This study focus on the suggestion of standard legend, the process system on making method of deterioration map, the development of crack index (CI), and the evaluation techniques of surface and 3D deterioration rate for stone cultural heritage. The standard legends of deterioration forms were made using a common graphic program after crack, blistering, scaling, break-out, granular disintegration, and perforation were subdivided. The deterioration map improved accuracy and reliability on deterioration range using 3D digital restoration and high resolution photograph mapping technique. Also, quantitative deterioration evaluation of stone cultural heritage was carried out developing the crack index, and the 3D deterioration rate of a break-out part was calculated by virtual restoration modeling. As a quantitative deterioration evaluation of Magoksa Temple stone pagoda based on the results described above, the north face showed high deterioration rate of bursting crack (1.70), hair crack (1.34), scaling (20.2%) and break out (13.0%), and the 3D deterioration rate of first roof stone was 6.7%.
A Series of laboratory tests were conducted to investigate the engineering characteristics for organic soil widely distributed in Yong-dong region which always makes problems in construction works. Physical characteristics of Yong-dong organic soil area were measured in terms of such categories as nature water content, organic content, specific gravity, liquid limit, and plasticity index. As a result, it was found that nature water content was $50.8^{\circ}-343.5%$, organic content 12.1-42.5%, specific gravity 1.76-2.71, liquid limit 46.6-440.2%, and plasticity index 9.2-557.2%. Also, as consolidation load increases, consolidation coefficient slightly decreases with small up and down. The ratio of secondary consolidation coefficient to compression index is 0.001-0.091 $C_a/C_c$, secondary coefficient tends to increase greatly when organic content is in the range of 11-22%.

In this study, the process of providing information necessary to remove physical barriers such as road slopes that obstruct the activities of the disabled is in progress. Through experiments, we implement a quantified road surface roughness index that enables the implementation of IoT-based systems necessary for the elderly and the disabled to safely move to their destination. As a preliminary study, a road surface measurement device using a gyroscope was devised. To check the roughness and flatness of the road surface, X, Y displacement, and acceleration displacement were measured using a gyroscope. By calculating the measured data, the roughness and flatness of the road surface were quantified from 0 to 100. We implemented an algorithm that divides this index into 4 stages, displays it on a map, and provides it to users. Finally, a system for the disabled and elderly electric wheelchair users to secure basic mobility was established.
The mechanical dispersion which dominates solute transport in porous media is caused by the difference in flow velocity within pores. Longitudinal dispersion coefficient and longitudinal dispersivity that are hydro-dispersive parameters of advection-dispersion equation can only be obtained by experiment. Hydraulic mean radius that represents the amount and intensity of flowing water within pores can be obtained by the formula using the factors for physical properties. A slug injection test was conducted and a power type empirical formula for obtaining a longitudinal dispersivity using a hydraulic mean radius in rockfill porous media was derived. It is possible to obtain the longitudinal dispersivity depending on transport distance because it contains a formula for a scale constant, and expected to be applicable to waterways filled with homogeneous gravel and small flow rate.

This study was conducted to find out the relationship between microflora in groundwater and its physico-chemical environmental factors at the 59 sites, where distributed at 3 cities and 18 counties in Jeonranam-Do, Korea. The average values of environmental factors were as followings; pH 6.9, temperature 20.1 $^{\circ}C$, dissolved oxygen 6.5 mg/1, the depth of wells 80.1 m, and nitrate 10.7 mg/1. The average value of microbial population size; Heterotrophic bacteria-NA (HPC-NA) and heterotrophic bacteria-YEPD (HPC-YEPD) were 1.4${\times}$10$^3$CFU/ml and 0.59${\times}$10$^3$ CFU/ml respectively HPC-YEPD numbers were 42.1% of HPC-YEPD. Coliform bacteria were detected at 16 sites, and its average numbers were 6.7 CFU/ml. General fungi were detected at 14 sites, and its had average numbers were 3.9 CFU/ml. The correlation coefficient was calculated value as relation index between the microbial population sizes and environmental factors in groundwater. In case of HPC-NA, the correlation coefficient value with dissolved oxygen was 0.087 But it showed negative correlation coefficient with other factors. In case of HPC-YEPD, the correlation coefficient value with pH, temperature and nitrate were 0.0957, 0.0019 and 0.0151 respectively. It was concluded that the population size of HPC-NA were influenced by the order of temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH and the depth of wells and that HPC-YEPD were influenced by the order of pH, dissolved oxygen, nitrate, the depth of wells and temperature.

Using a small pilot coating pan, red clover and tall fescue seeds were coated under different rotating speed of pan(20, 30, 40, 45, 55, 60 rpm) for standardization of seed coating. Vermiculite was used as particulate matter and polyvinyl alcohol as adhesive for the coating of seeds. Coating index was calculated based on the percent singles out, percent agglomerates out, weight of particulate matter fine, percent friability, and average weight per 100 seeds to evaluate the physical characteristics of coated seeds. The coated seed of red clover under 45 rpm rotating speed of pan, was best in terms of percent singles out, percent agglomerates out, weight of fines, and average 100 seed weight. The coated seed of tall fescue under 40 rpm rotating speed of pan, showed highest percent singles out, lowest percent agglomerates out, lowest weight of fines, and heaviest average 100 seed weight. Excellent coating results were obtained with the pan speed of 45rpm for red clover and 40 rpm for tall fescue seeds. As rotatory speed of coating pan affected much to the physical characteristics of coated seeds, standardization of the speed is required before seed coating.
We evaluated stream health, based on integrative approaches of qualitative habitat evaluation index (QHEI), chemical water quality and the index of biological integrity (IBI) using fish assemblages in Daejeon Stream during August 2004 - October 2007. The QHEI values in this study averaged 78.2 (n=28, range: 47$\sim$124), indicating "fair" condition based on the criteria of US EPA (1993). The highest value was in the headwater site (S1) that was 112 (good), whereas the value in S3, mid and downstream was SS (fair-poor) that was the lowest owing to a disturbance on the bed and an artificial bank. Concentrations of chemical parameters such as BOD, TP and conductivity increased from the upstream to the downstream due to higher inputs of organic matters and nutrients from the urban area. Conductivity and TP showed a dilution of stream water by rainwater during summer monsoon. Analysis of fish compositions showed that total number of species was 24 and Zacco platypus was predominated (82%). The mean IBI was 17 (range: 12$\sim$30) during four years and the IBI values also decreased from S1 to S4. These results indicated that ecological health was degradated distinctly as the stream goes down through the city-center. We concluded that Daejeon Stream running through the city are influenced by chemical impact such as an influx of domestic sewage as well as the quality of habitat.
This study was conducted at 5 sites of Bocheong Stream basin in May and September 2009 for the evaluate of fish assemblage and chemical water quality. For the study, the models of Index of Biological Integrity (IBI) and Qualitative Habitat Evaluation Index (QHEI) were modified as 8 and 11 metric attributes, respectively. We also analyzed patterns of chemical water quality at the sampling site over the period of 2005~2009, using the water chemistry dataset, obtained from the Ministry of Environment, Korea. The survey showed that total sampled fishes were 34 species and the most dominant species was Zacco platypus (24.3%). In Bocheong Stream basin, values of IBI averaged 28 (n=5), which is judged as a "Good". IBI score at B1, B4 and B5 indicating a "Good" condition whereas, B2 and B3 were as 21 and 22, indicating "Fair" condition, respectively. QHEI was 152 (n=5), judged as "Fair" habitat condition. Values of BOD and COD averaged 1.0 $mgL^{-1}$ (scope: 0.3~4.0 $mgL^{-1}$) and 2.3 $mgL^{-1}$ (scope: 0.3~18.7 $mgL^{-1}$), respectively. Total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP) and suspended solid (SS) were distinct spatial variation. Based on the IBI, QHEI and chemical water quality dataset, ecological health of Bocheong Stream basin was evaluated that generally good.

This study aims to examine the correlation between pectoralis minor, shoulder mobility, and neck range of motion on rounded shoulder posture for Life-care increase in Women university student. The 80 female adults with rounded shoulder posture were selected for this study. Measurements of shoulder height were obtained by measuring the rounded shoulder posture using a caliper. To measure the length of pectoralis minor, a tape measure was used to measure from the point where the 4th rib and sternum meets to the inferior medial side of coracoid process. Shoulder mobility was measured by holding fists in both hands, then raising one side of the elbow until the palm on that side can be placed on the back, while lowering the other side of the elbow until the back of the hand on that side can be placed on the back. Neck range of motion was used to measure the neck movement including the flexion and the extension, lateral flexion to the right or to the left, and rotation to the right or to the left. The results of this study showed that there are significant negative correlations between pectoralis minor index, shoulder mobility, and neck range of motion in rounded shoulder posture(p<0.05). From these results, in female students with rounded shoulder, the lateral flexion of the neck to the left decreased as the left shoulder mobility increased, the neck extension decreased as the right pectoralis minor shortened, and the rotation of the neck to the left decreased as the left shoulder mobility increased.
