In this Paper, a beat recognition method from a sequence of images of conducting person was proposed. Hand position was detected using color discrimination, and symbolized by quantization. Then a motion of the conductor was represented as a sequence of symbols. HMM (Hidden Markov Model), which is excellent for recognition of sequence pattern with some level of variation, was used to recognize the sequence of symbols to be a motion for a beat.

한국어에서는 '보내-'가 여격 구문만을 허용하는 반면에, 영어의 send는 이중목적어 구문과 여격 구문 모두를 허용한다. 이런 비 대칭성은 어휘 해체 이론에 기반하여 볼 때, 영어에서는 send가 이중 목적어 구문에서 CAUSE와 전치사 $P_{HAVE}$로 분해되는 동사와 여격 구문에서 CAUSE와 $P_{LOC}$로 분해되는 동사가 존재하지만, 한국어에서는 '보내-'가 CAUSE와 $P_{LOC}$로만 분해되는 동사만 존재하기 때문에 나타나는 현상이다. 이는 한국어의 '보내-'가 '주-'와 결합할 때는 이중 목적어 구문을 허용하는 것으로부터 알 수 있다. '주-'는 $P_{HAVE}$를 갖는 동사와 $P_{LOC}$를 갖는 동사로 나누어지는데, $P_{HAVE}$로 나누어지는 '주-'가 '보내-'의 이중목적어 구문을 허용해 주는 것으로 본다. '주-'는 '보내-' 이외에도 사역 동사들과 수여 동사들의 이중 목적어 구문의 형성을 돕는다.

This study considered the most crucial elements in websites as web usability and web accessibility. The web usability signified the empirical satisfaction of ordinary users on websites and how much they used the relevant websites conveniently and accurately, while the web accessibility signified the technical support that could have an easy access to web contents and the principles of cognitive aspects, by considering the users such as those who have been alienated from information. Even if the people were given lots of beneficial information, the websites would be useless if their usability and accessibility were not considered. It would be necessary to reduce the information gap by letting any users (the physically challenged, the elderly, etc.) give an access to every information without any professional abilities and to provide the efficient websites corresponding to the embodiment goal of e-government through rapidity and accuracy of contents and the feedback for systematic structure and people's demand.

Understanding the importance of web accessibility as the solution for digital divide, this study recognizes the problem that existing web accessibility researches have been conducted only by governmental administrative organizations and the accessibility researches of web service that is frequently used in every day life are rare. For the research on the actual condition of web-accessability, this study selected the e-mail service of the representative web-service providers - Daum, Naver, and Empas. Through this evaluation research, this study is intended to present a way to provide convenient and efficient service for those who have been alienated from information. For the accessibility evaluation, the automation evaluation tool "KADO-WAH 2.0" was used. And then, source analysis and manual evaluation using Firefox were conducted to see if 'web contents accessibility guideline 1.0' had been kept.

Recently the importance of website becomes confident in realizing the long distance education (teleeducation) as web. The purpose of this research is evaluating the websites of cyber university and analyzes web usability and web accessibility and analyzes to suggest the good quality content and several personalized service. Also we tried to improve website quality and contribute the reliability of the long distance education with all these. For these we applied the of professor Hyung Nam Moon's SM-ABCDE website evaluation model and developed the check list suitable for cyber university and evaluated websites in the five views of Attraction, Business, Content, Design, Engineering. Totally Kyunghee Cyber University, Busan Digital University, Hanyang Cyber University is selected best in sequence. But every website doesn't keep the basic observation rule of the web accessibility.

The media industry influenced by digital convergence is developing in the direction which the media consumers change their passive attitudes for positive participation on the base of the interactivity of convergence media of telecommunication and broadcasting. And content is progressing toward on-demand service which is customer-oriented and open. In light of these findings, interactivity is the most important feature which is able to shift the paradigm of the media industry and critical success factors which should be considered in order to plan the media strategy. This study is aimed at shedding light on the effects of interactivity factors, which are main factors of ubiquitous environment, on consumer's acceptance intention and describing the role of perceived interactivity and awareness of media substitution in the process of formation of acceptance intention..

This study was intended to point out the limit of existing digital content-centered studies, or approaches from the viewpoint of the supplier and in the aspect of business profit model and find ways to assess the quality of digital content, considering the characteristics of digital content. For this, the study is to apply value innovation strategy to digital content assessment, to analyze the applicability, and to propose a new and practical framework for digital content assessment method. To this end, this study selected the global No. 1 search service provider Google and local portal site Naver search service. The study on assessment factors by value innovation strategy was based on existing literature, while user-value elements in that respect were confined to information quality, interactivity, communication, interactive storytelling, and usability. This study objectified the relation with the value innovation strategic analysis, through qualitative and quantitative analyses on value elements of search service users.

기존의 단어 기반 접근법을 이용한 개체 연결은 단어의 변형, 신조어 등이 빈번하게 나타나는 비정형 문장에 대해서는 좋은 성능을 기대하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 문서 임베딩과 선형 변환을 이용하여 단어 기반 접근법의 단점을 해소하는 개체 연결을 제안한다. 문서 임베딩은 하나의 문서 전체를 벡터 공간에 표현하여 문서 간 의미적 유사도를 계산할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 또한 비교적 정형 문장인 위키백과 문장과 비정형 문장인 소셜 미디어 문장 사이에 선형 변환을 수행하여 두 문형 사이의 표현 격차를 해소하였다. 제안하는 개체 연결 방법은 대표적인 소셜 미디어인 트위터 환경 문장에서 단어 기반 접근법과 비교하여 높은 성능 향상을 보였다.

회선분배장치를 제어관리하는 W/S의 Daemon 중에서 Event 처리를 담당하는 EvtProc Daemon의 경우를 들어 효율적인 부하 분산 알고리즘을 설계하였다. 본 논문에서는 대량의 Event 발생 시 담당 프로세스가 연속적으로 fork, exec 하지 않고 일정시간 대기하므로써 fork 와 exec 의 오버헤드를 줄이고 같은 Op Code의 연이은 Event 발생에 대기중인 프로세스가 이를 처리함으로써 더욱더 오버헤드를 줄일 수 있다. 그리고 Event를 처리하는 Child 생성에 있어 주 Child 가 부하분산을 담당하게 함으로써 효율적이고 안정적으로 관리할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였고 이를 구현 분석하였다.

디지털 고구려는 안악 3 호분이라고 불리우는 고구려 고분을 가상현실을 이용해서 재현한 것이다. 이 가상환경은 고대 고구려의 문화적 배경과 생활 방식을 현대의 사람들에게 알려주기 위해 제작되었다. 본 논문에서는 멀리 떨어져 있었던 다방면의 전문가들이 모여서 함께 복원 작업을 한 것과 그 작업 과정에서 발생했던 문제점들과 배웠던 점들을 사례 연구를 통해 고찰하고 분석한다.
