  • 항만 서비스 의미가 선박의 양적하뿐만 아니라 육로를 통해 반출입되는트레일러의 하역도 포함 디지털프랜스포메이션가속화에 따라 IoT, 빅데이타, 인공지능을 활용한 항만의 생산성 증대 방안으로 선박의 TAT뿐만 아니라 항만 반출입트럭TAT 감축의 중요성도 같이 높아지고 있음 컨테이너 이송 트럭의 TAT에 대한 정확한 측정과 TAT에 영향을 미치는 요인의 규명은 컨테이너 운송에 중요한 역할을 한다고 할 수 있음 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 IoT 기술로 수집된 빅데이터를 활용해 실질적인 차량 반출입시간을 분석한 새로운 항만 반출입차량 TAT 데이터와 기후, 부두 실적, 기항 선박 사이즈, 시간대 등 다양한 항만물류빅데이터를이용하여 항만 반출입차량 TAT에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고 나아가 항만물류빅데이터분석을 위한 빅데이터 수집 방법을 연구하는데 목적이 있음

  • The rapid growth of e-commerce market and changes in distribution channels and consumption patterns have brought about the continuous growth of the domestic parcel service market. To cope with the growth and environmental changes of the parcel service market, parcel companies have made efforts to improve logistics process and construct an information system for customer satisfaction. Since they have focused on a high quality parcel service through a variety of information technology rather than price competition, the importance of logistics information technology has been greatly perceived. Accordingly, this study examined that how information technology and information system quality of parcel companies was perceived by customers and how it influenced parcel service use and satisfaction. To achieve this purpose, this study developed a valid and reliable measurement instrument for logistics information system quality and customer satisfaction based on literature reviews. Then empirical research was made through a questionnaire survey. As a result, six determinants of logistics information system quality were derived: economy, SMS information, tracking web-site information, stability, speed, and accuracy. All factors but economy were found to have positive effects on customer satisfaction in parcel service. Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of the findings were also discussed.

제조업체와 물류업체간의 물류 아웃소싱 갈등관리 전략 -UPS와 삼성전기의 4PL사례-

  • 최근 제조업체들은 비핵심업무인 물류관련 업무를 전문 업체에 위탁하는 물류 아웃소싱을 하고 있다. 이를 통해 기업들은 제품개발과 마케팅에 기업의 핵심역량을 집중하고, 물류 관련 비용을 절감하고 고객 서비스 수준을 제고할 수 있게 되었다. 최근에는 물류 아웃소싱이 파트너쉽을 바탕으로 한 공동소싱으로 발전되어가는 추세에 있다. 물류아웃소싱에 대한 사례연구는 향후 제조업체들이 물류아웃소싱을 하기 위한 전략을 수립하는데 있어서 좋은 가이드라인을 제시할 것으로 생각한다. 본 연구는 글로벌 물류기업인 UPS와 삼성전기 간의 4자물류 아웃소싱(4PL) 사례를 통해 4PL을 이해하고, 이와 관련된 주요 이슈를 파악하여 기업들이 물류아웃소싱을 하기 위한 협력 전략을 수립하는데 가이드라인을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 사례의 내용은 먼저 삼성전기와 UPS간의 물류 아웃소싱 추진배경과 진행과정을 살펴보았다. 그리고 물류 아웃소싱 과정에서 발생한 문제들을 조직차원의 문제, 경영진의 단기적인 안목, 양사의 문화적 차이, 정보시스템의 통합, 그리고 성과에 대한 인식 차이 등 5가지 차원에서 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서 파악한 주요이슈들 측면에서 살펴본다면 물류 전문업체와 아웃소싱을 하고자 하는 제조기업들에게 많은 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

An Exploratory Study on Logistics Infrastructures in Cambodia : Current Issues and Future Solutions (캄보디아의 물류 기반시설에 관한 탐색적 연구 : 그 쟁점과 해결방안)

  • This study uncovered some issues that have constrained the development of logistics performance in Cambodia. Firstly, literature review was narrowed down to include studies involving the relationship between Logistics and transportation, the relationship between the infrastructure and economic growth and the important role of logistics on economic growth and poverty reduction. Then the next step the study identified some issues related to transport infrastructure that were assumed to cause the enhancement of logistics sector. Moreover, a case study about cost and time analysis was used to address some issues of logistics cost in Cambodia comparing to its neighboring countries: Thailand and Vietnam. Based on the time and cost analysis, it revealed that the logistics cost in Cambodia is much high than Thailand and Vietnam. In addition, some logistics issues were found through other two case studies about the export and trade facilitation. The participants raised some issues related to issuance of certificate of origin, the availability of information about agreements, laws, rules, and regulations, checkpoints along the corridor and opening hours of logistics service providers and slow processes. Then the authors suggested some appropriate solutions to answer to the current issues related to transport infrastructure and logistics sector in Cambodia.

  • With the recent progress of the 4th industrial revolution, the logistics industry is also making efforts to introduce smart logistics, and various attempts are being made to spread logistics informatization, which is the core of smart logistics. Among these, blockchain technology is considered as a technology that will contribute to the spread of logistics informatization and is being applied to various fields. Accordingly, in this study, to discuss the applicability of blockchain technology to the logistics industry, the characteristics of blockchain technology were defined, related cases were reviewed, and a survey was conducted on the possibility of application in the industry. Blockchain technology can be defined as having the characteristics of economic feasibility, speed, transparency in terms of work efficiency, and scalability, decentralization (decentralization), reliability (security) in terms of added value creation. It was confirmed that many are being introduced in the fields of distribution, finance, personal information, and public services. As a result of the survey on the logistics industry, it was confirmed that the level of informatization of the logistics industry had entered the stage of generating profits by using information, but the industry was passive in sharing and utilizing information due to concerns about information leakage. Nevertheless, the awareness and expectation of the need for informatization is high, and it is expected that the informatization of the logistics industry and realizing smart logistics based on it will advance one step further with the introduction of blockchain technology in the future.
