It is really hard to find an infant's App, especially for the age under 5, even though there are lots of Apps developed and distributed nowadays. The selection of the proper infant's App is difficult since the infants' App should be useful, safe and helpful for the development of their intelligence. In this research, we design the useful infant's App for the development of their intelligence by applying the AI technology for increasing the learning effect in order to satisfy the characteristics of the infants' needs. A proposed App is the collection of interesting games for infants such as picture puzzle game, coloring shapes game, pasting stickers game, and fake mobile phone feature enables them to play interesting phone game. Furthermore, the proposed App is also designed to collect and analyze the log information generated while they are playing games, share and compare with other infants' log information to increase the learning effect. After then, it figures out and learns their game tendency, intelligibility, workmanship, and apply them to the next game in order to increase their interests and concentration of the game.

Countries around the world are accelerating digital transformation based on intelligent information technology to overcome the economic and social crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and enhance national competitiveness. Based on the Framework Act on Intelligent Informatization, Korea is also focusing on implementing various intelligent informatization policies, projects, and digital platform government. In this study, the government's professional manpower status and operation status were investigated and analyzed based on national statistics, and the number of professionals was insufficient compared to the rapidly increasing project and budget. Based on the results of this study, we hope to achieve a successful digital transformation by calculating appropriate personnel for informatization at the national level and recruiting them as soon as possible

After Marx, the issues regarding human labour have been the alienation towards production means and the distributive justice. Fourth industrial revolution and development of AI(Artificial Intelligence) opened the possibility of a independent production and economy system absolutely excluding against human nature and labour. Using robots and AI will deepen demarcation between living things and one not having life, separating the intelligence from the consciousness. At present, so called pre-stage of post human, seeking interests for life, new social relationship and new community will be increased as well. We can understand that interests for small community, self-sufficiency, dailiness, food and body in this context is increasing too. Representative trend towards this cultural phenomena is called as the 'Kinfolk culture.' Work-life balance, 'Aucalme', 'Hygge', 'So-Hwak-Haeng'(a small but reliable happiness) are the similar culture trends as. Vital capitalism, presented by O-Yong Lee, seeks focusing onto living things principles, e.g. 'topophilia', 'neophilia', and 'biophilia' as the dynamics looking for the history substructure, not class struggle and conflicts. He also argues the 'Vital Capitalism' be regarded as a new methodology to anticipate a social system after post human era. G. Deleuze said "arts is another expression method for existential philosophy. It gives a vitality onto philosophy and gives a role to letting abstract concept into definite image." We can find a lot cases arts' imagination overcomes critical point of scientific prediction power in the future prediction. This paper reviews ideas and issues of 'vital capitalism' in detail and explorers imaginating initial ideas of vital capitalism in the film 'Little Forest.'

The main purpose of this study was to use Deep Learning based Topic Modeling and Semantic Network Analysis to examine research trend of arts management-related papers in korea. For this purpose, research subjects such as 'The Journal of Cultural Policy', 'The Journal of Cultural Economics', 'The Journal of Culture Industry', 'The Journal of Arts Management', and 'The Journal of Human Content', which are the registered journal of the National Research Foundation of Korea directly or indirectly related to arts management field. From 1988 to 2017, a total of 2,110 domestic journals' signature, abstract, and keyword were analyzed. We tried Big Data analysis such as Topic Modeling and Semantic Network Analysis to examine changes in trends in arts management. The analysis program used open software R and standard statistical software SPSS. Based on the results of the analysis, the implications and limitations of the study and suggestions for future research were discussed. And the potential for development of convergent research such as Arts & Artificial Intelligence and Arts & Big Data.

역사적으로 전염병은 기존의 경제 질서를 완전히 바꾸는 촉매제였다. 전문가들은 코로나19가 디지털 플랫폼 경제를 획기적으로 확대하고 보호주의 중심의 글로벌 경제 질서를 획기적으로 재편할 것으로 내다봤다. 특히, 비대면 문화가 보편화됨에 따라 기존 산업에서 인공지능으로 이어지는 혁신 기술을 접목한 디지털 기반 산업으로 전환해야 할 필요성에 따라 ICT 기반 기업 간의 경쟁이 심화될 것으로 예상된다. 코로나19는 신기술로 막 뛰어든 스타트업 ICT 기업에게 새로운 기회가 될 수도 있고, 기존 ICT 기업이 입지를 강화해 글로벌기업으로 거듭날 수 있는 기회가 될 수도 있다. 그 기회의 중심에는 4차 산업 혁명을 이끌 인공지능 기술이 있다. 본 고에서는 포스트 코로나 시대를 위한 인공지능 기술의 동향과 발전 방향을 살펴보고, AR 및 VR과 같은 영상 미디어 기술의 역할에 대해서 살펴본다.

4차산업 혁명의 대표 영역인 인공지능은 과학기술뿐 아니라 사회, 경제, 문화 등 우리 사회의 전 분야에 적용되어가고 있다. 이것은 교육기관에서 인공지능 관련 컴퓨터 전공자만이 아닌 여러 전공 각 분야의 전공자 또한 인공지능 교육을 받아야 함을 의미하는 것이다. 이에 따라 전 분야에 걸친 A·I융합 인재의 양성이 관심사항이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 항공정비사 양성을 위한 국토교통부 전문교육기관 지정기준에 제시된 교육과목 및 내용에 소프트웨어 교육을 위해 시스템 제어에 관한 이론/실습교육의 추가를 제안하였다. 제안한 교육내용은 항공정비 분야에서의 A·I융합 인재양성에 한 방안이 될 것이라 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to establish policy recommendations for the promotion of AI service impact assessment based on the definition of impact assessment and analysis of domestic and foreign AI service impact assessment cases. The direction of implementation was analyzed based on the case of impact evaluation promoted in various fields at home and abroad and the case of impact evaluation at home and abroad of artificial intelligence services. As a step-by-step implementation plan, in the first stage, quantitative indicators such as AI level survey-based economic effects are developed, and in the second stage, information culture such as safety and reliability and artificial intelligence ethics described in the Framework Act on Intelligence Information, social, economic, information protection, and people's daily lives are prepared. In the third stage, discussion on detailed metrics and methods will be expanded and impact assessment results will be evaluated. This study requires analysis through various participants such as policy designers, artificial intelligence service developers, and civic groups in the future.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the path model about the emotional intelligence of multicultural preschoolers'. Multicultural mothers(N = 89) were administered questionnaires on social support, marital satisfaction, depression and mother-child relationship. Teachers(N = 89) were administered a questionnaire on preschoolers' emotional intelligence. The results indicates three things. First, social support effects marital satisfaction directly and mothers' depression indirectly. Second, mothers' depression effects preschoolers' self regulation and other regulation directly. And third, social support, marital satisfaction, mothers' depression effects preschoolers' self cognition indirectly through parent-child relationship.

감성이란 외부의 여러 가지 감각적인 자극에 대해 직관적이고 반사적으로 발생하는 반응이다. 감성에는 희로애락과 같은 다양한 감정이 포함된다. 감성은 개인과 환경의 영향을 받는 동시에 사회$\cdot$문화적인 영향에 의해 달라지는 종합적이고 복합적인 느낌이기 때문에 명확하게 표현하기 어렵다. 개인적인 차이는 있지만 인간의 감정은 다양한 행동이나 신체적 혹은 생리적인 반응으로 표출되기 때문에 이러한 다양한 반응을 이용해서 인간의 감정을 유추할 수 있다. 행동이나 신체적인 표현은 개인과 환경, 사회$\cdot$문화적인 영향에 따라 다양하게 나타나기 때문에 이를 정량화하기에는 힘든 부분이 있다. 반면 감정 상태에 따른 생리적인 반응은 여러 사람들에게서 공통적인 부분을 찾을 수가 있다. 본 논문에서는 감정에 따라 다양하게 나타나는 인간의 생리적인 반응 정토를 측정하고 이들의 공통점에 따라 생리적 반응을 통해 인간의 감정에 유추할 수 있는 공학적 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

오늘날의 지역축제는 역사적, 문화적, 지역적 특징을 기반으로 하여 기획된 다양한 축제가 지방 곳곳에서 개최되고 있다. 이에 따라 각 지방자치단체들은 지역경쟁력을 강화하고 활성화하기 위한 방안으로 지역축제를 적극 활용하고 있다. 우리나라의 지역축제 중에도 그 지역의 문화컨텐츠와 상관없이 획일화된 축제내용과 진행, 홍보 노력의 부족 등으로 축제의 가치를 발휘하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 오늘날 대부분의 축제 예매 관리시스템이 현장예매와 인터넷으로만 이루어지고 있는 단점을 보완하여 지방자치단체나 백화점, 대형마트 등에서도 홍보 및 예매를 할 수 있도록 지능형 예매 시스템을 구현하기 위한 요구분석 내용을 기술한다.
