salons and Customer Demographics)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the perceived service quality according to the characteristics of beauty salons and customer demographics. 343 customers were surveyed in the areas of university campuses, central district and residential areas of Cheongju. The questionnaire consisted of the characteristics of beauty salons and customer demographics, and items to evaluate the service quality. Confirmatory factor analysis, t test, ANOVA and descriptive statistical analysis were used to analyze the data. The results were as follows; First, the preference for the number of designer in the beauty salon were differed by sex, age and occupation. Women, college and graduate students preferred the salons with over seven designers. The customers over forty years old used smaller beauty salon. Second, Female perceived higher service quality in all respects such as technique, kindness and convenience of reservation than male did. There were no difference in age groups and occupations. Third, nationally franchised shop which located in downtown with more than 20 designers were highly evaluated in view of service quality.

열처리에 의한 모발의 퇴색 및 손상도 연구 (Hair Bleaching and Degree of Damage by Thermal Treatment)

  • This study comparatively analyzed hair bleaching and degree of damage by the temperature of a heating tool after coloring hair with a permanent, semi-permanent or plant hair dye. According to analysis by spectrophotometer, 'semi-permanent hair dye' was the highest, followed by 'permanent hair dye' and 'plant hair dye' in terms of changes in $L^*$ values. In terms of changes in hair shape when analyzed using FE-SEM, 'semi-permanent hair dye($150^{\circ}C$ or lower)' was the greatest, followed by 'plant hair dye($180^{\circ}C$ or lower)' and 'permanent hair dye($200^{\circ}C$ or lower)'. Therefore, it is reasonable to flat iron hair at low temperature. According to the test, amino acid values gradually decreased in both bleached and colored hair. The results obtained through TGA-based thermal analysis confirmed that as brightness increases, hair moisture contents decrease. This study aimed to protect hair by suggesting a correct use of a flat iron by the hair dye type during hair coloring. It appears that the study results would help hairdressers minimize hair damage by using a hair dye at proper temperature.

네일미용 교육을 위한 플립러닝(flipped learning) 수업모형 개발 (Development of flipped learning class model for nail beauty education)

  • Flipped learning research has been applied in various educational fields since 2015 and the educational effects have been discussed in previous literature. In the beauty field, flipped learning research is insufficient; in particular, it is difficult to find research on flipped learning specifically concerning nail beauty education. The purpose of this study is to develop a model for applying flipped learning to nail beauty education which should involve practical training based on theory. Such an approach is considered effective. Data were collected and analyzed focusing on previous studies with flipped learning applied as a research method. The subject of the research is "Nail Color Design 1", a common nail major elective subject at J college. The "Nail Color Design 1" course is a practice-oriented course in the form of theory and practical classes. Consequently, the flipped learning education model for nail beauty was designed by reflecting learners' needs through the ADDIE instructional design model. It was applied based on the education structure of the Pre-class, In-class, and Post-class of the PARTNER instructional learning model. This study deviates from the traditional practical education model, and has educational significance as a practical model in which flipped learning is applied to nail beauty subjects and self-reflection is derived through project practice.

SNS 대화 분석을 통한 주제별 적합 광고 시간대 도출 (When is the best time to run SNS AD per topic?: through conversation data analysis)

  • 본 논문에서는 시간대와 대화 주제를 활용하여 카테고리별로 적절한 SNS 광고 시간대 예측 방법을 제시한다. 위의 분석으로 광고주들에게 적절한 광고시간을 제안할 수 있다. 연관규칙분석 알고리즘인 apriori를 사용하였다. 주제는 상거래(쇼핑), 미용과 건강, 시사/교육, 식음료, 여가생활로 추려서 분석하였다. 연관분석 결과, 미용과 건강이 18시, 17시, 16시에 가장 활발히 대화를 나누었다. 상거래(쇼핑)이 14시, 16시, 17시 순으로 가장 활발히 대화를 나누었으며, 시사/교육이 15시, 17시, 16시 순으로 많은 대화를 나누었으며, 식음료가 18시, 17시, 19시 순으로 대화를 많이 나눈 것을 확인했다. 마지막으로, 여가생활은 22시, 23시, 21시 순으로 각각의 대화 주제별로 가장 많이 대화를 나눈 시간대가 달라지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 소비자 입장에서는 알맞은 광고를 적절한 시간대에 추천받을 수 있다.

피부미용 창업자의 기업가정신이 창업성과에 미치는 영향: 긍정심리자본을 조절변수로

  • 최근 몇 년간 COVID19로 인한 팬데믹 상황과 전세계적으로 유례없는 인플레이션을 겪으면서 각종 산업 분야의 경기 불황으로 어려움을 겪고 있다. 미용 산업 분야도 예외가 아니다. 그 중에서도 특히 피부미용 업종은 실물 경기의 영향에 민감하게 반응하는 서비스산업 분야다. 고객을 직접 만나야만 이루어지는 피부미용업은 COVID19가 가져온 비대면 사회화 과정에 대책없이 충격을 받은 산업 분야라고 볼 수 있다. 불황 속에서도 산업이 성장하려면 지속적인 성장 강화 교육과 제도적 차원이 지원이 필요하다. 피부미용업 분야로 진출하는 여성의 대부분 생계를 위한 목적을 가지고 있지만 실제로 성공한 사례들은 보면 내재된 기업가 정신들을 함유하고 있을 것으로 보고 이에 대한 분석과 긍정심리자본 요소가 창업 성과를 높이고 지속할 수 있는지 알아보고 부족하다면 구성원들의 학습역량을 높이기 위한 다양한 노력이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 피부미용업 창업자에게 기업가 정신이 미치는 영향을 파악해보고 긍정심리자본 요소가 창업성과에 미치는 영향이 어느 정도 되는지 파악하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구대상의 피부미용업에 종사하는 창업자들로 기업가정신이 기업가정신이 긍정심리자본을 조절변수로 두었을 때 창업 성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고 이를 통한 피부미용업의 창업자들에게 창업과 성장을 위해서 필요한 교육이나 준비사항을 제안하고자 한다.

미용실의 입지특성과 서비스품질이 고객만족과 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 - 대학생의 성별조절효과 중심으로 - (The Effect of Location Characteristics and Service Quality of Beauty Salon on Customer Satisfaction and Intention to Revisit - Focusing on the Gender Control effect of University Students -)

  • This study examined the effect of beauty service location characteristics and service quality on customer satisfaction and revisit intention, and analyzed the gender control effect of location characteristics and service quality in the relationship with customer satisfaction. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was employed and analysis was conducted to investigate how location characteristics and service quality in beauty service encounters effects customer satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows. First, visibility, which is a location characteristic, was found to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Second, professionalism and convenience, which are service qualities, were found to have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Third, customer satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on the intention to revisit. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the gender control effect in the relationship between location characteristics and service quality with customer satisfaction, the gender control effect was found in all factors.
