This work is for redefining of cultural diversity and suggesting measurement frame by casting light on changing cultural environment according to evolution of digital convergence media. So far, most of studies tend to confuse at using media diversity and cultural diversity and resultingly the concept of cultural diversity is not founded right yet. In communications field, there is a limit to measure cultural diversity which is substantive content because analysis of media diversity is mainly focused on financial measuring and quantitation. Therefore we define digital convergence media culture as metaculture here for analysis of cultural diversity. Additionally, we catagorize and analysis cultural diversity based on this metaculture into pluralism of media activity, diversity of cultural expression, diversity of cultural diffusion and diversity of cultural cognition. These measuration variables of the four categories are factors which can lighten aspects of cultural diversity in digital convergence media environment. Analysis of these factors of the four catagories will suggest a criterion to establish policies to protect cultural diversity. The policy of cultural diversity is to construct a cultural commune in envirnment of meta culture.

건설 현장에서 발생하는 사고가 전체 산업재해의 약 20~30%로 높은 비율을 보이고 있기 때문에, 위험성평가를 통해 위험을 감지하고 대책을 수립하는 것이 중요하다. 이 연구의 목적은 현장의 모든 관리자 및 근로자들이 참여하고 정보를 공유함으로써 근로자들의 안전한 작업환경을 조성하고, 건설현장 근로자의 안전의식과 안전문화를 형성하여 안전사고를 미연에 예방하기 위한 위험성평가 프레임워크 개발에 있다. 이를 통해 종합적인 안전관리를 실현하고, 안전한 작업환경을 조성하며, 근로자의 안전의식을 높이고 안전문화를 정착시키는 것이 주요 목적이다. 본 연구에서는 디지털 플랫폼을 활용하여 건설현장에 적합한 위험성평가 프레임워크를 개발하고자 한다. 이 프레임워크를 통해 안전한 작업환경을 조성하고, 건설현장 근로자의 안전의식과 안전문화를 형성하여 안전사고를 미연에 예방할 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 안전한 작업환경 조성과 안전사고 미연에 예방하는데 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 예측가능하다.

본 논문에서는 IoT 환경 기반의 문화재 앱스토어 구축을 위한 카테고리별 문화재 및 애플리케이션을 분석한다. 문화재 종류는 문화재진흥청에서 정의한 종류로 분류되어 있으며 종류에 따라 문화재 개수도 다양하다. 이러한 다양한 종류의 문화재 및 애플리케이션 카테고리 분석을 통해 문화재 앱스토어 구축에 있어 카테고리 분류 작업시 중요한 기반 자료가 된다. 이는 앱스토어 소비자에게 정확한 서비스를 제공하는 시스템을 구축하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the two factors and the influence of Chinese cultural orientation on the change of physical dry environment in the domestic Chinese residential area. To this end, Hofsted's cultural dimension theory, which can quantitatively define and compare the national culture, is used to investigate the cultural orientation of China. The association was analyzed. Through this study, it was confirmed that the collectivist and uncertainty-avoidance tendency of the Chinese influenced the formation and change of the dry environment of the Chinese residential area in Daelim 2-dong. This study is meaningful in confirming that the cultural orientation of the migrant community affects the formation and change of collective residences, and through this, it can be used as basic data in preparing policies suitable for various migrant communities including Chinatown.

Cave survey is close relate to the culture and environment of the Area. And the Korean culture and the skeleton of the spirits are very similar to that of continent. in this paper some caves are studied and find the close relationship between the present culture and the past cultures.

This paper investigates how small-medium firms deploy organizational culture, job stability and environmental uncertainty for technological innovation(product and process innovation). This paper suggests that organizational culture has significant effects on technological innovation, that job stability and environmental uncertainty moderate relationship between organizational culture and technological innovation. To test the hypotheses, data were collected from small-medium firms. The survey data of 258 firms were collected and integrated as the empirical base for testing the hypotheses. Major results are as follows: Firstly, when organizational culture as well as control variables are considered, organizational culture had significant and positive effects on product innovation. This result implies that organizational culture is an important means by which small-medium firms can promote innovation. Secondly, the interaction between organizational culture and job stability had a positive and significant effects on product innovation. Thirdly, the interaction between organizational culture and environmental uncertainty had a positive and significant effects on product innovation and process innovation. This paper suggests implications and several future researches need to overcome the limitations of this paper.

Globalization, conversions, and OSMU (One Source Multi Use) in modern cultural industry is expanding fast, and global competition is soaring with a changing environment today. In fact, the development of one nation depends on its cultural creativity. Yet, there is an increasing need for a connection between space and culture since globalization homogenizes a nation's unique cultural identity and provides low level of utilization in digital cultural contents in terms of saving, conserving and maintaining data. In order to invigorate the cultural industry, there must be some information that provides public culture contents, which they can be freely searched, displayed, and re-produced. Ultimately, these public culture contents should be able to provide Culture Space. This text discusses how individuals produce the Culture Space, which provides digital information of time and space, from a relationship between culture and space. It also introduces the public Culture Contents service framework in order to provide culture information and combined Culture Contents.

The paper concerns the role model of the local cultural industry agencies, which were established by the local government for the purpose of fostering the regional cultural industries. In this article, the term of the innovative milieu refers to the interaction and network system for the creation, diffusion and application of knowledge. In doing so, the case on the Gyeonggi Digital Content Agency(GDCA), which has managed the Digital Animation Academy and the cultural heritage based digital content development project will be examined in terms of the network between academic and industry. As a result of the case study, it is not certain that the activities and policy programs of the GDCA has affected the improvement of the knowledge and network environment in the field of cultural content industries. This demonstrates industries rather than the innovation system as a whole. In this respect, the paper develops the Cultural Content R & D Network Model for the improvement of the creative partnership among universities, companies and public sector organizations. In addition, the paper suggests that the Digital Animation Academy should be managed in terms of the improvement of the innovative environment of the regional cultural content cluster.

This study is to produce baseline data, in its purpose of improving the quality of life of industrial workers as well as the business competitiveness, though improvements in reading culture. The data produced in this study will be based on questionnaire, regarding sub-topics of the reading environment, the status of reading culture, and remaining demands. The results argue that the responding workers in Siheung Smart Hub Complex had inadequate environment of reading, while had weak status of reading culture. We propose the ways of improvements in the reading culture of the worker in Siheung Smart Hub Complex, as well as their reading infrastructure.

본 연구는 중국 기업들을 대상으로 가치 혁신 신제품개발 전략, 관리 방식, 학습 방식, 그리고 신제품 성과간의 관계를 살펴보고, 중국 고유 문화와 중국이 겪고 있는 환경적 변화가치 혁신 신제품개발을 위한 관리 방식과 학습 방식에 어떻게 영향을 끼치는지를 조사하였다. 본 연구 결과는 이론적으로, 가치 혁신 신제품개발을 위해서는 조합적 관리방식과 조합적 학습 방식이 필요하다는 점을 밝혀 주고 있다. 그리고, 중국 기업들은 이러한 관리와 학습 방식을 수행하는데 유리한 국가 문화와 환경을 갖고 있음을 보여 주고 있기 때문에, 국가 문화와 국가 환경이 신제품개발 관리에 영향을 끼치고 있음을 증명해 주고 있다.
