모바일 기기가 무선 LAN, 블루투스 등을 지원하면서 언제 어디서나 다양한 네트워크와의 접속은 물론 끊김이 없는 서비스를 요구한다. 이에 사용자의 이동과 물리적 환경의 변화에도 네트워크 접속을 유지할 수 있는 통신 메카니즘과 모바일 장치의 이동성 관리가 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 Personal Area Networking Profile의 BNEP (Bluetooth Networking Encapsulation Protocol)를 사용하여 BAP(블루투스 AP)와 모바일 기기의 LAN 접속은 물론, 이종 네트워크 환경에서 사용자 이동에도 끊김 없는 서비스가 가능하게 하여 블루투스 단말의 인터넷 접근과 IP 이동성을 효율적으로 지원한다. 테스트베드를 구축하여, USB 타입의 블루투스 Dongle을 이용한 AP를 구현하고 이종 네트워크 접속 가능과 네트워크 상황에 따른 이종 네트워크 장치의 적절한 사용을 확인하였다. 이종 네트워크의 핸드오버에 필요한 설정을 미리 실행하여 핸드오버에 발생하는 지연시간과 패킷 손실을 확연히 줄였다.

국내의 메이커 스페이스와 창업지원 플랫폼 연계 방안을 모색하기 위해 뉴욕 대학교(NYU) 의 Tandon School of Engineering 내 메이커 스페이스 및 W.R. Berkley Innovation Labs 의 창업지원 프로그램을 조사, 분석하였다. 한국형 메이커 스페이스가 지향하는 물리적 공간과 플랫폼 공간 개념에서, 메이커 스페이스와 창업지원 플랫폼 연계를 통한 창업 생태계 활성화에 대해 논의하였다.

정보통신의 발전으로 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 서비스 방식이 위치정보를 가지고 서비스하는 URL(Uniform Resource Locator)방식의 문제점과 기존의 물리적인 저작물이 디지털 콘텐츠로 전환되면서 기존의 식별자로는 디지털 콘텐츠의 특성을 충족시키는 식별이 미흡하고 한계가 있다. 또한, 학술지 위주의 식별자는 연구가 활발하나 비학술지에 대한 식별자 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서, 해외 주요 디지털 콘텐츠 서비스기관의 식별체계 활용사례를 분석하고 그 결과를 토대로 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI) 고유 식별자인 KOI(Kisti Object Identifier)를 개발하였다.

연쇄 살인과 같은 강력 범죄의 심각성이 사회적 이슈가 되면서 이에 대한 효과적인 과학 수사의 필요성이 증가되고 있다. 특히, 연쇄 범죄 데이타에 대한 공간 분석을 통해 범죄자의 거점 위치를 예측하는 지리적 프로파일링과 미래에 발생될 범행 장소의 위치, 즉 기존 범행에 이어 일어날 다음 범행 위치 예측에 관한 연구가 활발하다. 그러나, 이와 관련된 기존 연구는 물리적인 거리에 대한 통계적 기법을 적용하거나 단순한 공간적 분석만을 적용하므로 낮은 예측 정확도를 보이는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하고 보다 효과적인 연쇄 범죄 수사를 지원하는 방법으로써 연쇄 범죄 발생에 대한 공간적 시간적 분포 특성에 따른 시공간 패턴을 기반으로 다양한 시공간 분석을 적용하는 거점 위치 예측 기법과 다음 범행 위치 예측 기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법은 중심축을 따라 나타나는 선형 분포의 연쇄 범죄에서도 정확도 높은 예측이 가능하고, 다수의 서로 다른 군집들에 대해 각 군집내 범행에 대한 지역적 예측과 대상 영역의 모든 범행에 대한 전역적 예측이 가능하다. 또한 방향 패턴을 활용하여 다음 범행 위치 예측 정확도도 개선하였다.

In this study, we suggested the specifical DB construction that was classified by Urban Regeneration Project through reviewing act related the Urban Regeneration. The DB of Urban Regeneration will be helpful for assisting and managing of Urban Regeneration Project. For this, we examined act & plan for the urban regeneration and deduced the demanded index of the project, in the result, we suggested DB build method. We expect that support and management for urban regeneration through presented index in this study.

웹(WEB)의 발전과 더불어 대부분의 이용자 지원 시스템들이 웹을 기반으로 개발되거나 변경되어지고 있다. 또한, SOA, 클라우딩 컴퓨팅 등 현재 이슈가 되는 대부분의 정보서비스 관련 부분들이 서비스 중심으로 사고하고 구현할 수 있는 체제로 바뀌어 가고 있으며, 정보서비스를 구현하기 위해 개발자는 물리적인 하드웨어 혹은 전산 장비가 무엇인지 알 필요 없이 해당 서비스를 설계하고 지원 받기를 원한다. 본 논문에서는 전산실에서 보유하고 있는 서버, 스토리지, 네트워크 장비 등의 자원을 서비스 이용자에게 효율적으로 제공하고 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하여, 이용자의 요구 사항을 효과적으로 지원하는 내용을 다루며, 이를 위해 정보서비스 지원 신청서 및 수행되는 작업 프로세스를 정의한다.

본 연구에서는 기존 물적 중심의 도시정비사업의 한계점을 극복하고 물리적 환경뿐만 아니라 사회 문화적, 산업 경제적 측면을 종합적으로 고려한 종합적이고 체계적인 도시재생사업을 지원 관리할 수 있는 공간정보의 구축 및 이를 활용할 수 있는 시스템 개발을 위한 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 우선적으로 도시재생 관련 법률 및 계획을 분석하여 현재 사용되는 지표항목 및 지표의 문제점을 검토한다. 다음으로 국내적으로 생산되고 있는 통계자료 및 기 구축 시스템을 검토한다. 끝으로 물리적 환경과 사회 문화, 경제 환경 등을 종합적으로 고려한 도시재생 계획지표 설정과 도시공간정보의 구축 및 활용 시스템 개발을 위한 접근 방안을 제시하였다.

Physical One-way Transfer, one of network Separating Network Technologies, shut off intrusion possibilities by removing data transfer line from external network to internal network. Physical One-way Transfer technology can not support legacy services based duplex transmission. Legacy services operating need agent for extra service with the support. But, Agent development have problems with adding cost and open internal protocols. In this papers, We analyzed legacy services between Control network and OA network in working SCADA systems, and based on the results obtained from the analysis, categorized the legacy services into three forms. We propose an agent generation method of the three service categories for Physical One-Way Transfer System. In addition, we design an automatic generation tool using the proposed method.

National institutions on the importance of information security is being recognized, information security laws are being discussed in Congress 3.4 DDoS incident and Nonghyup hacking, etc. However, National Assembly Secretariat when the results of the Information Security Consulting has been assessed very low 61.2 points, evaluation of hardware and software in secure areas were vulnerable. This paper, the legislative support agencies National Assembly and National Assembly Secretariat on the network and computer systems, and managerial, technical and physical security elements are analyzed for the status. And network should have the legislative support agencies and system for the physical network separation, DDoS attack response, Virus attack response, hacking attacks response, and Cyber Emergency Response Team/Coordination Center for Cyber infringing design and research through the confidentiality, integrity, availability, access control, authentication and security analysis is based on the evaluation criteria. Through this study, the legislative support agencies to strengthen the security of data and security laws enacted to provide the basis for.

오늘날 소프트웨어 및 시스템의 분석, 설계, 개발은 기존의 구조적 기법에 의존하던 방식에서 탈피하여 새로운 객체지향 방법으로 이루어지고 있다. 그 중 Booch, Jacobson, Rumbaugh에 의해 제안된 UML(Unfied Modeling Language)은 시스템을 분석하고 모델링하는데 새로운 패러다임을 제시하고 있다. UML은 시스템을 기능적 측면, 정적인 측면, 그리고 동적인 측면으로 분석하고 설계하여 보다 명확하고 쉽게 시스템을 개발할 수 있는 장점을 제공하는 반면, 논리적 특성을 표현한 모형과 물리적 특성을 표현한 모형간의 연계성을 명확히 표현하기 어렵고, 분산시스템 개발을 위한 프로세스적인 측면의 지원이 부족하며, 클라이언트/서버 환경의 시스템 개발을 충분히 지원하지 못하는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이들 중 클라이언트/서버 시스템 개발을 위한 효과적 UML 프로세스를 정의한다.
