Content is the complex of art and technology of trend, so it is important to experience different technologies for content education. Today, many non-profit organizations plan and operate numbers of programs for disabilities, low-income, and minority families to enhance the quality of life and the realization of social integration. These programs are limited to museums and galleries, not so pro-actively in progressing. Various contend education is necessary to the expansion of cultural exchange for the culturally alienated area. Naver is running an outreach program named . It is an experience-based outreach program where current cartoon / webtoon writers come directly to the school to inform students about the basic story of comics and comic techniques. However, the fact that the is not centered on the marginalized area but is centered on the Seoul Gyeonggi area, has the limitation that they can not benefit from a wide range of programs because they have a space limit of 'school', and, has a spatial limitation that the experience of the work is excluded. 'Outreach programs in marginalized areas' must be reorganized into a fluid dimension, not a fixed, single-system program. You should be able to experience and experience your work by directly using various professional equipment of comics based on your capacity and experience, local culture, religion, and society. These program participants will gain the effect of attractive and effective learning with empathy with their comic experience. Meanings of Comics content outreach program are following: First, the rich cultural archive can be used efficiently by providing various contents to existing outreach programs with the educational limitation of museums and galleries. Second, Comics contents can be enjoyed as a part of our life by understanding diversity and technology of contents. Third, because it is the program of expertise' participation, it can remodel, and restructure the severed experience in remote areas for the continuous growth and development, and furthermore, it can enhance the understanding of society.

This study has started from the political process of local community power structure to elaborate the reason why both a majority of cultural artists and cultural artist organizations want to be against establishing the local Foundation for Arts and Culture. The cultural artists and cultural artist organizations believe that the establishment of the local Foundation for Arts and Culture might threaten not only their monopolistic status or their livelihood in the local market relying on public supports, but also make them being marginalized from the potential supports. Therefore many of them have somewhat unfavourable opinions about its establishment. Drawing from the Jellabuk-do case, their concern of being isolated from the monopoly by the local Foundation for Arts and Culture are reduced to publicized discourses such as powerization, the lack of expertise, the loss of independence, and the fall of business. When constructing the Foundation for Arts and Culture, the major values are 'Pluralism' and 'Fairness'. On one hand, the terms of Fairness means that it should be fair in operations, support and executive composition. On the other hand, Pluralism means that policy-making rights should be distributed to various groups, not owned by some specific groups. Some plans for building Foundation for Arts and Culture are needed to make diverse classes and groups to expect the pluralistic interests emerged eventually.

지난호 상편에서는 전주ㆍ익산ㆍ군산의 역사적 배경과 전주의 도시 건축에 대한 지역성을 탐색했다. 이에 이어 하편에서는 전주의 역사와 문화 그리고 익산과 군산의 도시 건축을 탐색해 보고자 한다. 상편에서도 언급했듯이 전북을 대표하는 3개의 도시, 전주, 익산, 군산은 지리적 특성과 역사적 특성으로 인해 동일 문화권이지만 지켜온 현상들에서 서로 다르며 격리된 느낌의 단부소외성을 지니고 있다. 전북은 우선 완주, 익산, 고창에 이르는 백제, 마한의 평야와 해안의 문화권과 이씨왕조의 본향으로 고도의 특색을 지닌 도시문화권인 전주권, 거대한 산세를 자랑하는 지리산의 자연과 맥을 같이하는 남원군역으로 크게 대별 되어진다. 전북지방의 건축문화적 토대는 여타의 문화와 동일하게 백제의 숨결속에서 느낄 수 있다. 화려함도, 아기자기함도 없지만 있는 그대로, 한국의 정서를 압축한 듯 절박함을 바탕으로 한 백제의 문화적 속성을 지니고 있다. 한편 지나간 시절의 영화가 현재에 재현되거나 지속되고 있지는 못하나 지난 삶의 자취에서, 이곳 사람들의 인정에서, 맛의 문화에서 그 깊이와 멋의 가닥을 찾을 수 있다. 현대의 도시들은 이러한 도시형성상의 문화적 지혜나 건축적 혜안을 관찰하여 이루어지고 있는지 못하다. 우리의 최근의 역사들은 연약하지도, 섬세하지도 않고 오히려 일시에 옛 자취를 휩쓸어 버리는 강성을 지녀 혼이 담긴 과거의 흔적을 유지하기 쉽지 않다. 우리는 이러한 현상을 주시하였고, 옛 백제 문화의 정신을 토대로 성장하고 있는 현재의 모습들을 관찰하며 반성도 했고, 이어지고 남겨져야 할 이 고장의 특성을 헤아렸다. 마지막으로 이 고장의 미래가 발전적이기를 염원도 해본다.

한솔제지는 지난 8월 21일 이상훈 사장을 비롯한 임직원과 수상자 18명이 참석한 가운데 을지로 본사 23층 Hi-Q홀에서 환경 나눔 캠페인 공모전 시상식을 가졌다. 환경 나눔 공모전은 친환경 재생용지 사용으로 지구도 살리고 소외된 이웃에 나눔을 실천하는 한솔제지 '1% 나눔운동'을 표현하는 광고 및 엠블럼을 선정키 위해 진행됐다. 한솔제지 '1% 나눔운동'은 친환경 재생용지 판매수익금의 1%를 매월 정기적으로 후원하는 프로그램이다.

This study was started to find a way to activate the regional tour program of the Gwacheon National Science Museum, which covers a relatively wide area among public service organizations with the theme of science. In addition to the permanent exhibition program, the Gwacheon National Science Museum has been conducting tour programs in Gyeonggi and Gangwon Province since 2018 for residents in underprivileged regions who are unable to visit the Science Museum for geographic and environmental reasons, but it lacks awareness and effectiveness compared to other areas such as culture, welfare for the elderly, and education. As a result of the study, the first was an opportunity for a very special experience. The second was the joy of the few, A total of 3 upper units and 5 lower units were derived. This has positive effects such as increasing interest in science and expanding opportunities for experience. but it can be seen that it is urgent to supplement such as systematic promotion and improvement of the quality level of contents through professional artists.

미국의 한국계 이민가정이 해마다 증가하고 있으나 부모의 문화적응과 자녀양육에 관한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 미국 동부지역의 88명의 한인 이민어머니와(M=35.9세 SD=3.77) 2-6세 유아를(M=4.29세 SD=1.06; 49.4% 여아) 대상으로 실시되었다. 어머니의 문화적응 유형에 따라 1) 양육실제에 어떠한 차이가 있는지, 2) 유아의 사회 정서적 행동에는 어떠한 차이가 있는지, 3) 양육실제와 아동의 사회 정서적 행동간에 어떠한 상관이 있는지를 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 한국과 미국문화를 균형지게 통합한 어머니들이 미국문화에서 고립되거나, 두 문화에서 모두 소외된 어머니들보다 자녀에게 더욱 긍정적인(애정표현, 합리적 문제해결, 자율성 격려) 양육실제를 사용하였으며 자녀들 또한 정서적 문제행동은 적은 반면 친사회적 행동은 높은 것으로 나타났다.

The intent of this study is to fully investigate the major issues and challenges related to characteristics of gifted children from multicultural families in Korea. The gifted students of multicultural families are currently categorized as disadvantaged gifted students, but they need to be defined more deeply and separately due to the continuous increase of multicultural families. Most culturally different gifted children have common problem such as integrating into Korean culture, often suffering from emotional problems and their parents' economic disadvantage. Due to these problems a variety of issues arise. First, culturally diverse talented students have problems due to the alienation and the lack of equal opportunity given to gifted children of multicultural families in need. Secondly, another issue is whether or not the selection of these students for a gifted and talented program is administered equally and fairly. Thirdly students and teachers may have difficulty forming relationships. Fourth, there is a dire need to address the issue of a lack of formal education policy. for these students. Fifth, the formulation of a gifted and talented program solely for multicultural students is necessary. Sixth, educating the parents of such students remains a critical challenge. Seventh, the last issue arises from a lack of research regarding the identity of multicultural gifted children in Korea. In this study, we discuss each of these issues in-depth. Additionally the future of Korean Multicultural Gifted selection, training in the field, school direction and it's implications are discussed.

This study examined user experiences of motion-based games. Focusing on the playing experiences, in-depth interviews and survey were conducted on seven families with various family members detailing the gameplay. These qualitative methods were conducted interpretive way such as a month-long participant observation. As a result, the game Sensible meantime, the results were excluded from the game with the older generation of women and the elderly, leading to game culture game is trying to communicate was confirmed.

South Korea has fewer public libraries than other developed nations of OECD. This calls for a more diverse role of school libraries in the geographically isolated areas. School libraries should provides services for not only its students and faculty, but also the surrounding neighborhood as a part of cultural community. Based on the needs for an expanded role of school libraries, this research aims to identify the necessary factors for school libraries to provide services to their local residents. Two things should be identified for this research. First, we should confirm the necessity of policies that provide library services to local residents of school libraries. Second, we should propose a way to have the libraries as a part of cultural community where meet the information and cultural demand of their local residents. The study surveyed users, school principals and working-level staff members of cultural communities in order to study the two questions. These groups were from Uri-school Village Library, which is supported by the NHN Culture Foundation. Through the survey, the research confirmed the need for a consistent outside assistance, job training, open door policy for local residents and diverse library services in order for school libraries to serve their local community.
