The Korean pharmaceutical industry has many pharmaceutical companies and business acquaintances, small quantity batch production and a lot of competition products having same ingredient. Under such a situation, an integrated distribution is said to be proper to lower distribution costs and deliver effectively: However, each business has different delivery conditions, timely delivery of small quantity batch order and other particular services, etc to have problems of competition of turnover increase. The study suggests measures below to lower distribution costs and to elevate sales business efficiency. First, Joint marketing of pharmaceuticals between pharmaceutical companies. Second, Joint delivery of three or less companies having similar business scales. Third, An agreement with wholesale distributors of unified distribution of pharmaceuticals being sold much. Fourthly, Wholesale distributors' pharmaceuticals distribution services. Fifthly, Cooperation of business acquaintance. In summary, the Korean pharmaceutical industry needs an integrated distribution system. Considering characteristics of the industry, however, the small pharmaceutical companies are thought to be difficult to accept the integrated distribution because complete integrated distribution may reduce sales.

현재의 전자상거래는 일부의 예외들을 제외하고는 하드웨어가 전자상거래의 주요 대상이 되고 있으며 따라서 가장 중요한 수익성의 결정 요소인 효율적인 물류 처리를 위해 많은 노력을 하고있다. 하드웨어의 물류 이동을 수반하지 않는 디지털 상품은 매우 좋은 전자 상거래 대상이 될 수 있으나 오히려 불법 복제 문제 때문에 아직은 전자상거래의 기피 대상이 되고 있다. 전자상거래의 기반 기술인 공개키 암호화 기술의 정착은 디지털 상품의 온라인 유통에도 전혀 새로운 환경을 제공하고 디지털 상품의 유통에 있어 가장 커다란 문제인 사용권 관리 기술에도 커다란 기술적 진전을 가져오게 되어 일반적인 상식과는 달리 사용권관리, 불법 복제 방지는 이제 쉽게 해결될 수 있는 문제가 되었다. 이 논문은 온라인 유통에 적용될 수 있는 디지털 상품들의 특징을 설명하고 이들의 온라인 유통에 효율적으로 적용될 수 있는 동적 사용권 관리 기술에 대해 논의하였다. 이 사용권 관리 기술은 이미 실제 유통 시스템에 잘 적용되고 있어 실례를 통해 그 의미를 살펴보았다.

Therefore, the methods of distribution of commodities of life and agricultural products are distinguished from route distribution and regular time collective distribution. the method of distribution is formated the distribution field b\ulcorner characteristic of commodity. On the other hand, spatial characteristics by sales activities of commodities was clarified by types of stole commodity according to level of paddy agriculture development and level of service industrial employment. But manufactured foodstuffs and miscellaneous goods. that is commodities of life clarified the fact selling that is not influenced by regional type.

Food Culture business is a type of food to maintain variety and freshness of the material to individual retail business is doing. Speed for maintaining the freshness of ingredients, food sales and the cost of materials, labor, expense and lack of accuracy for the aggregate of the settlement issue is. In this paper the distribution of FC for the ERP project to build and aggregate revenue and cost elements of the business unit's sales against the cost of materials, labor, expense accounting, including aggregate elements, and also for purchase orders and bid off retail logistics estimates of the value of arms agreements with logistics Simulation results will be studied. If the attempt to close the business units and country units, and total assets of the unit to enable profit and loss calculations are to ERP research. Through this thesis FC business development and logistics ERP will contribute to the retail industry.

It remains that South and North Korea are the most conflict ridden region of the world and at high risk of military collision despite the appropriateness and necessity of unification between South and North Korea. Meanwhile, our government has pushed ahead with exchange between the two countries in many different fields to defuse this conflict and tension. But, these efforts have made it less meaningful as South-North relations are strained again. This can be because temporary recovery of political relation didn't proceed to system improvement and economic cooperation. This study on exchange cooperation of circulation · distribution between South and North Korea begins with expectation that this study will be based on realizing free circulation · distribution for the unification and making an economic bloc through exchange cooperation of circulation · distribution. To expand economy exchange and cooperation between the two nations, the field of circulation · distribution should be developed. On the basis of this discussion, this study suggests that cooperation relation and the mood of reconciliation created by political declaration are institutionalized in the national consensus and exchange should be expanded in the economic field as well as political field.
