기획특집-쓰레기 자동집하시설 시스템

  • 인구증가와 급속한 산업화에 따른 대량생산, 다량소비로 인해 쓰레기의 발생량은 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며 생활수준의 향상으로 쓰레기의 질적 특성도 변화되고 있다. 정부는 분리수거로 쓰레기 감량화 유도를 위해 지난 ’95년부터 쓰레기 종량제를 전국적으로 실시하고 있으나 수거∙운반단계에서 발생하는 문제는 크게 개선되지 못하고 있다. 따라서 쓰레기 방치에 따른 악취, 미관저해 등의 환경 위생적인 측면과 교통 안전 등의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 새로운 개념의 수거∙운반방식 도입의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 쓰레기 자동집하시설은 지하관로를 통해 쓰레기를 수거하는 방식의 최첨단 시스템으로 지상에서 쓰레기를 볼 수 없는 쾌적한 주거환경 조성 및 기존의 수거∙운반 단계의 단점을 해결한 쓰레기 수거 시스템이다. 이미 유럽 및 일본 등에서 도입되어 운영되고 있는 쓰레기 자동집하시스템은 삶의 질 향상과 함께 에서 운영비 절감 등 경제적인 면에서 우수성이 검증된 바있다. 국내에 쓰레기 자동집하시설이 도입된지 10여년이 지났으나 그동안 주상복합 및 병원, 오피스텔 등에만 적용될 정도로 시장이 매우 미미했었다. 최근들어 쾌적한 주거환경에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 지자체 및 발주처가 확대적용할 예정이어서 새로운 시장으로 떠오르고 있다. 최근 토지 공사가 성남 판교 집하시설과 용인흥덕지구 집하시설 입찰에 들어갔고, 주공도 광명소하지구 집하시설을 입찰에 붙였는데 건설업계의 관심이 집중되었다. 이와 관련 본지는 쓰레기자동집하시설 도입 필요성 및 원리, 국내 적용 현황 등에 관해 자세히 알아보고, 우양기건(주)(대표 강석대)가 인천광역시 도시개발공사로부터 분리발주 받은 송도4공구 1, 2단지 쓰레기관로수송설비공사의 시공사례를 알아본다. 향후 쓰레기 관로수송설비공사는 주택 단지 형성시 반드시 필요한 공사중의 하나이며 지자체로부터 분리발주될 가능성이 높은 공사 중의 하나이므로 우리 설비건설업계가 관심을 가져야할 분야이다.

  • 21세기라는 새로운 세기를 맞이하여 콘크리트 산업계는 시대의 변화에 부합하는 경영 방침이나 기술력이 요구되었으며 지금 까지 보다 더욱 힘든 환경을 맞고 있다고 생각된다. 예를 들어 환경 문제는 1992년의 환경과 개발에 관한 UN회의를 계기로 지구온난화, 해양오염, 산성비, 오존층 파괴, 열대림의 감소, 사막화 등에 대한 국제적인 관심이 커지고 있어서 21세기는 환경의 세기가 될 것으로 보이며 이에 따른 신속한 대책 수립이 요구되고 있는 시점에 와있다. 또한 자원 리사이클링과 환경에 관련된 각종 법령 등이 국가 차원, 혹은 지방 자치단체 차원에서 제정되고 있어 이에 대한 대응 방안이 요구되고 있다. 더욱이 여러 사회단체나 NGO 등의 압력으로 각종 공공사업의 수행에 있어서도 기본 이념인 편리성, 안전성, 내구성 공평성, 투명성 등에 덧붙여서 공해. 미관. 생태계, 건강, 복지, 문화 유산 등에 대한 배려도 요구되고 있으며 적용이 이루어지고 있는 추세이다.(중략)

Effects of Time Shortening on Project Cost in Housing Complex with Different Number of Layers (저층·고층 아파트가 혼합배치된 단지에서 공기단축이 건설사업비에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • In case of Korean housing complex, there became more mixed arrangement of buildings with different number of layers for a variety of urban skyline, recently. For example, around 33% of the construction sites of 'A' public corporation have gaps of more than 4 layers between high-rise buildings and low-rise ones in the same site, according to the survey. Generally, construction duration of the housing complex is estimated based on the layers of the highest building. Due to this baseline, whole construction duration could be extended so that the project cost could be increased. Therefore, framework duration of higher-rise buildings should be reduced to secure the feasibility of the project. On the other hands, these shortenings could adversely harm the feasibility in some cases because there are a wide range of combinations of the buildings with different number of layers in designing housing complex. Therefore, this study shows the results of analysis on effects of framework time shortening on the cost in housing complex project. Moreover, this could set the baseline of checking possibilities in condensing the construction duration of projects with buildings of different layers by supplying comprehensive database.

Integrated Simulation System of GIS and ANN for Land Price Appraisal (GIS 기반 지가산정 및 시뮬레이션 시스템)

  • The purpose of this study is to develope a parcel-based automatic simulation system of land price through the integration of urban mathematical model and GIS. The appraisal process of public land price by the local government is simple but is a great time-consuming task. Moreover, it doesn't provide any statistical analysis and spatial presentation tools. So, it is difficult for planners or administrative officials to analyze the variation of land price with spatial idea. From these, a system is developed combining two sub-systems, they are ANN(Artificial Neural Network) for the calculation of land price and GIS for visual presentation. Using Matlab application, ANN model was designed having 3-layer structure and was trained with the sample data taken from Chinju city. With the trained network, the impact of 'road', 'parks', 'height control district' and 'beauty district' on land price in 9 regions(dong) are simulated. The results of the simulation were visualized with ArcView GIS. The automatic simulation system operated through the DDE(Dynamic Data Exchange) conversation between two applications. ArcView was set as client and Matlab as server. Scripting in ArcView and customizing a window of ArcView, this system can execute the whole process of simulation by just clicking a button with mouse. As a conclusion, this system was proved to be an effective and easily controllable planning support system for the land price simulation.

Mapping of Temperature and Rainfall Using DEM and Multivariate Kriging (수치표고모델과 다변량 크리깅을 이용한 기온 및 강수 분포도 작성)

  • We investigate the potential of digital elevation model and multivariate geostatistical kriging in mapping of temperature and rainfall based on sparse weather station observations. By using elevation data which have reasonable correlation with temperature and rainfall, and are exhaustively sampled in the study area, we try to generate spatial distributions of temperature and rainfall which well reflect topographic effects and have less smoothing effects. To illustrate the applicability of this approach, we carried out a case study of Jeju island using observation data acquired in January, April, August, and October, 2005. From the case study results, accounting for elevation via colocated cokriging could reflect detailed topographic characteristics in the study area with less smoothing effects. Colocated cokriging also showed much improved prediction capability, compared to that of traditional univariate ordinary kriging. According to the increase of the magnitude of correlation between temperature or rainfall and elevation, much improved prediction capability could be obtained. The decrease of relative nugget effects also resulted in the improvement of prediction capability.

  • This study suggested the following several possible ways to develop Busan New Port as a comprehensive port area which comprises logistics functions, water front(for relaxation and leisure of citizens) and living zone (for dealing with daily works and chores): First, install extra facilities(e.g. plaza or landscape architecture facilities) for environmental cleanup of fishery port in the vicinity of logistic and housing complex. Second, develop water front for better benefits of users. Third, build a water land in leisure facilities for foreign tourists. Fourth, build a landmark in Port Hinterland. Finally, develop appropriate esthetic area for Port Logistics Hinterland.

The Satisfaction Analysis of Mount Tai Mountaineering Road Sign System Using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (퍼지 종합 평가를 활용한 태산(泰山)등산로 사인시스템 만족도 분석)

  • Sign system is one of the most widely used guide media in scenic spots. It plays vital role in introducing cultural values of destinations to tourists with better visit experience. The purpose of this study is to derive the influence factors of the sign system of Mount Tai scenic area for tourists, analyze the satisfaction of tourists, and provide suggestions for the sign system of Mount Tai Mountaineering Road to improve tourists' satisfaction in the future. The evaluation items of Mount Tai Mountaineering Road sign system were derived from the previous studies and then subdivided comprehensively. Survey by questionnaires was carried out to obtain the influence factors. In order to understand the satisfaction degree of tourists, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was implemented. The research results of this study are summarized as follows. First, four influence factors of the sign system on Mountaineering Road of Mount Tai were concluded as the interpretation content, appearance modeling, interpretation methods and layout management. Second, the order of weight values of influence factors was the interpretation content, appearance modeling, interpretation methods and layout management respectively from high to low, which means that tourists paid more attention to practicality and aesthetics. Third, the satisfaction degree of the tourists on the sign system was different. The satisfaction level for the three factors (interpretation content, appearance modeling, layout management) was good, while the satisfaction for interpretation method was medium. The reason was that it failed to deepen the understanding of tourists on the natural and cultural values of Mount Tai Mountaineering Road. These results indicate great significance to provide theoretical basis for the later readjustment and design of the sign system and to improve the overall satisfaction of tourists on tourism experience.

An Analysis Study of Landscape View Point on Urban Histo-Cultural Area - Focused on Bukchon Hanok Village - (도시 내 역사문화미관지구 경관조망지점 분석에 관한 연구 - 북촌한옥마을을 대상으로 -)

  • This study is about selecting Landscape Viewpoint on Bukchon Hanok Village, Jongno-Gu, Seoul. The process on selecting photo spots was focused on visualizing elements, and it was hard to find an objective standard for selecting landscape viewpoint. Therefore, by literature review and site study, this study selects more objective and empirical Landscape View Point on Bukchon. Landscape Viewpoint Standards are Traditional Hanok Landscape, Historical Heritage Landscape, Alley Street Landscape, City Architecture Landscape, and Natural Forest Landscape. By Landscape Preference and Character of Place survey, this study finds out another Landscape Viewpoint and correlation of those variables. A coefficient of correlation is 0.846, and its correlation is considerably high. Through this result, it could provide a concrete standard for selecting Landscape View Point and a preliminary information for finding Landscape View Point on Histo-Cultural area.
