이미 전자상거래(EC)가 시간적ㆍ공간적 제약을 극복하고 국경을 초월한 새로운 교역시장 (Cyber Market)으로 등장하고 있으며 세계 자동차 산업은 표준부품의 공동개발 및 조달을 통해 중복투자 방지, 신차개발기간 단축 등 전략적 제휴를 통한 공조ㆍ공생체계 구축을 경쟁적으로 추진하고 있으나 국내 자동차업계는 제품개발, 부품조달, 판매 및 A/S 등 모든 부문을 독자적으로 해결함으로써 경쟁력 제고에 역행하는 경향이 있다. 또한 자동차 선진국과는 달리 국제 경쟁력 강화를 위한 CALS/EC 정보 기반 기술의 실질적인 활용이 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 현실을 개선하기 위해 최근에 자동차공업협회(KAMA)와 현대, 대우, 기아 자동차 3사는 자동차 산업 CALS 추진 모델(Autopia)의 구축을 추진하고 있다. 추진 내용은 자동차 산업의 전체 Life-Cycle인 제품기획 단계부터 설계, 생산, 구매/조달, 고객지원 단계등 전 분야를 3개 부문(신차개발 프로세스, 구매조달 프로세스, 고객지원 서비스)으로 구분되어 있다. 신차개발 프로세스 부문은 차세대 PDM을 통하여 제품개발 사이클 단축을 추구하며 STEP을 통한 범용적 설계정보 교환 체계 구현이 기반이 된다. 또한 업무 흐름의 불투명성으로 인한 업무의 불균형 현상 타파와 설계 변경의 효율적 대응을 위하여 Workflow Management가 동시공학에 바탕을 두고 도입 적용되어야 한다. CAD 데이터를 비롯한 방대한 데이터의 효율적 관리를 위해서는 각 프로세스별로 독립된 정보를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 통합 환경(Integrated Data Environment)을 구성하여 각 프로세스에 걸쳐 데이터의 처리효율을 증대하여야 한다. 신차개발 부문의 핵심 기술이면서도 현업 적용이 초기 단계인 Digital Mockup과 Virtual Reality의 적용을 위해서는 3D 모델링이 기본 설계 방법으로 적용되어야 하며 이를 통한 어셈블리 및 부품구조의 관리가 이루어져야 한다. 구매조달 프로세스 부문은 자동차 업계의 공통 EDI/EC 네트워크 구축을 통한 경제적인 인프라 구조와 함께 부품 조달 체계의 간소화를 추구함으로써 자동차 산업의 대외 경쟁력 강화가 이루어 질 수 있다. 공개구매 시스템의 구축을 통하여 완성차별로 전속 계열화된 수직적인 부품조달 체계와 업체간 정보공유의 폐쇄성을 제거할 수 있고 완전 경쟁에 의한 우량 협력업체 발굴 기회의 확대가 용이하다. 이를 통하여 궁극적으로는 Global Vendor망의 구축이 실현될 것이다. 종합물류 시스템이 구현되면 판매는 경쟁체제, 물류는 공동화가 됨으로써 국가적으로 물류 비용의 절감이 엄청날 것으로 예상된다. 전국에 산재되어 있는 1,000여개의 대리점과 7,000여개의 정비업소를 대상으로 한 정비부품 EDI/EC 시스템이 구축되면 고객 서비스의 효율 향상과 함께 정비업소의 물류 및 재고 비용의 감소, 조달 속도의 향상, 조달 업무의 간소화 등의 효과를 보게 될 것이다. 고객지원 서비스는 정비정보 시스템, 산업정보 시스템, 쇼핑몰 시스템, 등록대행 시스템등을 통하여 일반 국민들이 피부로 느낄 수 있는 시스템으로 구축 되어야 할 것이다.

By virtue of the advanced Internet technology, there are lots of research works for e-Logistics which means virtual business activities or service architecture based on the Internet among the logistics companies. Because e-Logistics environment requires more dynamic and global service area, conventional vehicle monitoring and control technologies innate many problems in terms of Integrating, storing and sharing the location data. It needs the development of the moving object technology in order to resolve efficiently the limitations. In this paper, we propose the whole components of the moving object management system which supports the advanced sharing the location information as well as the integration of location data. We are sure the suggested system can be adopted to construct the next generation-logistics vehicle monitoring and control system by reducing the overall cost and time.

VLCC에 의한 SK에너지 울산CLX와 인천CLX의 일원화된 효율적 원유 수급체계에 따른 물류비용의 절감, 이에 따른 국가 산업 경쟁력확보 및 항만경쟁력 강화를 위한 고도화 사업의 일환으로 고부가가치 선박인 VLCC가 인천항에 처녀입항하게 되었다. 이로 인한 해상교통관제센터(VTS)의 안전대책이 요구되어 비교적 통항량이 많고 항로길이가 긴 인천항의 VLCC운항 계획에 따른 해상교통 혼잡도 등, 다각적인 통항 안전성 및 VLCC 입출항에 따른 타 통항선과의 항행안전 관계등을 점검하여, 계속적인 VLCC 입항에 따른 항행 위험성을 파악하고, 앞으로의 인천항만 안전을 위한 통항안전관리대책을 모색하고자 한다.

이 보고서는 우리나라 공산품 및 농산물의 상품화, 포장화 유통개선 사상, 그 마지막 포장화 대상품목인 배추$\cdot$무우$\cdot$양배추$\cdot$파$\cdot$마늘 등에 대한 포장화 추진계획은 그간 정부, 농업관계단체, 생산농가 및 포장재 생산업계에서 부단히 노력하여 왔으며, 특히 골판지포장업계에서는 1993년 12월 10일부로 무포장 Bulk로 수송 판매되고 있는 배추$\cdot$무우 포장용 골판지 상자에 대하여 골판지포장조합 단체표준규격을 제정, 통상산업부 공업진흥청의 승인을 받은 것을 시발점으로 하여, 최근 들어 환경정책상 배추쓰레기 감량화, 배추의 유통 개선$\cdot$출하비용의 절감 및 배추의 손모율 감소 선도유지 대책과 맞물려, 배추포장화 정책이 급진전을 보게 되어, 한국골판지포장조합이 조사 추진한 배추포장화 활동과 서울특별시농수산물도매시장관리공사 등이 분석한 자료로 그 추진경과$\cdot$배추포장용 골판지상자 표준규격 및 관련자료 통계를 엮어 관계자 여러분의 참고자료로 제공한 것입니다.

사회기반시설의 확충을 통한 물류비용 절감을 위해 최근 국내 고속도로 및 국도, 도시교통망의 신.증설이 가속화되고 있는데 특히 1965년 2개 노선 75km로 시작하여 1998년 말 현재 20개 노선 1996.3km인 고속도로는 앞으로 3년 후인 2002년까지 2,800km, 2004년 3,700km의 도로망을 갖추게 되는 눈부신 발전을 이루게 된다. 이와 더불어 국내 터널 시공기술의 향상과 환경피해 최소화 노력에 따라 긴 터널이 급속히 증가하고 있는데, 현재 운영중인 1,000m 이상의 고속도로 터널이 3개소에 불과한데 비해 2003년 개통을 목표로 하고 있는 1,000m 이상 터널은 44개소에 이르고 있다.

Today, Manufacturing companies execute the logistics outsourcing that commits the non-core logistic function to the specialized logistics corporation, which makes the manufacturing company focus on its core competence, product development and marketing, reduces logistics cost and improves customer service level. Recently, Logistics outsourcing is developed into cooperative sourcing based on the partnership. Case study on the logistics outsourcing will provide the good guideline for planning of the outsourcing strategy. The objective of this research is making a sense about 4PL through the case of UPS-Samsung Electro-Mechanics and catching major issue to provide the guideline for the cooperation outsourcing strategy. We investigated historical backgrounds of the logistics outsourcing between UPS and Samsung Electro-Mechanics. We also investigated problems occurred in outsourcing process at the five dimensions-organizational problem, CEO's short-term views, cultural gap between two companies, integration of IT system, and different understanding about outcomes. We expect to give many implications to manufacturing companies which want to cooperate with specialized logistics corporation.

This paper analyzes retailers' purchasing patterns of fruits and vegetables and the problems with purchasing from agricultural product wholesale markets. While large-scale retailers purchase fruits and vegetables from various sources, medium and small-scale retailers and food service companies buy them mostly from agricultural product wholesale markets. The retailers point out the problems with purchasing from agricultural product wholesale markets as a lack of quality uniformity, not sufficient cooling storage facilities, not sufficient space for shipping area, high distribution cost, unnecessary price fluctuation, and etc. In order to enhance the linkage with retailers, agricultural product wholesale markets, first of all, have to adopt more flexible trading methods such as private treaty besides auctions which are exclusively legitimate trading methods in the market. Necessary are enlargement of jobbers' operating scale, securing shipping space for retailers, adoption of inspection service, introduction of methods to stabilize auction prices, saving of loading and unloading costs, implementation of marketing strategies.

This study analyzes the technical level and shows the priority technology for suspension bridges that play an iconic role as the country's landmark and contain an economic value. Analysis results show the technical level of suspension bridge is 82 percent compared to developed countries. In detail, the technical levels of 'materials', 'planning and design', and 'construction and maintenance' are 80.2 %, 81.7%, and 83.7% respectively. This study analyzes economic, social, technical importances and presents 'high-performance packaging material' as a priority technology.

본 연구에서는 기존의 대중교통 통행배정모형이 고려하지 않거나 미흡하게 반영하였던 차량과 노선의 용량제약을 고려한 모형의 구축을 시도하였다. 일반적으로 대중교통 통행배정에서 수요와 공급의 관계는 수요가 증가하는 것과 무관하다고 받아들여지고 있으나 용량 초과는 통행자들의 경로선택 및 수단선택에 영향을 끼친다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 용량초과에 의한 혼잡을 반영하기 위해 용량제약식을 포함한 모형을 개발하고 실용운행회수라는 개념을 도입하였다. 또한 기존에 제시된 용량제약을 고려한 모형들이 실제적인 현상을 정확히 모사하는 데에는 한계가 있을 뿐 만 아니라 현실과 다소 거리가 있는 가정이 내재되어 있는 반면 본 연구에서는 가능한 한 최대로 현실 여건을 반영하는 모형을 정립하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 모형은 동일한 기종점 사이를 운행하는 경쟁노선이 많은 대도시에서 통근·통학을 위한 통행자들이 많은 오전, 오후 첨두시 대중교통 수요를 분석하여 대중교통의 운행관리체계 개선 및 투자계획, 서비스 개선을 위한 수요예측을 하는데 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 그리고 기존의 대중교통 통행배정의 결과가 현재나 장래의 잠재적인 수요(demand)를 예측하는 방법인데 반하여 본 연구에서 정립된 모형은 주어진 네트워크에서 실제로 통행하고 있는 수요(flow)를 예측함으로써 교통 계획가나 대중교통 운영자의 계획 및 운영정책수립에 합리적인 도움을 줄 수 있다. 또한 현재의 대중교통 시스템 하에서의 통행배정 뿐만 아니라 다른 형태의 용량과 운행특성을 가진 교통 수단이나 노선이 도입되었을 때 공급이 제한적인 경우의 수요 예측에 적합한 모형을 개발하였다.에 대한 규제가 초국가적 차원으로 발전되는 계기를 제공하고 있다. 향후, 담배규제협약안의 세부사안들에 대한 합의과정에서 각 국별로 상당한 이견과 반발이 예상되고 있지만, 협약안의 전체 회원국 투표에서 승인될 경우 각 국가들뿐만 아니라 담배산업과 담배기업들에게 미치는 파급효과가 매우 클 것으로 예상된다. 대부분의 국제협약들이 그러하듯이, 담배규제협약도 그 적용 범위와 수준이 어느 정도로 결정되는지에 따라 각 국가와 기업별 이해관계가 크게 달라지게 되기 때문에 신중한 대응전략이 요구된다고 하겠다.의 화물전용차선의 설치시는 수답렬 교통량의 구성비와 구간 평균교통량에 의하여 그 효과가 다르게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 물류비용 절감차원에서의 화물전용차선의 설치는 본 연구에서 나타낸 방법과 같이 수단간의 경제적 편익을 고려한 구간별 시간대별 효과분석을 통하여 정책의 시행여부가 결정되어야 할 것이다. 한편, 화물전용차선의 설치로 인한 물류비용의 절감을 보다 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 종합류류 전산망의 시급한 구축과 함께 화물차의 적재율을 높이고 공차율을 낮출 수 있는 운송체계의 수립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그라나 이러한 화물전용차선의 효과는 단기적인 치유책일 수밖에 없기 때문에 물류유통 시설의 확충을 위한 사회간접자본의 구축을 서둘러 시행하여야 할 것이다.으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군

Recently, much literature has surveyed the economic effects of transportation investment, focusing on the relationship between transportation infrastructure investment and economic development. Although the conventional views assume that transportation investment stimulates economic growth, the results of recent studies are not conclusive and in some cases reject the conventional views. The contradictory results are linked with double counting Problem and Keynesian/Neo-classical economics theory. This article investigates the economic effects of road transportation with regard to freight transport using Stated Preference technique. This study examines, in particular, the value of time saving for freight which has been rarely studied in this area. In the first part, the value of time saving, excluding the value for driver and operating cost, is theoretically investigated through the model of continuous review system and periodic review system. At last, the empirical study using the Seated Preference technique shows the value of time saving for freight and the value of reliability, compared with other studies and the value of those in COBA. The result makes us conclude that road investment produces the secondary effects as well as the direct benefit such as time saving for passengers, operating cost saving. and accident cost reduction. The secondary effect includes the contribution to economic development.
