Planarity geotechnical exploration missions were actively performed during the 1970s and there was a period of decline from the 1 990s to the 2000s because of budget. However, exploring space resources is essential to prepare for the depletion of Earth's resources in the future and explore resources abundant in space but scarce on Earth, such as rare earth and helium-3. Additionally, the development of space technology has become the driving force of future industry development. The competition among developed countries for exoplanet exploration has recently accelerated for the exploration and utilization of space resources. For these missions and resource exploration/mining, geotechnical exploration is required. There have been several missions to explore exoplanet ground, including the Moon, Mars, and asteroids. There are Apollo, LUNA, and Chang'E missions for exploration of the Moon. The Mars missions included Viking, Spirit/Opportunity, Phoenix, and Perseverance missions, and the asteroid missions included the Hayabusa missions. In this study, space planetary mineral resource exploration technologies are explained, and the future technological tasks of Korea are described.

본 논문은 유전 알고리듬을 이용하여 오토 트랜스미션 레버의 최적 설계 방법론에 대한 연구이다. 현재 업계에서의 오토 트랜스미션 레버는 구성 부품들을 순서적으로 설계하고 있으나, 본 연구에서는 구성 부품들의 설계 파라미터들을 동시에 고려하여 설계할 수 있는 새로운 방법론을 제안한다. 유전 알고리듬 접근방법은 오토 트랜스미션 레버의 설계 파라미터들의 최적 설계 파라미터 집합을 결정하기 위해 적용된다. 본 연구에서는 오토 트랜스미션 레버의 구성 부품들로 구성된 제약조건하에 디덴트 스프링의 각의 변위를 최소화하는 목적함수를 가지는 설계 문제를 모델링하였고, 유전 알고리듬을 적용하여 최적 설계를 수행하였다.

본 논문은 스마트폰 기반 축제 도우미 시스템으로써 단체를 형성하는 모든 집단에서 활용한 시스템이다. 이 시스템은 행사의 준비단계의 비용 즉 행사에서 활용할 소품, 행사요원 활용 비용을 최소화하고 시스템에서 이 준비단계를 대신한다. 또한 다양한 기술과 센서를 활용하여 기존의 행사에서 보았던 진부했던 게임 혹은 미션을 대신하여 참신한 미션으로 행사 진행을 도와준다. 또한 행사 시스템을 활용하는 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하고 미션 플랫폼화를 통하여 한 명의 개발자가 아닌 다수의 개발자로부터 미션을 업데이트하여 참신하고 신선한 미션들을 사용자에게 제공한다.

The aim of this paper is to make embodiment and structure of the mission concept, named mission construct, in the National R&D Programs as an effective tool which manages the life-cycle processes and examines their validity and duplication problems. While it is generally accepted the premise that the mission is the fundamental reason for being in planning and implementing a public program, its role is being overlooked because of its vagueness and abstractness. To derive the mission construct of a program level, existing literature on corporate/organization missions and their components is examined. The study identifies and proposes the following four dimensions and their attributes: raison d'etre, program definition, program identification and program goals.

본 연구는 노인요양시설 요양보호사들의 조직몰입을 높이기 위하여 노인요양시설 최고관리자의 리더십과 조직미션의 동의정도가 정서적몰입, 규범적몰입에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하셨다. 분석결과 변혁적리더십, 조직미션의 동의 정도는 모두 정서적 몰입과 규범적 몰입에 모두 긍정적 영향을 나타냈다. 특히 규범적 몰입에 대해서는 변혁적 리더십이 조직미션에 대한 동의정도를 통해 영향을 미치는 매개효과가 검증되었다.

구글 안드로이드 플랫폼은 여러 보안기능을 제공하는데 그 중 하나는 퍼미션(permission)이다. 만약 퍼미션이 오용 될 경우 보안상의 위험이 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 민감한 정보를 다루는 은행 앱에 대한 퍼미션 사용 현황과 안드로이드의 퍼미션 체계에 대한 문제점을 분석하며 이을 해결하기 위한 대응 방안을 제시한다.

본 프로젝트는 신입생들을 대상으로 대학캠퍼스 및 대학생활을 빠르게 적응할 수 있도록 시설물의 위치 및 활용방법, 학사 행정, 수강 및 강의실 등 학교생활에 유용한 정보들을 자연스럽게 전달할 수 있는 오락용 어플리케이션이다. 빠른 학교생활적응과 부가적이고 적절한 유용 정보를 제공하기 위해 미션을 해결하면서 목적을 달성하는 시나리오로 최종 미션을 완성할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 기술적으로는 QR코드를 활용한 정보 및 미션을 제공하고 GPS 위치 정보를 활용한 자신의 위치와 캠퍼스 맵, 미션 힌트 정보를 제공한다. 이러한 미션 수행 과정을 통해 대학생활에 유용한 정보를 얻을 수 있는 오락용 프로젝트이다.

Social enterprises are social mission-oriented entities, despite working entrepreneurial way. Mission orientation is recognized as a strong management tool that can motivate employees and remain there to accomplish it. This study investigated the role of social mission as well as job insecurity and job satisfaction as factors on retention of women in social enterprises. Binominal Logistic regression analysis is used. The result showed that 82.3% of respondents had intention to work at social enterprise. Also, social mission orientation of female workers had an effect of buffering the negative relationship between job insecurity and retention. These results suggest that social enterprises need to consider implicit working conditions as much as explicit work conditions for female-friendly jobs. Binominal Logistic regression analysis is used.

The Bank of Korea began its operation on June 12, 1950, with the Bank of Korea Act established a month or so earlier. Thus was first introduced to Korea modern central banking in the real sense of the word. The Bloomfield Mission, consisting of A. Bloomfield and J. Jensen of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, spent about six months drafting a bill, which finally became the Bank of Korea Act. Little has been known yet about the process leading to the creation of the Mission and the historical context surrounding it, except that F. Tamagna of the Federal Reserve Board made in his capacity of the ECA's representative the offer of technical assistance to the Korean government. This paper attempts to dig deeper into relevant historical records and literature to fill these gaps. As it happened, the confrontation between the US and the USSR was accelerating towards the end of 1940s. The paper's new findings include that the Bloomfield Mission was, together with the ECA Mission to Korea, a product of the then US foreign policy (Cold War policy) and that the former Mission's technical assistance was conceived and provided all along as part of the inflation stabilization program pursued by the latter Mission. The Bloomfield Mission was after all a historical necessity. Next, the paper examines the changes added to the bill during its journey to becoming the Bank of Korea Act enacted in May 1950, presenting a review of the Act. The paper further evaluates the Act in terms of legal persistence, finding that the revised Act currently in force still substantially resembles the Act enacted 70 years ago from now. Finally in order is a brief discussion on those factors which seem to have contributed much to such persistence and thus apparent excellence of the Act enacted.

In satellite operations and space exploration missions, a ranging is one of the most essential technologies to get its navigational information of space probes. Recently, the importance of cross-support between space agencies is increasing for more fine performance of space mission. For cross-support, mutually compatible ranging system between space agencies is recommended. For these reasons, the consultative committee for space data systems (CCSDS) recommends pseudo noise (PN) ranging as a digital standard ranging system. The length of PN sequence in CCSDS standard is proper for deep space missions, however, it is too long to use for ranging in near earth missions. In this paper, we propose Variable Length PN sequence schemes suitable for ranging of near earth satellites, such as low-earth orbit (LEO), medium-earth orbit (MEO) and Geostationary orbit (GEO). Therefore we propose variable length PN sequence ranging system including CCSDS standard for multiple missions.
