다양한 서비스의 등장과 이에 따른 사용자의 폭발적인 증가에 따라 인터넷은 이미 단순한 정보통신 기술수준을 넘어서 사회 인프라의 하나로 자리잡고 있다. 그러나 인터넷은 초기 설계 시 이러한 다양한 형태의 사용을 고려하지 못하고 설계되어 여러 가지 문제점을 유발하고 있다. 따라서 현 인터넷이 가지고 있는 한계를 극복하고 미래 정보사회의 인프라로서 역할을 수행할 수 있는 새로운 네트워크 기술에 대한 연구가 미래인터넷이라는 이름으로 전 세계적으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본고에서는 방송통신위원회에서 수립한 "미래를 대비한 인터넷 발전계획"(2011. 6.)의 주요 내용을 간단히 소개하고 이 계획에 기반하여 현재 진행되고 있는 국내의 주요 미래인터넷 관련 연구 동향을 살펴본다. 또한 현 인터넷에서의 한국의 한계를 극복하고 미래인터넷 기반 사회를 한국이 주도하기 위한 추진 전략을 제시한다.

Emerging ubiquitous computing and mobile communication urges changes in academic libraries' information services. This study is to explore the future scholarly information services in academic libraries, by adopting a future research method, scenarios. It identifies the key forces in the scholarly information flows, scans the range of alternatives, and describe the possible behaviors of the three groups of main actors: publishers, academic libraries, and users.

This study aims to propose a methodology for future strategies of the Korean petrochemical industry. Instead of using static models or trade related statistical analysis, we derived emerging issues of the Korean petrochemical industry through survey in accordance with the STEPPER analysis. The participants of the survey were limited to leading experts of the field, such as businessmen, researchers and professors. Also, I observed whether the current driving forces are suitable in analyzing the future. Furthermore, emerging trends and emerging issues as far as 2040 were also extracted through horizon scanning and expert interviews. Through this study, three factors, which are the global oil prices, economic prospects, and core material development, have been confirmed. In the future, I believe that not only petrochemical industry, but also other industries such as steel, autos, shipbuilding and so on, can be studied for future scenarios and strategies as well.

The changes triggered by the fourth industrial revolution will change society in ways we have never seen before. Accordingly, our education should be able to prepare for a new future in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. For the students' futures, this study presented a curriculum to improve core competencies of future talents based on analyse of current education content and related education fields. To achieve this goal, this study was carried out in the following steps. First, core competencies of future talents and the current curriculum were analyzed. Second, the educational curriculum's goals, contents, and systems were developed to enhance future talent capabilities. Third, the developed curriculum was applied in the field to verify its effectiveness. This study may be used as a reference for future education and the development of future human resources.

The fifth generation (5G) wireless technology is expected to be the trigger for the fourth industrial revolution. In particular, 5G ultra reliable low latency communication (URLLC) is expected to lead the wireless automation in vertical domains. In this paper, we analyze use cases, key metrics, and physical layer technologies for 5G URLLC standardized in $3^{rd}$ Generation Partnership Project Radio Access Network (3GPP RAN). Additionally, we discuss enabling RAN technologies towards beyond 5G to support high reliability and low latency.

본 논문에서는 최근 혁신적인 거래시스템으로 각광받고있고 앞으로 다양한 응용 플랫폼이 개발 될 것으로 예상되는 블록체인 시스템의 안정적인 프로토콜 기능과 효율적 트래픽 운영을 제공하기 위한 하부 네트워크 구조로써 미래 네트워크의 필요 기능과 서비스에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 이러한 하부 네트워크 구조로써 미래 네트워크의 필요 기능과 서비스에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 이러한 하부 네트워크 구조는 현재 많이 사용되고 있는 인터넷 또는 OSI Reference 모델의 수정된 프로토콜 형태가 아니라 새로 표준화가 진행되고 있는 ISO/ISE JTC1 SC6의 미래 네트워크 구조에 필요한 서비스 기능을 위한 요구사항을 제시하고자 한다. 가까운 미래 블록체인이 대중화될 때 블록체인의 안정적인 동작과 효율적인 시스템 구성을 지원하기 위하여 하부 네트워크로 사용될 미래 네트워크의 요구사항들을 분석하고 분석된 내용을 바탕으로 앞으로 표준화가 진행될 미래 네트워크의 핵심 서비스 기능으로 제안하고자 한다.

This study examines the implications of special items (SI) for future earnings using quarterly Korean data over the period from 2011 to 2014. Due to the lack of identification of SI in Korea, I choose several items as special items if they are material and non-recurring items following prior studies. Then I regressed seasonally-differenced future earnings on positive and negative SI and found that their effects on future earnings were different. While negative SI are explained by inter-period expense transfer, positive SI are not well-described by traditional prototypes. Next, I regressed seasonally-differenced future earnings on negative SI sub-types as they are heterogeneous in nature and have differing implications for future earnings. While PPE impairments and intangibles impairments are partly explained by the inter-period expense transfer, unspecified loss of other loss items are not. Interestingly, these effects are attenuated or disappear in the Kosdaq market when the markets are divided into the Kospi and Kosdaq markets.

This study was conducted to provide implications so that teachers' voices are heard in the social consensus for future schools by exploring teachers' needs for future school spaces. A qualitative study was performed to listen to teachers' voices directly, and 10 teachers from "A" Elementary School (tentative name) participated in the study. The study 1) recognized the emergence of learning that transcends time and space, and emphasized the importance of an ICT-based informatization environment that can support such learning, 2) confirmed the characteristics of futuristic school spaces centered on "tradition" and "technology," 3) recognized the importance of learning community spaces, 4) emphasized "variable" classrooms for flexible teaching and learning activities, and 5) confirmed the need to introduce eco-friendly elements and provide support for those who may be vulnerable in high-tech learning environments. Finally, the study concluded that teachers need systematic education and experiences that contain sufficient important discourses related to future schools such as "eco-friendliness" and "connection with local communities".

At a time when libraries are attracting attention as institutions and spaces that can foster future capabilities, this study conducts a general survey of the current status of public library programs related to the future capabilities and investigate the social awareness on libraries and future capabilities through big data analysis. As a result, first, programs are being planned and provided with the keyword of future capabilities, but most of them are limited to makerspace programs, edutech programs, and experience programs. Also, the detailed types of programs are limited to 3D print, coding, AR, VR, etc. In addition, current library programs related to future capabilities are not subdivided by each competency, these programs are provided in the comprehensive sense of future competency. Second, in the awareness survey through big data analysis, education, future capabilities, and libraries were found to be highly frequent, and it was seen that library reading, books, culture, and programs were related to strengthening future capabilities. Accordingly, in the future, libraries need to develop and provide systematic programs to cultivate future capabilities, and there is also a need to develop future capabilities improvement programs that take the life cycle into account.
