This study investigates the importance of government's support for logistics security assurance through certification programs. First, the study analyzed priorities among the requirements of logistics firms through Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Quality Function Deployment(QFD) approaches. For this process we invited 21 logistics experts to assess the relationships between logistic firms' requirements and government policies regarding logistics security using the house of quality, a set of matrices of QFD. The results of this phase of the study revealed the priorities of logistics firms' goals regarding the diffusion of the government security certification program as follows: integrated logistics security systems(40.3%), strengthening government support systems(32.4%), and operational effectiveness of logistics security certification(27.2%). Second, a relative weights applied QFD method based on AHP was applied to determined the expected outcome of the logistics security certification program. The results indicated as follows: productivity improvement(28.4%), improved level of service(26.7%), logistics cost reduction(21.6%), advanced information systems(19.7%), and improved environmental protection(3.6%). The results of this study provide new insights concerning logistics firms' requirements for supply chain security and the importance of government's support policies through logistics security certification programs.

Jilin province has a rich variety of agricultural and sideline products. The circulation of agricultural products needs the support of cold chain logistics. The development of cold chain logistics in Jilin province is lagging behind, which leads to waste of agricultural products and decrease of farmers' income. As a result, this article from the perspective of cold chain logistics development, extracted the influence factors of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics development in Jilin province, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) on the degree of restriction factors, weight analysis found that agricultural products cold chain logistics costs, information technology application and market-based degree of cold chain logistics is the three main factors for the development of Jilin province agricultural cold chain logistics, and puts forward the development plan, in order to guide the development direction of Jilin agricultural cold chain logistics.

오늘날 세계화와 정보통신 분야의 기술혁신으로 기업들의 경영활동 영역이 점점 글로벌화 되어가면서 물류산업의 환경도 급격히 변화해 나가고 있다. 세계적으로 확산되고 있는 인터넷망이나 물류망은 시간과 거리의 제약을 완화시켰으며, 고객들의 정보와 상품에 대한 접근이 쉬워짐에 따라 기업에 대한 고객욕구가 다양해지고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 경영환경의 변화에 따라 우리 기업들은 보다 경쟁력 있는 물류서비스를 고객에게 제공하기 위하여 물류 서비스의 유연성 개선, 물류 전문 인력 확보 등에 힘쓰는 한편 물류 부문의 취약성을 극복하기 위한 물류자동화 시스템 도입 등 다양한 방안을 강구하고 있다. 현재 도입된 수배송 관제 시스템은 GPS를 기반으로 하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 GPS를 이용한 관제 시스템은 위치 정보만 수신하여 위성의 사각지역 또는 실내에서 작동이 잘 되지 않는 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기위해 본 논문에서는 스마트폰을 사용한 수배송 관제 시스템을 설계하였다. 스마트폰은 GPS와 3G통신 모두 이용하여 양방향으로 통신할 수 있으므로 기존의 GPS를 이용한 단방향 수배송 관제 시스템보다 정보를 정확하고 효율적으로 관제할 수 있다. 제안하는 시스템은 물류 수배송 상에서 발생되는 데이터를 실시간 모니터링이 가능해야하며, 관리자와 수배송자간의 신속한 정보 전달을 통해 배송조건을 최적화시키고, 물류의 흐름을 제어하여 배송 시에 발생하는 문제에 대한 신속한 해결을 통해서 배송시간을 최소화하는 것이 목적이다.

Currently, despite having active movements related to port logistics security, there is lack of awareness, education, and security systems related to port technology. Before implementing port logistics security, a mutual authentication agreement should be reached through the establishment of an integrated network that can share port logistics security information in real time. In order to achieve port competitiveness and strengthen logistics service, establishment of national strategy for logistics security is necessary. However, there is an urgent need to raise the security consciousness among the port logistics organization members and enhance the information security ability which is a crucial feature of the port logistics organization. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the information security capacity of port logistics organization members. Even though the analysis rejected the hypothesis that security regulations affect security awareness, the security activities and security awareness were significantly correlated. It also has a positive impact on the relationship between security norms and security abilities, and security awareness and security abilities.

경찰청 자료에 따르면 한국에서 사망 교통 사고의 75.5%는 화물차 사고이다. 한국에서 화물차 사고로 숨지는 사람은 매년 약 1000명이며, 매일 2~3명이 화물차 사고로 사망한다. 한국의 화물노동자들은 화물차 사고가 끊이지 않는 이유로 열악한 노동조건을 응답하고 있다. COVID 19는 비대면 물류 수요를 증가시키고 있다. COVID 19로 인하여 급격하게 증가한 물류 수요는 기존의 낙후된 물류 기술과 낙후된 물류 시스템으로 인하여 운송 과정의 비효율성을 나타내고 있다. 이러한 한국 운송 시스템의 비효율성은 영세 물류 개인 사업자들에 대한 과도한 업무 부담으로 이어지고 있으며, 한국 운송 시스템의 비효율성은 2020년 이후 급격하게 증가한 물류 산업 재해 사망자 수로 나타나고 있다. CIPs에 입주한 한국 중소 기업들은 별도의 스마트 출입 인증 시스템을 갖추지 못하고 있는 경우가 많으며, 이로 인하여 최종 목적지인 출입 단계에서 많은 운송 시간들이 낭비되고 있다. 스마트 출입 인증 시스템 아키텍쳐를 통하여 영세 물류 개인 택배 사업자는 법적 안정성 개선 효과를 얻을 수 있으며, CIPs 중소 기업들은 물류 운송 시간을 단축하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다. CIPs스마트 출입 시스템은 현재 활성화되어 있는 Mobile OTP를 활용하므로, 시스템 설계 비용을 크게 절감할 수 있으며, 개별 휴대폰 단말기에 발생하는 Data용량 부담을 크게 줄이고, 개별 휴대폰 단말기의 응답 속도를 개선할 수 있다. 또한 기존에 다양하게 활용되던 OTP 체계와 호환성이 있으며, OTP 시스템의 오랜 사용 기간을 통한 시스템 신뢰성도 높다. 사용자 고객들의 OTP 시스템 이해도도 다른 스마트 출입 시스템에 비하여 높다.

Recent logistics environment is changing rapidly. A wide variety of customer requirements, IT skills development and the globalization of enterprise management is a major factor. In particular, Logistics cost savings is an important factor in ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises. As a result, companies gain competitive advantage for logistics distributed within the organization to manage resources efficiently integrate ERP enterprise resource management program, a new tool for companies to be competitive, attention was given. In this paper, work orders, purchasing, production management and quality management to provide a systematic and efficient logistics of ERP implementation strategy is proposed.

The cost of logistics has been highlighted in Korea due to the fact that it has been an obstacle for nation's economic competitiveness. There are a number of logistics information service companies relating to international logistics. The absence of an integration of these VAN services leads to occurring the additional time and cost of operating which the users have to pay for This directly affects the competitiveness of our economy, This study presents the importance of information integration between the VAN service companies. In addition, the schemes for the standardization and connectivity of these services are suggested. This paper analyses the current status of international logistics and suggests the improvement and betterment of the integration.

한국통합 물류협회에 따르면 총 택배 물량은 2020년은 약34억 개, 2021년은 약36억 만 개로 매년 꾸준히 성장하였다. 택배 물류센터에서 택배를 고객에게 전달시키기 위해서는 포장, 검수, 진열, 파지, 상차, 하차 등 많은 공정이 필요하다. 고용 인력의 부족, 인건비 상승, 부상의 위험, 높은 노동의 강도 등의 문제가 발생하였고, 소비자들의 입장에서도 제품 손상 또는 배송 지연 등의 여러 가지 문제를 야기해왔다. 본 논문은 로봇과 자율주행 기술을 활용하여 상품의 분류 및 배송과정을 자동화 하는 '스마트 물류창고 시스템'을 제안한다. 컨베이어 벨트를 이용해 택배물품의 분류를 자동화하고 자율주행 차량을 통해 배송을 하게 되고 DB를 통해 물품을 관리하게 되어 효율적인 운영을 가능하게 하고 경제적 손실을 줄인다. 적외선 센서, 바코드 센서를 이용해 컨베이어 벨트 구동 및 물품의 정보를 알 수 있으며 서보모터로 물품을 분류한다. 또한 입출고 차량이 명령을 통해 물품을 자동으로 입고 및 출고하여 DB에게 물품의 정보를 전송한다. 스마트 물류창고 시스템을 통해 인건비 절감, 오 배송, 물품 파손 등이 사라지게 되고 물류창고 뿐만 아니라 다양한 분야에서 적용 할 수 있을 것이다.

The advancement in technology including transportation and information communication has accelerated the flow of supplies, and the importance of the national logistics policy has increased following the expansion of the regional range of logistics to a national range. The rapid growth of the domestic logistics market results in the deficit of logistics facilities, inefficient operation of logistics facilities, and a complicated distribution structure. It has precipitated a plan aimed at efficiency improvement by building base logistics facilities, but this market is now undergoing difficulties due to low performance. Many studies on the revitalization of base logistics facilities have been conducted, but a causal analysis focusing on the function overlap of private logistics businesses has been absent. Therefore, this study has analyzed the function overlap of logistics facilities and the irrationality of the system, which resulted from the lost function of Inland Freight bases in the Yeongnam region. By suggesting the cause of disuse of base logistics complexes from the function overlap in the ground transportation of domestic freight, the study can provide the policy implication for the national logistics infrastructure.

자율운항선박의 상용화 및 운항을 위한 기술 인증기준, 운항 법적 근거, 보험제도를 마련하고 국제기구의 효과적인 대응전략을 개발하여 자율운항선박 도입의 기반 마련하기 위하여 자율운항선박 국제표준화기술개발 과제가 수행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 자율운항선박의 기술이 개발되어 국제해사기구(IMO)의 의제화가 되는 절차와 국제표준화기구(ISO, IEC 등)의 표준개발이 완료되기까지 하나의 협력체계로서 효율적으로 완성이 되기까지의 일련의 과정을 보인다. 특히 수립된 협력체계가 체계적이고 효율적으로 운영 되도록 중장기적 관점에서 전략을 수립하고 개발된 기술이 산업계까지 연결되어 활성화 되도록 하는 플랫폼의 구축과 운영에 관하여 제안하고자 한다.
