The purpose of this paper is to review critically the validity and relevance of the pan-national language culture improvement movement, Annyeong! Urimal(Hello! Our Language) implemented for the last three years as part of the government-driven projects, and to seek for improvement direction or fundamental reorientation of this movement. In order to accomplish this purpose, this paper firstly points out abstract and conventional aspects of the diagnosis for background and the purpose of projects, and suggests that this movement focuses on verbal abuse rather than language destruction and pays attention to positive aspects of newly rising language use. Then, with reference to main agent, this paper argues that the government must lead actively formation of voluntary nongovernmental agent with indirect financial and institutional support. Thirdly, it is suggested that public language should be the top priority target sphere and the language used by the leaders of society and the older generation should be also included in the target spheres of this movement. Finally, this paper indicates that enlightenment/public relation projects end often in one time events, imposing unilaterally the normative contents, and also emphasizes the importance of survey/research projects and deliberation/evaluation projects.

대한출판문화협회(회장 윤형두)와 한국출판연구소(이사장 김종수)는 구랍 8일 제61회 출판포럼을 개최했다. 이번 포럼은 2012년을 '독서의 해'로 선포한데 따라 이에 걸맞는 준비를 하고자 하는 취지로 준비 되었으며 이날 사회를 맡은 한국출판연구소 김종수 이사장은 "범사회적으로 책 읽는 분위기가 뿌리내리도록 하고 독서문화의 외연을 넓히는 소중한 기회로 삼아야 할 것"이며 "지난 1993년 '책의 해'를 통해 처음으로 출판포럼이 시작한 이래 횟수로는 61회째를 맞이한 만큼 출판계가 다시 한 번 심기일전하여 출판의 텃밭을 일구어 나가야 할 것"이라고 말했다. 이날 행사는 '독서문화 진흥을 위한 출판계의 과제'를 주제로 한윤옥 교수(경기대 문헌정보학과)가 주제발표를 했으며 이어진 토론 시간에는 대한출판문화협회 박익순 사무국장이 '독서의 해와 출판계의 과제', 한국출판인회의 김종길 독서진흥위원장이 '2012 독서의 해에 바란다', 책 읽는 사회 만들기 국민운동 안찬수 사무처장이 '독서의 해 추진과 출판계의 대응을 위한 제언', 문화체육관광부 도서관정책과 하재열 사무관이 '도서관과독서, 창의와 상상력 발전소'를 주제로 각각 발표와 토론을 진행했다. 이날 주제발표를 요약, 정리한다.

The purpose of this study analyzes by confirming the structural relationship between the four variables of Chinese college students' health beliefs, planned behavior, behavioral control, and exercise persistence, this study can establish measures to enhance and improve college students' health beliefs and planned behavior and improve behavioral control. The purpose is to provide basic data to improve the level of continued exercise among college students. The EBI study verified reliability and validity through a preliminary survey targeting 380 people. This survey distributed questionnaires to college students at 52 universities from May 12 to July 21, 2023, and a total of 5,109 copies were finally selected and analyzed, excluding invalid questionnaires. As a result of the study, first, the structural relationship between variables showed that health beliefs had a positive effect on planning behavior, behavioral control, and exercise persistence. Second, planning behavior was found to have a positive effect on behavioral control and motor persistence. Third, behavioral control was found to have a positive effect on exercise persistence. Fourth, planning behavior and behavioral control were found to play a positive mediating role in the relationship between health beliefs and exercise persistence. Therefore, to improve college students' health beliefs, schools should open a health psychology curriculum. Furthermore, there is a need to strengthen college students' beliefs about their health by developing and distributing customized health education programs for college students.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the interaction between middle and high school archery trainers and players to the exercise satisfaction, trust and adherence. In particular, this study was to develop and examine a theoretical model through theory trimming. To achieve the goal of this study, some of the archery trainers and players participated in korea archery championship in 2007 were selected as a collected group. Total 220 participants were selected using the purposive sampling method to analyze the relationships between archery trainers and players. The data collection method was a brochure named 'the survey on the interaction, exercise satisfaction, adherence, Trust socio-demographic characteristics' Chronbach' a was calculated to check up the reliability and was $.661{\sim}.855.$. Reliability analysis, correlation analysis, SEM were used to analyze the collected data. The results were as follows. First, the interaction between middle and high school archery trainers and players influences on the exercise satisfaction. More interaction gives the players more exercise satisfaction. Second, the interaction between archery trainers and players influences on the trust for trainers. More interaction makes the more trust. Third, the interaction between archery trainers and players did not influences on the exercise adherence. Fourth, the exercise satis)action influences on the trust for trainers. More exercise satisfaction makes the more trust. Firth, the exercise satisfaction did not influences on the exercise adherence. Sixth, the trust influences on the exercise adherence.

The goal of this study was to analyze the demands of parents of an after-school program. In order to do this, we looked at cultural centers and their curriculums. Cultural centers are one of the most popular private education centers for preschoolers, and are used for the operation of special activities. The research was conducted on preschool curriculums of 300 cultural centers, including cultural centers of department stores and supermarkets. The curriculum analysis was conducted for 400 preschool curriculums of three cultural centers, which had the most programs of all. The scope of the curriculum analysis was based on the 3rd Childcare Standard Curriculum for infants and Nuri Curriculum for preschoolers. As a result of the analysis, there were 12,286 programs for infants. The most popular topics for programs were comprehensive activity, physical activity, and music activity. There were 15,310 programs for preschoolers. Physical activity was the most popular topic among them. It was followed by drawing activity and number and operating activity. Analyzing the contents of these programs, we found that 'participating in physical activity' of physical exercise, and 'expressing artistically' of artistic experience were the most popular contents of infants. 'Expressing artistically' of artistic experience and 'control of body and basic exercise' of physical exercise were most popular contents for preschoolers. The results show that parents demand physical activity programs for infants and artistic activity programs for preschoolers. The results of the research should be considered when childcare centers try to make a special after-school program.

This article is a reexamination of the feminist criminal narrative I wish for what is forbidden by Yang Gui-ja in the context of the rise of the women's movement and consumer culture of the middle class in Gangnam in the 1980s and 1990s. At this time, the explosive media culture served to strengthen the ideology that placed the middle-class family at the center as well as the consumption culture. The combination of consumer media culture, women's movement and democratization created a soft and domestic male image while visualizing the material foundation of the middle class in the 1990s of South Korea. In this novel, the domestic male image transforms the feminist criminal narrative into the narrative of the femme fatale attacking the stability and dignity of the middle class family, and at the moment of the transformation, the feminist woman Kang Min-ju is killed by a lower class man who has admired and loved her. This novel is not only current but also signifying as a text that overlaps sociocultural reproduction and feminist issues of the middle class based on Gangnam in the 1990s. This is because it shows the sociocultural context of femicide, such as serial murder of targeting women, as a core code of criminal narrative to be held in Korea since the late 1990s.

The purpose of this essay explores a critical review of the Korean critical communication studies focused on the problematic of cultural studies and political economy in 2000s. The findings are as follows; The 'consumer turn' or 'audience turn' in new revisionism modelling John Fiske's cultural studies has been interpreted not to complement but to substitute the necessary criticism of the post-authoritarian media establishment of Korea at that time, arising identity crisis of Korean cultural studies as one of the critical camp. On other side, however, some political economy studies close to the unilinear theses of orthodox marxism has been appraised to neglect the complex process and structure of media and cultural production as well. While the press war between the market-dominant dailies and some progressive dailies has given rise to a whole debate as expected in consolidating period of Korean emerging democracy, the conjucturalism as modelled by Hall's 'authoritarian populism' failed to initiate a new theo tical practice in Korea. Finally, this review essay propose the some new research issues that would converge cultural studies and political economy, modernism and postmodernism; citizenship vs 'cultural citizenship'(valuing the private identity and gender) or Habermasian public sphere vs 'cultural public sphere', the culture of production, (modern)citizen/(postmodern)consumer(recently debated in English media policy), 'differentiation' in capitalist production and 'difference' in consumer sovereignty, 21c future vision of public service broadcasting as one of the 20c institutions.

Maker movement is a part of open source making that originated from DIY culture and means production activity through combination of hardware and software as information and communication technology develops. The purpose of this study is to analyze the status and trends of the making movement in the world and to design a framework for the activation of making education. In this study, we developed the framework to spread the making culture by analyzing the current status and trends of making education, and suggested how to adapt the framework for making eduction in classroom. In addition, we analyzed the cases to suggest how making space should be constructed, and pointed the ideal way out to organize the making space.

The purpose of this study is to highlight nationalistic characteristics of private school's military gymnastic education in early modern Korea. so deal with the process of Military Gymnastics between 1895, when modern public school in Korea was first established, and 1910, when Korea was deprived of its sovereignty by japan. The following conclusions have been drawn from the study. The main idea of military style-gymnastics came from the consciousness of crisis caused by threat of the Japanese aggression. At that time, Korean realized the importance of physical education by this crisis consciousness. And Korean people was interested in physical education that they could not think of in traditional education. This Gymnastic class was much more like military training and has a patriotic character.

The use of computers has increased greatly, and services have been developed very much for the convenience of users. As the use of computers increases, human activity has declined, and symptoms of deterioration in health are increasing. As the time to sit and live increased, humans are more exposed to diseases of low back pain, and low back pain includes pain related to the lower back centering on the herniated disc. Most of the back pain is caused by abnormalities in the muscles and ligaments that support the spine and trunk. In this paper, we present an overall design for developing an app that can obtain lumbar exercise effects to reduce low back pain or help treatment. In order to use this effectively, we propose a plan to obtain lumbar exercise effect, and aim to present an app design that can help effectively treat low back pain by using graphic-based guidance points.
