화재 발생 시 많은 인명 및 재산피해가 발생하는 물류시설의 경우 이러한 화재안전성 강화가 필요하며 이를 위해서는 현장조사를 기반으로 하는 기초데이터 수집과 2D CAD및 적재 3D 모델링 데이터 구축 등 종합적인 화재안전 데이터가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 물류시설 화재안전성 강화를 위해 필요한 기반데이터를 제공하기 위하여 현장조사 데이터를 기반으로 화재안전 DB를 구축하였다. 20개소 이상의 물류시설 현장 데이터를 조사한 결과 유지관리상태가 양호하거나 다소 미흡한 실태를 파악하였다. 이러한 현장 조사 데이터를 기반으로 화재안전정보를 도면화하고 이를 3D 모델링을 통한 데이터셋을 구축하여 화재안전관리 기술개발에 필요한 데이터를 수집 및 가공하여 제공하였으며, 이를 통해 향후 물류시설의 화재 안전성 및 위험도 관리 기술 개발을 위해 적극 활용할 예정이다

Urban freight system includes not just intra-urban freight movement but also inter-urban movement as well. Hence, to make Busan a hub of North-east asia freight movement it is necessary to develop a comprehensive plan for infrastructure expansion as well as improvement of freight system based on the present facility situation. This study identifies the status of freight facilities in Busan by establishing the freight related infrastructure Database(DB) utilizing Geographic Information System(GIS), and to enable planners and decision-makers to utilize the DB to develop a future plan. The DB includes port facilities, major and minor arterial roads, railroad lines and facilities, depots, center city business areas, and urban infrastructures which are related to the freight movements. The analyses show that major transportation facilities in Busan consist of roads, railroads, coastal transportation, and international transportation, and it was found that intermodal facilities are inadequate for freight system in Busan. The results of this study will be useful for freight experts and planners to develop a comprehensive freight system plan.

최적의 효율적이고 경쟁력 있는 물류시설을 조성하기 위해 수요업체(화주)를 대상으로 입지, 임대면적, 임대조건, 임대가격, 건물의 배치, 건물의 구조, 교통처리계획, 부대시설 등에 관한 다양한 의견을 사전에 수렴, 물류시설 건립에 반영할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 조사를 위한 시간과 비용이 과대하게 발생하는데 이러한 비효율적인 조사를 보다 효율적으로 정리하고 더 나아가 투자자의 신속하고 정확한 의사결정을 지원하기 위해서 간단하게 몇 가지의 요소만으로 사전에 진단하고 정확한 의사결정을 할 수 있는 도구의 필요성이 대두된다. 즉, 기존에는 상기에서 언급한 '수요자 접근법'을 이용하여 진행하여 왔는데, 거점적인 측면과 시설적인 측면의 요소를 반영한 새로운 "요인비교법"을 도출하였다.

물류센터 등에서는 다양한 시설 및 장비로서 구성이 되어 있고, 각 작업에서는 분리된 작업정보로서 개별 작업을 행하여, 전체 작업공정과의 연계가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 물류센터에서의 시설 및 장비를 대상으로 상호 연계작업이 가능하도록 연계 인터페이스에 관한 연구로서, 장비분류 및 작업특징을 바탕으로 통합화된 인터페이스를 구축하여 일원화된 작업이 가능하도록 하는데 목적이 있다.

National industrial complexes, airports, and seaports are major logistics nodes and the availability of their logistics services is a key factor for the successful operation of entire supply chains. For this reason, the central government has established a plan for their development and is investing in development projects. However, some difficulties exist in project prioritization and investment plan creation owing to the absence of a clear appraising method. For a smooth flow of national logistics and efficient investment on facilities, it is necessary to diagnose the logistics facilities' present conditions and practice sustainable management. In this study, a diagnostic method for logistics services, which consists of service factors and facility factors, is proposed. Adopting the method, facility factors can be prioritized to improve facilities' services; further, a standard procedure is proposed to support decision making for effective investments in logistics facilities. The method is applied to actual logistics facilities (three national industrial complexes, three seaports, and two airports) and the results indicate that it can be effectively applied to actual logistics facilities.

Recently, as e-commerce has been activated and the demand for daily logistics services has increased due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the development of small logistics facilities has increased rapidly. Logistics facilities are concentrated in certain areas in Gyeonggi-do, where transportation is convenient, with large hinterland cities, showing a rapid increase. This study analyzed development characteristics such as development scale, development method, floor area ratio, and use area for a total of 259 logistics facilities developed in three local governments: Anseong, Yeoju, and Icheon. Logistics facilities developed in a specific area are developed in the form of undeveloped development in non-urban areas, causing damage to the national land environment and social conflict. This study proposed institutional improvement measures and evaluation guidelines for eco-friendly development that can solve problems such as indiscriminate development, environmental impact, and conflicts with residents caused by logistics facility development.

This paper classifies and defines the infrastructure factors required to performance various logistics activities in domestic logistics centers as base facility, logistics facility, logistics equipment and operation system. The classification of infrastructure factors in this research provide the standard to be able to identify which infrastructure influence on logistics activities directly or indirectly. Also, this paper reviews Korean industrial Standards('KS') related to logistics center and then suggests the reformation of KS reflected on the logistics activities and infrastructures with field-study(321 domestic centers) and advisory meeting1). This review and suggestion can increase the low awareness and use of KS. Lastly, this paper can contribute to increase the effective of logistics centers' plan and operation by providing the improvement direction of KS regarding to logistics centers.

우리나라 해운 항만 물류기업의 국제물류 서비스 향상 및 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안 가운데 하나는 해외 현지 물류네크워크 구축이며 이를 통해 고객이 원하는 물류서비스 제공 및 글로벌 시장 내 경쟁력 확보 차원에서 필수적이다. 그러나 아직까지 필리핀 물류시장에 대한 우리나라의 해운 항만 물류기업 진출 및 투자 지원에 관한 체계적인 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 인도에 진출하는 우리나라 화주기업 및 물류기업의 물류 애로사항 해소 지원, 해운 물류기업의 경쟁력 강화 등 정부차원의 다양한 정책과 지원 사업에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 필리핀 항만물류시장의 현황을 분석한 후 향후 우리나라 해운 항만 물류기업들이 물류 네트워크 구축 방안을 수립하는데 있어 투자대상 시설 및 투자 유망지역 등 다양한 정보를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 필리핀 물류시장을 면밀히 파악하는 것뿐만 아니라 필리핀 경제, 인프라 현황, 기업 분포 등 다양한 지표 분석을 통해 물류서비스 경쟁력 제고에 기여할 수 있는 투자 유망지역을 제시하였다.

Kimpo international airport logistics complex had been the most busiest airfreight gateway in Korea during last century but, after the grand open of Incheon international airport in 2001, it had lost its major role as a national airfreight hub facilities. However, owing to its locational advantages in Seoul metropolitan area. Kimpo airport logistics park still acts like an urban logistics distribution center in these days. Caused by the KAC's profit oriented policies, the Kimpo airport logistics park's public function as an urban distribution center might be curtailed in the future. Therefore, several laws and ordinances related to national and regional logistics strategies should be modified to prevent it.

인도는 2014년 모디 정부 출범 이후 부정부패 척결, 기업환경 개선, 적극적인 외자유치 등의 경제개방 및 개혁정책을 추진하는 들 높은 경제성장 잠재력을 보유하고 있다. 인도의 면적은 329만 $km^2$로 서유럽 면적과 비슷하고, 인구는 중국에 이어 세계에서 두 번째 많은 약 13억 명으로 높은 생산 소비 잠재력을 가지고 있다. 모디 정부 출범 이후 전 정부 대비 인프라 개발 예산을 4배 이상 배정했고, 주요 항만 개발 및 제조업 육성에 힘쓰고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 인도 시장에 대한 우리나라의 해운 항만 물류기업 진출 및 투자 지원에 관한 체계적인 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 인도에 진출하는 우리나라 화주기업 및 물류기업의 물류 애로사항 해소 지원, 해운 물류기업의 경쟁력 강화 등 정부차원의 다양한 정책과 지원 사업에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 그러므로 본 연구는 인도시장에 진출하는 우리나라 물류 기업의 항만 물류시설 투자 후보지에 대한 정성적 정량적 분석을 통해 투자유망지역을 선정하는 것이 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 인도의 경제 및 교역, 물류시설 및 관련 정책 등의 현황 조사를 실시한다. 그리고 우리나라 물류기업 진출 시 투자가 유망할 것으로 예상되는 지역을 대상으로 정성적 정량적 분석을 통해 투자유망지역을 선정하려 한다.
