Big Data is a key asset for the company and a key factor in boosting its competitiveness in the logistics sector. However, there is still a lack of research on how to collect, analyze and utilize Big Data in logistics. In this context, this study has developed a value model applicable to logistics companies based on the results of analysis and application of Big Data in the logistics of previous studies and DHL. The purpose of this study is to improve the operational efficiency and customer experience maximization level of logistics companies through utilization of big data analysis in logistics, to improve competitiveness of big data utilization and to develop new business opportunities. This study has a significance to newly create a value model for utilization of big data analysis in logistics sector and can provide implications for other industries as well as logistics sector in the future.

There are more problems in distributing agricultural and special products than industrial products because they have such restrictions as seasonal fluctuation in the quantity, indeterminate and diverse shapes, many farm households, a small amount of shipment, and mandatory guide and maintenance. However, with social atmosphere called well-being, there are increasing concerns about inorganic agricultural products and direct trade with farmers. It is therefore urgent to stabilize the price of agricultural and special products and to correctly grasp and improve logistics activities for those dealing with agricultural and special products in order to supply fresh ones. This study aimed at examining logistics activities and the information technology level for agricultural and special products, determining how these factors affect logistics performance, and eventually suggesting a scheme to improve the logistics achievements for agricultural and special products. For this purpose, it selected information technology and logistics activity levels as independent variables and logistics performance as a dependent variable. The information technology level was measured for utility, holding level, and concern, respectively, and the logistics activity level was tested for the level of using the logistics information system in those companies concerned. From the above-mentioned findings, it is urgent to enhance distribution technology and its level immediately since distribution of agricultural and special products is poor in Korea and good distribution can contribute to a reduction of logistics costs or improvement of customer service.

SCM 경쟁력 재고는 기업 내의 부문별 또는 개별기업 내부의 한정된 개선 노력이 외부의 부문 또는 기업에서의 활동과 연계되어 전체의 최적화가 되지 않으면 그 성과가 극히 제한적일 수 밖에 없다. 따라서 히든 코스트(hidden cost)의 발견 및 유통물류의 최적화에 박차를 가하는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 순 물류로 진행한 유통 경로 상에서 만약 역 물류가 발생할 경우 순물류 비용이외 공차(empty driving)로 인한 역물류의 히든 코스트를 최소화하는 모형을 통해 물류이익을 최대화 할 수 있는 방안을 찾기 위해 노력하며 결국 순물류와 역물류상의 유통상의 비용과 이익의 쌍대성에 기초하여 Pull, Push 시스템을 이용한 최적 시스템 모델화를 수행하여 효율적인 물류비용 산정의 방법을 모색한다.

This study is focus on the relationship between the role of FTA and service trade performance enhancing strategy in Korea. and It is on the verification of the focus to the competitive promoting strategy of the logistics industry. finally proposition of the policy making to the government is proposed in the research. The invigoration of the service trade through FTA focus on the logistics industry is very combinative economy policy target with the side of government and the side of private enterprises both. added to this, this is the goal of impossible to achieve just with the development of logistics industry itself. it needs to construct the organic relationship, that is the implement and enforcement of the SCM through logistics industry network. Thus, on logistics, the 3rd party operating system implementation is top priority to gain international competitiveness. furthermore, the 4th party facilitation including consulting function and IT technology to pursue the maximum effectiveness logistics service providing.

21세기 첨단영상매체인 디지털 비디오 디스크(DVD)가 지난 1996년 11월 처음 등장한 이래, 올해로 만 8년째를 맞이한 DVD산업은 본격적인 성장기에 접어들고 있다. 하지만 현재 국내 DVD유통업체는 비효율적인 푸시(Push)유통체제로서 유통물류시스템을 가동하고 있다. 따라서 국내 DVD유통관련 업계의 물류비용 절감과 DVD유통(제조업 포함)업계의 사업 참여를 적극 유도하여 선진 유통정보시스템 구현을 통한 산업 경쟁력 확대차원의 사업추진방안이 필요한 실정이다.

1990년대 중반을 넘어서면서 성장둔화에 직면한 한국경제의 애로요인으로 인건비, 토지가격, 금리 등 생산요소 가격의 상승, 기술개발의 부족 및 물류애로에 따른 과다한 물류비의 부담 등이 지적되고 있다. 이 세 가지 요인 중에서 생산요소가격의 문제는 거시경제정책의 변수의 성향을 가지고 있으며, 기술개발에 대한 투자와 결실은 단기(Short-Run)에 해결되기는 곤란하므로 개별기업은 물론 정부를 포함하는 제 경제주체의 노력에 따라서 물류비용을 획기적으로 절감하고 그를 통해 국가경쟁력의 회복 또는 강화의 계기를 발견하고자 하는 노력이 다각적으로 펼쳐지고 있다. 최근 B2B 전자상거래 확산에 따른 물류문제를 해결하고 오프라인 물류와의 차별화롤 시도하기 위한 목적으로 다양한 물류측면의 대안이 제시되고 있다. 먼저 물류산업 자체의 e-business화를 추진함으로 기존 물류체계에서의 고비용 문제, 책임 소재가 불분명한 서비스 문제를 해결하고 운송정보의 실시간 제공을 통한 발주자, 화주자 간의 긴밀한 커뮤니케이션 형성과 해외시장을 겨냥한 글로벌 물류체계를 구축해야 한다. 다음으로 물류업종의 지나친 세분화, 기존 물류업체의 영세성과 혁신마인드의 부족, 그에 따른 제조 유통업체의 경쟁적 자가물류 확충의 악순환으로 제3자 물류시장 성장기반이 제한되어 오는 등 구조적인 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 주요 운송업체가 영세한 화주나 창고관리 위탁업무까지 대행하여 주는 지금까지의 제3자 물류 체제에서 대기업이 물류시장에 새롭게 진출하면서 사이버 물류시스템을 기반으로 기존 주요 운송업계와 VAN 사업자가 장악하고 있는 물류정보 서비스를 주도하는 제4자 물류체제로의 전환이 요구된다. 왜냐하면, SCM과 전자상거래 환경 하에서는 공급 망 내의 물류를 최적화하여 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서 기능적 아웃소싱의 단계를 거쳐 물류기능의 통합과 운영의 자율권이 증대, 전체적인 공급연쇄 솔루션을 제공하는 서비스 제공자와 함께 기업의 경영자원, 능력, 기술을 관리하고 결합하는 공급연쇄 통합자로서 제4자 물류가 필요하기 때문이다. 이와 같은 제4자 물류체제가 본격 형성될 경우 물류정보와 인프라가 복잡하게 업혀있는 기존 물류산업이 재편되고, 특화된 물류솔루션을 바탕으로 한 산업별 물류체제 구축이 가속화될 것으로 예견되며, 일반기업 입장에서 물류부문의 아웃소싱이 촉진되어 물류산업기반이 확충될 수 있을 것이다.

기업들에게 있어 가격 경쟁력을 갖추기 위한 노력은 끊임없이 이어져 왔으며, 제조 부분에서의 원가절감이나 합리화 등은 어느정도 성과를 이끌어 내는데 성공하였다. 하지만 최근들어 그런 생산비 절감의 경우 점점 한계점에 도달한 모습을 내비치고 있는 실정이며, 이에 기업들은 자연스럽게 매년 그 증가 폭이 커지고 있는 물류로 눈길을 돌리고 있다. 따라서 물류에 대한 관리는 최근 각 기업들에게 있어서 최대 관심사임에 틀림없으며, 이를 위해 기업들은 앞 다투어 물류 정보시스템을 도입하고 이를 활용하려 하고 있다. 하지만 아직까지는 물류 정보의 표준화와 연동 문제 등으로 인해 어려움이 뒤따르고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이런 물류정보시스템 운영에 대한 적용 사례를 물류비 시스템을 예로 들어 분석을 해보았으며, 물류정보시스템이 안고 있는 난제를 극복하기 위한 하나의 방안으로 RFID 도입을 통해 물류비 절감과 업무 프로세스 개선을 제시하고자 한다.

소비자의 욕구와 개성화, 그리고 시장경쟁력에서 생산체제가 변화되면서 기업들의 물류환경여건도 변화를 가져와 물류가 기업들에게 당면한 주요 과제가 되었다. 사회 간접자본의 부족으로 인한 도로, 항만 등의 정체현상이 심화되고 3D업종에 속하는 물류부문은 더욱 인력난을 겪게 되면서 물류비상승이라는 부담을 안게 되었다. 그리고, 컴퓨터, 정보통신기술 등과 같은 첨단의 기술혁신이 이루어 집에 따라 컴퓨터 및 각종 기기들의 연결이 가능해지면서 물류정보시스템 구축이 활발하게 이루어져 가고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 현실에도 불구하고 기업들은 이에 대한 효율적인 대처 방안을 마련하지 못하고 물류에 대한 인식조차 못하고 있거나 잘못 이해하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제점을 인식하여 물류정보시스템의 활용수준과 물류활동 연계 그리고 물류전략에 대한 이론을 정립하고 이를 근거하여 나라 기업률이 물류를 어떻게 인식하고 있는가를 물류정보시스템의 활용수준, 물류활동연계, 물류전략 등의 변수를 도입, 측정하여 봄으로써 우리나라 기업의 물류에 대한 문제점들을 규명하고 앞으로 물류의 능률적인 실시를 위한 올바른 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 실종분석 결과 물류성과에 대한 물류정보시스템 활용수준과 물류연계수준은 물류성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 물류 기능별 정보시스템 활용수준과 물류차별화 전략이 물류성과에 상호작용 효과를 보이는 지를 알아본 결과 상호작용효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
