A Study on the Components and Color Characteristics of the Streetscape of History·Culture Streets - Focused on the Bookstore Street in Kaifeng, China - (역사·문화 가로경관의 구성요소 및 색채특성 연구 - 중국 카이펑시 (中国 開封市) 서점거리를 중심으로 -)

  • In this study, the Bookstore Block of Historical and Cultural Street in Kaifeng City is taken as the object, which makes analysis on the landscape color features appearing in the elements of the bookstore block landscape. Through literature, it obtains the contrast list for the landscape composite elements of the historical and cultural street. After mastering the general characteristics of architectural colors and basic analysis methods of landscape colors in the Qing Dynasty, it conducts the site survey on the landscape composition elements and colors of the bookstore block. According to the conclusion, it is found that the landscape color of bookstore block is composed of R series, PB series, Y series and achromatic (N) series, in which the overall color shows relatively high integrity. However, it exists some deficiencies in the use of colors in signs, facilities and modeling objects. Therefore, it is necessity to increase the color plan of landscape elements such as signs, modeling objects and facilities, enhance the recognition possibilities of visual information.

  • A study on the public design rules of the government and each local government showed that the historical and cultural street landscape was included in the public design field, but it did not provide a clear evaluation index for the historical and cultural street public design. Against this background, this study intends to provide basic data for the improvement and improvement of the public design of the historical and cultural street in the future by producing an evaluation index for the public design of the historical and cultural street landscape. First, in this study, 6 evaluation indicators and 19 detailed items were derived by conducting expert Delphi survey twice on the basis of previous studies. Second, exploratory factor analysis and AHP analysis were conducted through a survey to verify the validity of the evaluation index and the priority of the index items, and as a result of the analysis, the Cronbach'α coefficient and the consistency ratio were verified. Among the evaluation indicators objectively derived through the above method, the priority was 'historical and culture-related> public-related> safety-related> accessibility-related> lasting-related> related to aesthetic harmony. The results of this study are meaningful in that they can provide basic data for the improvement and improvement of public design of historical and cultural streets in the future.

  • The conclusions shown by this study are as follows: Firstly, Despite the similarity of the objective distance caused by the geographic distance and cultural similarities. it is found that the psychic distance factor still exists. Secondly, a new affective factor of psychic distance has been noted. As to the shaping method, even though culture and psychic distance involve homeogenic factors, psychic distance is more complex in that it is affected not only by cultural changes but also by other affective factors. Culture is a very significant factor, which can have an effect on forming psychic distance, but it is short of being a measurement variable for measuring psychic distance. Thirdly, psychic distance can have a direct effect on customers' buying response. If it is just a belief shared among the people of a nation, it can't become an important notion.

  • This study seizes the commercial environment on a few impact by the physical planning of the object of Gwangju Metropolitan City's Choong-jang ro specialized streets preparation. Nameley, for seizes the impact of commercial activity by the walking environment improvement proposition, analysis the avenue's physical variation after the walking environment improvement proposition and seizes the sales figure, visitors' variation and the psychological effects through the shopping store's hosts's and shopping store's visitors's survey of the business conducted areas.   • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of psychological distances on the consumer attitudes related to new product advertising based on the construal level theory. In particular, this study intends to test the interaction effects among models' nationalities, the newness of new products and message types on the Chinese consumer attitudes toward the advertisements or products. Perceived cultural distances were also considered to have moderating role on the interaction effects. The results indicated that the fits of psychological distances led more positive attitudes. Consumers showed more positive attitudes toward abstract(vs concrete) advertising with foreign models. In the domestic model advertising, consumer attitudes were enhanced when concrete(vs abstract) messages were provided. The findings also demonstrate that the influences could be different according to perceived cultural distances.

  • As the use of VR has expanded in many ways, I hope that many people will build good memories if they use this content by realizing traditional cultural streets. Virtual reality is a good way to solve situations that cannot be seen in person or that are hard to see now. By implementing traditional cultural streets in virtual reality, we would like to create and realize traditional cultural streets with the expectation that many people can enjoy and enjoy content comfortably in places they want, and as a result, have a meaningful time.

  • This study empirically examined the effect of ownership on cross-border acquisition performance. This study analyzed 284 international acquisitions undertaken by Korean public companies between 1986 and 2008. This study showed that the ownership had a negative impact on cross-border acquisition performance. Furthermore, this study found that the interaction between the ownership and cultural distance had a negative impact on cross-border acquisition performance. This study also showed support that the interaction between the ownership and acquisition relatedness had a negative impact on cross-border acquisition performance. This study improved the understanding of roles of the ownership and complemented previous research on the relationship among cultural distance, acquisition relatedness, and cross-border acquisition performance.

  • This study examined the factors influencing foreign direct investment(FDI) in OECD countries where Korea is a target country. The differences in the cultural distances of host and home countries and the difference in the perceptions of corruption have been used to identify the factors affecting foreign direct investment. As a result of the study, it was found that there are differences in foreign direct investment according to cultural dimension and corruption perceptions index. Foreign direct investment may increase or decrease depending on the cultural tendency and the higher the perceptions of corruption, the more active the investment. The smaller the power distance between host country and home country in the factors affecting foreign direct investment, the larger the number of investments and the larger the size of individualism versus collectivism. Foreign direct investment increased when the investing country's corruption perceptions index was high. The results of this study confirm that cultural and corruption perceptions can affect trade transactions. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the cultural tendency and the cultural distance in the trade transaction by confirming that the degree of culture and corruption perceptions can affect the trade transaction. And that it can influence trade and economic growth by appropriately managing social variables such as public corruption.
