해상교통 관제 서비스는 해상교통량의 폭주, 위험화물의 증가와 잠재적인 환경오염의 위험 등에서 항만의 안전 또는 항만운영 효율성 제고하기 위해 실시하는 통항서비스로 VTS 구역 내에서 주변상황 및 해상교통상황을 적시에 제공하여 선박에서 항해의사 결정과정에 도움이 될 수 있도록 정보서비스 등을 제공하고 있으며 실제로 안전한 해상교통에 많은 도움을 주고 있는 것이 사실이다. 우리나라 전 연안 및 항만에서 운영하고 14개소의 VTS 및 연안 VTS 서비스를 제공하고 있다. VTS 관제사는 선박운항자와 마찬가지로 관제하고 있는 항만이나 연안의 지형적 특성에 따라 선박의 안전한 운항을 위해 선박과 선박 사이 및 선박과 육지(장해물)와의 최소안전거리를 두고 관제를 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 각 VTS 관제사들이 관제하는 안전이격거리를 개인별로 조사함으로써 VTS 관제사간의 안전이격거리를 조사함에 그 목적이 있다. 설문조사 결과 같은 VTS 소속임에도 불구하고 개인별로 관제하는 최소안전거리가 많은 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

The problem of the environment is urgently coming to the world as a problem that humanity must solve. In particular, Korea is directly affected by air pollution and marine pollution due to its geopolitical position with China, and is also exposed to a great deal of pollution due to air, water, soil, and weather. In this situation, due to the disconnection between the management domain / service (system) related to the environment, the ability to quickly identify causes and cope with situations in the event of environmental pollution or disasters is weak, and duplication and investment are being faced. The development of a service platform for smart environment disaster management is designed to detect environmental disasters in an early stage through the management of smart environment disaster management at the national level, It will be a way to predict complex environmental disasters.

본고에서는 급속히 성장하고 있는 M2M 서비스의 융합과 발전을 위해 어떤 걸림돌이 있으며, 무엇을 준비해야 하는지에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 지난 1T839 정책에서 3대 인프라의 하나로 정의된 USN이 본격 확산에 미흡했던 사항에는 어떤 것들이 있었으며 당시 기술적인 환경과 서비스 사례를 통해 2% 부족했던 것들은 되짚어 보고, USN이 현재 시점에 가지는 의미를 찾아보고자한다. USN 서비스가 활성화 되던 시점에 M2M의 기반기술이라고 할 수 있는 (W)CDMA 등 광역 무선망 기술과의 접목이 어려웠던 부분과 USN의 다양한 근거리 무선 네트워크 기술들이 USN 서비스를 완벽히 구현하고 확산까지 갈 수 없었던 미흡했던 이유를 알아보고자 한다. 또한 M2M의 시작배경에는 어떠한 의미가 있으며, 현재에서 바라본 M2M은 시작과 비교해서 달라진 점이 무엇이며 현재에 요구되는 M2M은 무엇인지에 대해 논의해보고자 한다. 이와 함께 M2M의 다양한 정의와 현재의 M2M을 비교해보고 M2M이 급속히 증가하고 있는 이유들을 찾아본다. M2M 서비스를 크게 나누면 텔레매틱스와 텔레매트리로 나눌 수 있으며 최근에는 차량 관련된 분야에 M2M 서비스가 급속히 증가되고 있는데 해외의 eCall 서비스와 국내의 DTG 연계 M2M 서비스, 국가위험물관리 등 국내외 차량관련 M2M 서비스 사례를 분석해 보고, RFID/USN+LBS+M2M의 융복합 서비스 진화에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 끝으로 M2M 시대의 시대적 요구사항을 반영하여 M2M의 활성화를 위해서 필요한 공공과 민간의 역할을 짚어보고, 우리가 준비해야할 것에 대해 제언하고자 한다.

지난 8월 31일부터 9월 2일까지 대전 엑스포 대전무역전시관에서 "깨끗한 환경과 안전한 축산물"이란 주제로 열렸다. 3일간 열린 박람회 기간동안 14만 여명의 관람객을 유치하여 중부권에서 개최한 박람회로 지리적 효과를 충분히 발휘했고 전반적으로 성공적인 박람회라는 평가 했으나 전시시설 및 대중교통 연계, 숙박시설 인프라 부족, 해외 바이어 서비스 부문에서 개선되어야 할 과제로 남게 되었다.

Water Footprint is utilized to analyze direct and indirect water consumption for sustainable water resource management. This study aims to understand potential applicability of water footprint concept by analyzing the status of water consumption and related water policies in Seoul. We analyzed a direct gray water footprint and the blue water footprint in Seoul affected by the social and economic characteristics of the consumers in the city. In particular, in order to analyze the blue water footprint represented by both surface and underground water for the provision and consumption of products, we calculated the actual water consumptions of surface and underground water for 25 districts in Seoul. Our analysis in consideration of population and households indicates that Jung-gu has the highest blue water footprint followed by Jongro-gu, Gangnam-gu, Yongsan-gu, and Seocho-gu. Gray water footprint was calculated by estimating the amount of water for purifying wastewater to meet the water quality standard (above BOD 3.5ppm) for each district. As a result, Jung-gu has the highest gray water footprint, followed by Jongro-gu, Gangnam-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seocho-gu, and Youngdeungpo-gu. Our study suggests the potential value of using water footprint concept to complement the current limitations of water use management focusing on water supply control. We expect that our analysis will provide an important basis for considering water use management which is economically and socially more resilient and sustainable.

IOn 7th of Dec. 2007, large oil spill took place the seas off the Taean coast caused by the collision between VLCC Hebei Spirit and crane floating barge Samsung-1 and a lot of problems were revealed during response to the accident. The author, accordingly, examined to analyze the cause of this accident on the aspect of spill prevention and presented some preventive measures, such as strictness to the current standard for tug operation, expansion of VTS service area and transfer of the VTS responsibility to Korea Coast Guard, designation of appropriate anchorage per ship's type, cargo and visiting purpose, and special management for dangerous goods carriers.

최근 전자상거래시장에서의 매출이 급속히 늘고 있고, 이를 이용하는 고객들도 단순한 배달서비스에서 고품질의 물류서비스를 요구하는 경향이 늘고 있다. 이러한 전자상거래환경에 맞는 물류전략을 개발함으로써 전자상거래업체들은 기업의 비용절감과 고객서비스부분을 강화하여야 한다. 따라서, 전자상거래업체들은 물류아웃소싱을 통해 기업의 유연성을 높이고, 효율적인 삼자물류업체들의 선택 및 이들의 집중적인 관리체제을 통하여 고객서비스를 높여야한다. 본 연구에서는 물류아웃소싱 및 삼자물류에 대한 선행연구들을 토대로 물류아웃소싱 의사 결정에 영향을 미치는 영향변수들, 삼자물류선택요인들과 물류아웃소싱강도와의 관계들을 연 구한다. 또한, 물류아웃소싱강도와 사이버 물류성과 그리고, 삼자물류선택요인들과 사이버 물 류성과의 관계를 연구하여 전자상거래업체들의 물류효율성을 높이는데 기여하고자 한다. 또한, 전자상거래업체들이 삼자물류를 선택하거나 평가하는 효율적인 수단과 방법들을 연구하여 전자상거래업체의 적극적인 삼자물류 활용의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다.

인터넷이 활성화 됨에 따라 공간이나 시간적 제약이 감소하였다. 인식 부족과 사용자 환경에 의해 미진하였던 철도 물류 정보 시스템도 웹을 기반으로 서비스 체제를 변경함으로 인해 효율적이고 편리한 서비스를 제공할 수 있었다. 제안한 시스템은 기존 XML로 처리되는 데이터 뿐만 아니라 철도를 통해 운송되는 화물(컨테이너 등)에 대한 추적 정보를 제공하거나 화물 운송에 대한 실적 및 정산 정보를 알 수 있다. 또한 철도를 통해 운송된 화물에 대한 통계 자료나 화차에 대한 운송 현황 자료 등을 추출하여 물동량 파악이나 철송 업무에 활용할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 센서네트워크를 이용하여 와인 생산에 사용되는 고소득 작물인 포도의 생장 환경을 미들웨어를 기반으로 모바일 단말을 통해 모니터링 하고, 각종 생장 정보를 입력하며, 작업 관련 정보를 교환하는 기능을 구현하였다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 요구를 바탕으로 설계 및 구현된 모바일 시스템과 각 세부 기능에 대해 설명하며, 테스트를 거쳐 만들어진 최종 결과물은 현지에 적용되어 생장관리의 편리성을 증대시켜 줄 것으로 기대된다.

The satisfaction of customers, who are in a servicescape, will be subject to many environment stimulations. In particularly, in the hospitality industry such as restaurants service experience for customer is very important. Thus, not only the stylistic elements but also the social and socially symbolic elements. So this paper expands Bitner's servicescape framework by conceptualizing the existence of a expanded servicescape. The expanded servicescape has three important dimensions, which is the physical, the social and the socially symbolic. Structural modeling largely supports the hypothesized framework and the results about the relationship between expanded servicescape factors, relationship quality(satisfaction, trust, commitment) and repurchase are summarized as follows. And this study utilizes a questionnaire survey to gather data regarding consumers' perceptions by using expanded servicescape. First, the analysis proved that except comfort the physical dimensions which including comfort, convenience, aesthetics caused a positive impact on customer satisfaction. Second, social dimensions which including appearance, etiquette and professionalism caused a positive impact on customer trust. Third, except community symbolic dimensions which including nostalgia, connection to culture caused a positive impact on customer commitment. Forth, it proved that expected relationship quality(customer satisfaction, trust, commitment) caused a positive impact on repurchase behavior.
