Nowadays, the third-party logistics is getting special attention as one of the most useful ways to perform the logistics management effectively. In this current trend, however, there are many firms which carry out the logistics activities by themselves and strengthen the competitiveness. In respect of contingency theory, the firms' logistics management types should depend on their logistics environment and characteristics, and then the logistics performances vary with this suitability. In this context, this study analyzed empirically the difference of the logistics performances due to the fitness between their logistics characteristics and the management types. According to the finding, the study showed that the third-party logistics is more suitable when the importance and weight of logistics operation and the weight of their export are greater respectively, and the self-logistics is more suitable when the logistics cost is higher. Futhermore, the study indicated that the firms whose relationship between the characteristics and the management types is fit in their logistics are better than the others in the outcome of logistics cost reduction and the effectiveness of logistics operation.

다양한 정보의 교환 및 공유가 이루어지는 물류분야에서는 정보의 통합관리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 서로 다른 물류주체 간의 정보 교환 및 공유가 원활히 이루어지는 RFID에 기반을 둔 물류환경에 적합한 물류정보 통합관리 모형을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 물류정보 통합관리 모형은 웹 서비스를 기반으로 물류정보를 저장/관리하는 시스템 모형으로 애플리케이션과의 데이터교환을 위한 인터페이스, 물류데이터 저장, 검색을 위한 모듈, 물류정보의 데이터 무결정과 의미추론을 위한 온톨로지 모듈, XML Repository 및 Respository access 모듈로 구성된다. 데이터 교환을 위한 인터페이스는 SOAP을 이용하며 애플리케이션 및 RFID 미들웨어와 물류정보를 주고 받는다. 데이터 처리모듈은 물류 데이터의 유형에 따라 데이터를 저장/관리하며, 애플리케이션의 정보요청에 대한 결과를 제공한다. 또한 물류정보의 데이터 무결성 검증, 의미추론을 위한 온톨로지 모듈을 포함한다. 본 논문은 XML형식의 물류정보 저장관리 및 시맨틱웹 개념 중심의 모형을 설계한다.

To efficiently manage the supply chain of an industry, the structure and characteristics of a supply chain have to be predefined and it is strongly required to get a framework to analyze a supply chain. We have developed a framework to analyze a supply chain from the viewpoint of chain relationship. It is possible to evaluate the degree of supply chain of each entity by using the framework. We have applied the framework to the port & logistics industry. From this research, we have identified tile current status of supply chain of port & logistics industry in the Korea and extracted some considerations for the healthy supply chain of Korean port & logistics industry.

Records and archives on military sexual slavery should be managed systematically due to its historical and educational values. Currently, the National Records Designation related to the military sexual slavery by Japan are managed in various related organizations including the National Archives of Korea. Some private institutions have diverse collections on the military sexual slavery by Japan. They have a collection of various types of records and archives. This study aims to build an integrated metadata schema for managing the records and archives on the military sexual slavery by Japan. To achieve this goal, this study examined the institutions and organizations related to the military sexual slavery by Japan, and analyzed the types and characteristics of their records and archives. Based on the results, a metadata schema was proposed for the records and archives of the "Military Sexual Slavery by Japan."

전자상거래가 활성화되면서 네트워크를 이용한 상품의 구매가 증가 하고 있다. 현재 전자 상거래에 이용되는 대부분의 상품은 유형의 상품이 주를 이루고 있다. 디지털 상품(DP: digital product)은 물류비용이 없고 수익성이 높은 장점을 가지고 있지만 불법 복제 문제 때문에 현재 전자상거래에서는 기피하는 상품으로 취급받고 있다. 디지털 상품의 불법 복제 문제는 사용권 관리 기술의 부재가 가장 큰 이유이다. 현재 제공되는 전자상거래 서비스는 사용권 부여 대상의 식별 방법이 없고, 대상의 이동 방지가 불가능하고, 해킹 방지가 미비하며, 기타 전자상거래 구조가 미완성되어 사용권 관리상에 많은 문제점을 들어내고 있다. 본 논문은 새로운 사용권 관리 기술인 동적 사용권 관리(DLC: Dynamic License Control) 기술을 이용하여 디지털 상품의 불법 복제를 막을 수 있는 디지털 상품의 유통 정보 관리 기술에 대하여 논한다.

With the rapid increase in the quantity of goods transported worldwide, companies are now started to show great interest in unmanned automated warehouses along with related research and development due to the increase of warehouse efficiency and reduction warehouse manpower. In a number of small warehouses, shuttle rack-based layouts that can handle inventory flow flexibly. However, the shuttle rack-based logistics center does not operate in case of emergency situations (faults, power outages, etc.), which seriously affects the efficiency and inventory management of the entire logistics center. Accordingly, in shuttle rack-based logistics center, we have classified various shuttle passages and RTV passages by layout and have analyzed its characteristics and types, along with derived reliability for each layout. The loading rate was also derived differently according to the number of passages, and have compared and analyzed reliability and loading rate for each layout.

Recently fast innovation of Internet technology causes lot of application to change into web application and requirement for the inter-operable communication among various systems are increased rapidly. These trends are part of changes which is caused by ubiquitous world and it is just beginning of huge waves that is required to fit and change under the ubiquitous environments. This thesis is focused on the Design and Implementation of Layer Structured Components which can be interfaced effectively for the Material Management System under the Heterogeneous Client Server Environments. The key points to do that kinds of affairs are using XML web services that can communicate thru systems and also using independent layered components for the enforcement of reusability and inter-operability. For the various type of testing of implementation, we used RFID System, PDA, Desktop Systems and confirmed the normal operation without concerning the type of client system and platforms. The Components proposed in this thesis could be reused effectively in case of developing similar applications.

최근 정보기술과 유비쿼터스기술을 바탕으로 도시를 미래화하는 유비쿼터스도시(U-City)구축이 범 국가적으로 추진되고 있다. 이에, 정부에서는 2008년 9월 25일 유비쿼터스도시의 건설 등에 관한 법률 시행령을 발표하였으며, 유비쿼터스도시서비스(U-City Service)를 크게 행정, 교통, 보건 의료 복지, 환경, 방범 방재, 시설물 관리, 교육, 문화 관광 스포츠, 물류, 근로 고용 등의 분야로 구분하였다. 이러한 유비쿼터스도시서비스를 제공하고 운영 및 관리하는 시설로 유비쿼터스도시 통합운영센터(U-City Management Center)는 다양한 유비쿼터스도시서비스를 효과적으로 연계하여 서비스에서 발생되는 다양한 도시정보를 통합, 분석하고 제공하는 유비쿼터스도시 핵심기능을 담당한다. 하지만 이러한 유비쿼터스도시 통합운영센터의 구축은 운영조직구성, 운영비용확보, 통합서비스 제공방안, 법 제도 정비 등의 해결과제를 가지고 있어 구현방안에 대한 구체적인 연구가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 바탕으로 유비쿼터스도시 통합운영센터에서 기본적으로 제공되어야 할 유비쿼터스도시서비스 유형을 제시하고 정의한다.

오늘날의 기업들은 글로벌 갱쟁환경과 고객 기대수준의 상승 등의 이유로 글로벌 소싱 및 기업간 전략적 제휴나 협업 등에 많은 관심을 기울이고 있다. 공급사슬관리(Supply Chain Management: SCM)는 기업과 기업, 기업과 고객 사이의 물류와 정보로 이어진 네트워크를 가능하게 실현할 수 있는 혁신기법이다. 본 논문에서는 공급사슬구조를 하나의 네트워크로 파악하여 공급네트워크, 전환네트워크, 유통네트워크라는 유형으로 구분하였고, 공급사슬구조에 따라 SCM 활동에 차이가 있으며, 경영성과에도 차이가 있음을 입증하였다. 따라서 본 논문은 현재까지 사례연구로 행해지던 네트워크의 분류를 이용하여 각 공급사슬구조에 따른 SCM의 활동 및 경영성과에는 차이가 있음 실증분석을 통하여 입증하였다는데 의의가 있다.
